The Space:

Villa Son Fanals is a spacious two-storey property in a peaceful setting just outside Alcúdia. It accommodates up to 12 guests in two independent apartments. Each apartment has its own living room, fully equipped kitchen and covered terrace, making the property ideal for families or groups travelling together while still allowing some privacy.



Each apartment includes:



· Three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each; all bedrooms have air conditioning

· Two bathrooms

· Its own comfortable living room

· Its own fully equipped kitchen

· Its own covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation



The villa’s two apartments share the following outdoor areas:



· Swimming pool: 7 × 4.5 m, with 12 sun loungers

· Outdoor shower

· Barbecue area with a large handcrafted table and benches

· Private parking for up to four cars

The villa is also well positioned for cycling and hiking, with convenient access to scenic countryside routes and the Serra de Tramuntana.

A car is recommended for exploring the area comfortably. The villa’s location also makes it an excellent base for cycling holidays.
