Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is beautiful and within easy reach of both the Port and Arenal. Tracey was easy to reach and very helpful when we needed to ask for help one evening. We will definitely revisit.

Beautiful appartment just in front of the sea. Lovely roof terrace with 360 views. Very quiet and secluded. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the place even though it can become rather chilly in January.

Lovely apartment near the Port.

The property is in a complex that is like a little Spanish village, very quaint! It was clean, tidy and very well equiped. The host was great and very helpful.

Pueblo Javea

Very attractive location close to port, cafes, and beach. The pool would have been great to use but weather was cooler than usual. Large terrace to relax on. Comfy, well thought out accommodation.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day. Tracey is a good host. The appartment is good and very clean. The rooftop, swimming pool, private parking and the atmosphere of the complex is great. Wifi, airco and the kitchen are good. It is 1 minute from the beach which also makes it a nice loction. We rented bikes in order to move around. If you are looking for a nice appartment which is really reasonable priced this should be it. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Tracey!

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location.

Where to start. I can not fault this property or host in any way. Every aspect of booking and communication with the owner was perfect and up there with the best we have ever had on holiday properties. We came with our two children aged 3 and 5 and found the apartment perfect for us. When it comes to the complex it is on It was hard to believe it could be even more beautiful in person than it shows in the photos but it was. The roof terrace is amazing and such a lovely area to have private use of with incredible views. The apartment is extremely is well equipped and we found it kept cool very well and the air conditioning was great to turn on when you got back to make it perfect on no time. The communal pool is fanatic and even in peak summer was never too busy and well looked after and used by others on the complex. The location was beyond perfect. Right on the beech and only minutes walk (even with children with little legs) from the port, which is full of amazing family friendly restaurants and we found to be good value as well. This is a holiday home that we are desperate to return to and hopefully will again soon.

A mi chemin entre le centre historique le paseo et le port de javea l'appartement est idéalement situé et offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. L'accès à pied a la mer est très appréciable.

Prima mooi appartement dicht aan een kieselstrand, zandstrand op 5 min rijden vanaf en een eigen zwembad op het terrein. Positief: parkeerplek op eigen terrein, ruim eigen dakterras, tweede koelkast en twee airco’s aanwezig; contact met verhuurder ongecompliceerd en snelle oplossing als er problemen zijn; wifi goedAandachtspunt: beschrijving over ligging appartement op het terrein voor eerste aankomst - dit was even zoeken!

Appartement très bien agencé, propre, tout le nécessaire de cuisine disponible avec terrasse sur le toit très appréciable. Le village est calme et la piscine impeccable. A 10mn à pied supermarché, restaurants, boutiques.... et juste en face la plage de galets. Nous avons passé 2 semaines au top!!!

Buena ubicación

Habría sido perfecto si hubieran tenido persianas las ventanas, no tenian y en cuanto amanecia, era imposible dormir, mas teniendo en cuenta lo pronto que amanece en estas fechas por esa parte del pais.Tambien algo incoodo el asunto de las cucarachas, pese a ser un primer piso habia bastantes aunque lo tenian bien contolado con trampas efectívas los propietarios. Por lo demas, muy biem, una terraza en la planta superior donde se estaba muy agisto, camas comodas, nas comunes muy chulas, la piscina una maravilla, la ubicación fabulosa y la atencion del propietario inmejorable.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have curtains at the windows of all rooms and this is the first time ever that anyone has had an issue with this. As far as the cockroaches is concerned the only way to keep them out as they fly in is to keep windows closed. This appears to be an issue across the whole of the region and the only way to manage it is to keep windows closed and also put traps down unfortunately.

PRECIOSO APARTAMENTO EN URBANIZACION TRANQUILA

Excelente apartamento en zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo. Segùn sales de la urbanización estás en el paseo marítimo, donde puedes ver amanecer...Hemos aprovechado mucho la terraza, en la que cenábamos cada día escuchando el mar. Y un puntazo la ducha en ella. En difinitiva, nos ha encantado.

As close to perfection you could wish for

The apartment was equipped to a very high standard, this includes the roof terrace. Positioning is fantastic. Walk across the road to pebble beach with bar serving food. Turn left out of gates and within 5 minutes you come to a plethora of stunning Spanish restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Was my 4th visit to the area and pound for pound the best experience by far. Final word regarding communication with owner, outstanding, quick to reply and informative on answering any query.

Sin comunicación con la propietaria. Casa problemática.

Conozco la urbanización desde hace años pero en esta ocasión la casa habitual estaba ocupada así que reservé esta. La comunicación con la propietaria -que estaba en Inglaterra- fue nula y conseguí acceder por casualidad gracias a la inmobiliaria ubicada dentro. Ni hubo comunicación ni aviso ni por tanto recibió acuse de recibo de que había recibido instrucciones para acceder a la casa. He puesto comunicación 1 estrella pero debía ser un 0. La casa por otra parte es incómoda. Está reformada recientemente pero sus servicios están mal diseñados y funcionan lo justo. La nevera principal está en la azotea, el baño no tiene aireación y cosas así. En el lado bueno, hay aire acondicionado que funciona bien pero muy ruidoso, las ventanas cierran bien y la distribución de espacios es adecuada para una pareja. No adecuada para personas con problemas de movilidad ya que han de subir escaleras complicadas contínuamente. Para colmo, el jardinero de la urbanización hacía funcionar todos los dias entre las 13:00 y las 17:00 un aparato de barrido muy ruidoso que impedía el descanso, escuchar la televisión o simplemente estar a gusto. Hay que sufrir a diario esto para entenderlo pero es inexplicable. No creo que vuelva a esta casa por sus problemas e incomodidad y eso que la zona es perfecta para pasar unas semanas.

Precioso y bien equipado

El alojamiento esta en una ubicación estupenda, junto a la costa en una urbanización agradable con piscina. La equipación es muy completa y no falta de nada. El conjunto es muy funcional con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. La comunicación con la propietaria fue siempre correcta aportando todos los detalles necesarios para disfrutar de la estancia. Aunque funcionó perfectamente, lo único que no me gustó fue el hecho de recoger las llaves en el buzón de entrada y el hecho de no disponer de persianas, que hacia que cuando amanecía, muy temprano, las habitaciones se llenaban de luz y era imposible seguir durmiendo. La terraza es fantástica para desayunar o comer en ella.
