Fantastique appartement en villa à Alvor

Casa São Pedro rénové en 2012 comprend deux appartements de trois chambres élégantes et spacieuses avec un mobilier contemporain et une décoration douce créant une ambiance estivale joyeuse. Identiques dans les moindres détails, chaque appartement dispose d'un salon avec un canapé en rotin et fauteuils, cheminée, TV et un balcon ou une véranda baignée par le soleil du matin. La cuisine / salle à manger entièrement équipée et décloisonnée est un espace social ensoleillé avec un balcon ou une véranda exposé au sud et une vue partielle sur la mer. Deux chambres à deux lits et une chambre à deux lits ont chacune un décor différent et partagent deux salles de bains indépendantes. A l'extérieur, la piscine rafraîchissante et la terrasse ensoleillée jouissent d'une grande intimité, avec un barbecue pour diner en plein air pendant les longues soirées d'été de l'Algarve.

À côté du petit port pittoresque, des restaurants en plein air donnent sur l'estuaire de la rivière, et la magnifique plage d'Alvor est à un peu plus de 1 km de ces superbes appartements de vacances en Algarve. La station balnéaire animée de Praia da Rocha se trouve à 5 km de la ville portuaire de Portimão.


Casa São Pedro, Alvor
Casa São Pedro se trouve sur une avenue résidentielle paisible dans une promenade facile de 300 mètres du centre animé du village d'Alvor. Des restaurants populaires et des bars familiaux animés bordent les rues étroites, mêlées à de petites boutiques et à des cafés sur le trottoir, au milieu des traces du passé historique d'Alvor sous la forme de l'église du 16ème siècle. À côté du petit port pittoresque, les restaurants en plein air donnent sur l'estuaire de la rivière, et la magnifique plage d'Alvor se trouve à un peu plus de 1 km de ces superbes appartements de vacances en Algarve. La station balnéaire animée de Praia da Rocha est à 5 km et la ville portuaire de Portimão et son port de plaisance coloré à 7 km.

lui-même est un labyrinthe de rues pavées et de petites places ombragées avec beaucoup de beaux bars et cafés. L'église paroissiale à l'origine du 16ème siècle a été reconstruite après le tremblement de terre de 1755 et a toujours un bon exemple dans sa porte principale de l'artisanat du Manuelin

Wonderful holiday

Perfect location, good size apartments with great pool which was very well maintained. Owner very helpful. Only suggestion would be to improve the comfort of the beds. We had a wonderful family holiday and would love to return in the future.

Excellent location and Lena was very friendly. We found the main bed hard but appreciate that it may suit others. Small point but tablets for both washing machines and hand wash would be welcome. Would return should we return to Alvor.

The property was big and comfortable and in a great location. Pool area was lovely. The only negative I can say is that the mattress in the main bedroom could do with replacing and the beds are all noisy. The owner was lovely, recommended a great restaurant and was on hand if you needed her.

Lovely Villa in great location

From arrival to departure our host Lena was a star, very helpful. The villa itself was as described, very spacious and in great condition, it is all you want for a vacation, will return.

Lovely large flat in excellent position

The flat was just as described and photos all up to date. It is literally a 5 minute walk from Alvor centre with great bars restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes to walk to the huge beach with plenty of Sun loungers and parasols. The swimming pool which is shared with guests from only one other apartment was an added bonus.

Would definitely recommend a stay here

Lena is a lovely hosts and helped us settle in and is very friendly. The accomodation was perfect for us with 2 separate families staying on each level of the villa. The location was perfect for shops, restaurants and bars with a nice 5 minute walk to the harbour I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lena.

Nice spacious clean apartment in a good location. Easy walk into town where there were a large selection of amenities. Kitchen was well equipped from an equipment point of view and the cabinets had recently been updated but we would have appreciated some basic consumables such as salt and pepper and washing up liquid, these have usually been provided in other rentals we have stayed in. As others have noted, beds are very firm. We didn’t use the pool as it was a little too cool but it looked clean and well maintained. Living area nice with a large comfortable sofa and pleasant balcony seating area. Overall would recommend.

We enjoyed our time

We have spent 2,5 Weeks at Maria’s House. We had a very good time. The surrounding was perfect for us and Maria was a very polite and gentle host. We found everything what we needed in the condo. Pool was great and always clean. Thump up.

Fantastic holiday

Just back from 2 week stay. Lena is a brilliant host, always on hand if needed but never intrusive. Alvor is lovely little town with lots going on only a few minutes walk away but the apartment was very peaceful. Really nice beach is about 10-15 min walk away and there are also nice beaches with an inflatable obstacle course about 5 mins drive away at Priara de Rocha. The kids loved the pool and overall a great holiday.

Gorgeous Apartment in Alvor

We visited this lovely apartment in Alvor as 3 older female friends in September and had a fabulous time. Maria is the perfect hostess and communication prior to our arrival was really helpful and Maria was really friendly and welcoming on our arrival. The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The lovely sea view from the lounge balcony was a real bonus and the pool area was really well proportioned with the pool being plenty big enough for larger family groups. The location is great being about 5 mins walk from the centre of Alvor with a little further to the beach. There are 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk which were reasonable and had plenty of choice. Overall a very relaxing stay and we can’t wait to return.

Great location

Great apartment, great location and great host. Apartment is just as listed on website. In a quiet residential road but within easy stroll to Alvor centre, beach and supermarkets. We had use of pool to ourselves as other residents in apartment above us did not use the pool. Well maintained pool, cleaned everyday and is a good size. Much needed after a hot sunny day. We were met on arrival by Helena and were shown around property, which is large and well equipped, and she arrived at door after a few days to change bedding and towels - much appreciated. We can not fault the property at all and would not hesitate to stay again, hopefully soon. Thank you again for welcoming us to your apartment

Ideal for families, fantastic location.

My family and I stayed in this property for a week. Our party was 4 adults and 2 children, being a baby and a toddler. The property was ideal for us as it was centrally located, as well as being a short walk to the beach. The property boasts ample space and was very clean and well equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, which was perfect for our young family. We had exclusive use of the pool for the week which our 3 year old loved, though do note it is quite deep (approx 2 metres or more) at one end. The property owner stays below the property and was extremely helpful. We had a small (self-inflicted) problem with the lock at the property and this was immediately resolved. We had a great holiday at this property and can’t wait to return. I would highly recommend it.

Semaine très agréable à Alvor

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Maria, il est spacieux, très bien équipé et sa localisation proche de tout. Alvor est une petite ville très agréable et Maria est une hôtesse très accueillante !!!
