Nous vous proposons un appartement avec une très belle vue agréable et reposante, lumineux, spacieux de 150 m2 ( 3 terrasses comprises).
Idéalement situé près du centre ville d'Alvor sans avoir les désagréments de la vie nocturne. Le condominium "Solrio" d'architecture contemporaine, moderne, à dimension humaine, calme, agréable avec un beau jardin soigné et 2 piscines, avec ascenseur.
L' Appartement se trouve au deuxième et dernier étage. Est composé d'un salon avec une cuisine ouverte d'une surface de 45m2, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, et 3 terrasses.
Il est décoré avec soin, très confortable, entièrement équipé : SMART TV, DVD, Wifi, écouteurs pour brancher votre Smartphone ou IPod, climatisation, cafetière Nespresso et classique, grille pain, bouilloire, lave linge-sèche linge, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, etc, etc...
Canapé convertible dans le salon. Lit d’appoint disponible.

Just returned from a week at Isabelle's apartment at Solrio. We have been visiting Alvor for over 20 years and i believe this was the nicest place we have stayed. Photographs do not do justice to the apartment as it is even better. Apartment had absolutely everything you would need for a relaxing holiday right down to the very comfortable beds. Roof terrace has fabulous views and is well equipped. Fatima made check in so easy and was available to deal with any issues arising. Would highly recommend a stay here and we will be looking to return.

A nice and spacious apartment in the center of Alvor. Quiet and yet close to everything: the supermarket, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We had the most fantastic holiday in Alvor. The property was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 toddlers). I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 2 weeks. The apartment had everything we needed and more. All 4 of us are over 65 and the location is perfect, just a short walk and you're in the village square, where there's plenty of restaurants and family friendly bars. We'll definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing apartment ❤️💯👌

From start to finish our 4 day stay was amazing - This stunning apartment had everything we needed. Its so stylish and beautifully decorated. Beds are amazingly comfortable 👌 Location is very central, Pool is lovely and easily accessed. Communication with Isobel and Fatima was fantastic. Was lovely to meet Fatima in person she was so helpful. Truly hope to stay again next year if theres availability Pool is beautiful and peaceful

Top Class Apartment

Spacious, well equipped and furnished, well maintained and in a perfect location. The two large balconies and roof terrace provide plenty of choice of outdoor space depending on the time of day. There are building works going on nearby at present but this did not disturb us in any way, neither did the nearby crazy golf affect us. We have already booked again for next year.

Disappointing

The apartment was very nicely presented with underground parking and very close to the town centre. However, the owner didnt notify us that there is a huge construction site (new flats currently at the second floor level) to the immediate left side at the rear estuary view side of the apartment (the main balcony) that was worked on Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm inclusive. Additionally to the right hand side of the same rear balcony there is a family Golf Land resort that is effectively the same as the UK Crazy Golf set up but with the addition of a bar and constant tropical music / tropical bird sounds soundtrack. This operated from 10am to 1am every day. We visited in early July and at that time the winds were so strong that the roof terrace was unusable. Finally Alvor is no longer a charming traditional Portuguese fishing village but rather an overrun town serving poor quality food at establishment wide fixed tourist resort inflated prices. Unless this is your thing I would give this a miss.

I Wish I'd Read the Previous Review!

The property itself is fine: spotlessly clean and well equipped while Fatima, the lady who manages it is very nice, friendly and helpful. The problem is the adjacent building work which an earlier reviewer had highlighted but which unfortunately I had not seen until now. Had I done so before paying my balance, then I might have had second thoughts about wanting to stay here because to put it simply, it blighted our entire stay with drilling and grinding noises from 0800 until 1900 for 5 and a half days of every week ( we were spared the torture on Saturday afternoon and Sunday) The site has a crane also in constant operation and I was fascinated to watch it swinging directly over the heads of the poor people sitting by the pool - not sure that would be allowed in the UK (when it swung past our balcony, it was as if I could have reached out and touched it!) I honestly think that the owner could have said something about this prior to my paying the balance as to not do so is 'deception by omission' and I would certainly not consider booking here again and giving her any more of my money - besides which, it would appear that the work will continue at least well into next year and possibly beyond anyway. It would be nice if the owner read this and considered refunding me part of the considerable sum I paid but I won't hold my breath... This is as honest a review as I can make it and I hope this might serve as a warning to others considering booking this property.

Logement de qualité

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, la propriétaire prête une grande attention aux détails pour que le confort de ses clients soit total. L’appartement a une situation optimale, vous pouvez laisser la voiture et tout faire à pied. Le calme d’Alvor en fait une destination idéale pour se ressourcer. Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau.
