We had a wonderful stay in Chueca-Madrid. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. It was easy to get around the city, and the neighborhood felt safe and lively. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The home is exactly as listed and what is shown in the pictures. Area was great, and we were not worried about walking around late at night since there were many restaurants near by. Home is accessible to multiple metro stations which made it accessible to the entire city. There was a late check in fee which we considered a little high, and there are no shelves in the shower but other than these our stay was great.

Great apartment in heart of Madrid

This apartment is on the second floor of a building near Chueca and Tribunal metro stations and easy walking distance of the Prado, Sol and Gran Via. It is clean and well-equipped and we had a detailed introduction from the owner. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue might be the 40 stairs for anyone with any mobility problem.

Location and charm

This was a great location to get around central Madrid and having a separate kitchen and 2 large twin beds was great. This is a vibrant neighborhood so lots of street noise - people talking loud, laughing, singing - until 4 or 5 in the morning. If not your cup of te, stay elsewhere

This place is a bit brighter than the photos suggest. It's not as yellow as they look, it's quite nicer.Everything was clean, the bathroom was great and the kitchen had everything you needed. The Aircon was the saviour of our week in hot hot Madrid. It was so good, you really didn't need to wait much for it to cool down the whole place. Somewhere I read that one of the beds was single, but it's not. Both are doubles. Because of this we didn't get to test the sofa as we were very comfortable on the beds. What I failed to notice is that the flat is in a second floor with no elevator. So my elderly parents were quite out of breath every time we went in. Apart from this, the area is perfect! So close to Gran Via, a walk away from Plaza Mayor. It's also close to bus and metro stops, your basically in the middle of everything. Communication was really good, and even though it had to be a personal check-in (prefer when you can do it at whatever time without waiting for somebody) it all went smoothly. When I come back to Madrid I'll reserve this place for sure.

Excelent location

Location was excellent, you can walk or take the bus everywhere. Gluten free restaurants were close by. Kitchen was basic but functional. Apartment was very clean. The check in was very easy and the host would communicate with me very often. Valentina, the host, was very nice and welcoming although she was adamant when she was explaining how to use the kitchen appliances and didn't want us to use the espresso coffee pot or the oven. Towels didn't dry well, we needed more pillows and bed sheets for the sofa bed. Overall we had a great time in Madrid. Although we would definitely recommend for adults I wouldn't recommend for a family with children because the area isn't family friendly.

Danely and her family when renting a property have the right and use of all its facilities and equipment at no time does our team recommend not to use anything. If she had required more pillows, sheets or towel changes, we would have been supplied without problem but she did not. Chueca is a friendly neighborhood and open to the public without discriminating against anyone.

Séjour agréable appartement très bien situé géographiquement Très bonne communication avec le proprio Attention toutefois petit hic: nous étions avec les enfants et l appartement est situé dans quartier nocturne et très festif, donc très très bruyant le week-end !!!!! Impossible de dormir

El alojamiento ha sido excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, facilitando mucho la llegada y resolviendo cualquier duda. La ubicación también es muy buena, con tiendas y servicios cercanos. Sin duda, repetiría y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Toplage in der Innenstadt, fussläufig zu Geschäften, Kneipen, Bars, U-Bahn und RenfeWohnung ist allerdings eher einfach eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer hat 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett (Matratze durchgelegen). Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Schlafcouch, die schon alt, etwas abgeranzt und durchgesessen ist. Der Couchtisch gehört auf den Sperrmüll und muss ersetzt werden. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Da im Stadtteil auch wochentags bis in den Morgen Partyzone ist, sind die schlecht isolierten und abgedichteten Fenster einem guten Schlaf abträglich. Dazu kommt noch dass Wände, Decke und Eingangstür auch nicht schalldämmend wirken. Küche etwas ungemütlich.Warmwasser nicht konstant, u. U. Muss man kurz aus- und dann wieder anschalten

Consigliatissimo

Foto e descrizione della casa attinenti alla realtà. La casa è spaziosa, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare, il bagno e la doccia funzionavano bene, i letti singoli e il divano letto sufficientemente comodi per tre ragazzi alti. L'unica cosa che dovrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia sia della casa che degli utensili della cucina che abbiamo dovuto rilavare. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e risponde subito ai messaggi. La posizione è comoda : vicino al centro e alle metro. Consigliamo questo immobile per un soggiorno a Madrid!
