À quelques pas de la plage Condo 1 chambre Ă  Seagrove Beach qui abrite un assortiment merveilleusement diversifiĂ© de restaurants, boutiques et autres entreprises locales, le tout Ă  quelques pas de lĂ  ou Ă  vĂ©lo. Ce condo est situĂ© Ă  1 mile Ă  l'est de la communautĂ© balnĂ©aire et Ă  seulement quelques minutes de vĂ©lo de plusieurs autres communautĂ©s voisines.

Ce charmant condo comprend une chambre privée avec un lit queen-size, une télévision et une vue sur le golfe. En outre, inclus est un canapé-lit dans le salon, une télévision, le cùble, le WIFI et une couchette cachée dans la taniÚre. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec micro-ondes et cafetiÚre. Table de salle à manger pour les réunions de famille et un porche couvert pour prendre votre café du matin et profiter de la vue sur le golfe. Il y a un parking pour 2 véhicules. La communauté offre 2 piscines, une chauffée, deux courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, un club-house, des barbecues en plein air et une buanderie et un parc paysager luxuriant partout.

Les villas Beachwood sont parfaites pour une retraite en famille ou en couple à tout moment de l'année! Notre condo est un petit paradis niché le long de 30A qui est composé de communautés de plage uniques pour ce style de vie décontracté et cette ambiance locale.

Great condo at an unbeatable location! This condo is perfect if your priority is easy beach access. The public access point is just steps away, and we did not encounter the overcrowding beach issues seen in other parts of 30A (our stay was in early August). We would happily return to this property.

The Best Cozy Condo Stay!

We had the best time staying at this condo! We were so impressed with the cleanliness and how adorable the place itself was. Outside of that, the walk to beach access was about two minutes which was absolutely AMAZING! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back. Host was communicative and kind and gave us just an overall great experience.

We loved our stay!

We felt right at home at this cute and cozy condo. It was perfect accommodations for our little family! Beach access right across the road made it convenient for us with small children. Close enough for Panama City Beach stores without having to stay there. We prefer less noisy beach stays and this was a wonderful option.

Great location!

Located right across from the entrance to Seagrove beach access. Condo met all basic needs. Great amenities. Bring quarters and laundry soap if you plan to do laundry. Towels are limited so you might want to bring extra.

Year end Beach vacation

We always try to come to Florida at least once a year with our kids and grandkids. This year our stay at Beachwood villas was perfect. We were only 10 minutes from where they stayed. So being able to spend more time with them versus driving 1hr or so was perfect.

Review

Location and communication with owner was perfect. Owner answered my calls right away and answered any questions in a timely manner. The only downside would be the cleanliness of the property but not sure if it was due to quick turnaround time. Overall we had a great time. Honestly the location and price point cannot be beat

Nice quiet place

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great! Cute clean and quiet place to stay. Having the beach access across the street was great as well. Only complaint we have is the limited number of towels (bath and hand) for a three night stay and the towels had a weird oder to them. (Like they had sat in washer wet to long)

We have stayed in the same room at Beachwood Villas 2 years in a row and it has been an incredible experience both times. Great communication with owner. The room is just steps away from the beach access and the condo is great. Both pools are accessible and a great. Plan. To stay again.

Great Stay & Short Walk to Beach

This condo was very delightful and perfect for my wife and I for our honeymoon stay. The host was very informative and always open if we encountered any issues during our stay, which we had none. The condo is literally right across the road from the beach entrance so you have a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Seagrove is also so lovely! 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Very nice property and a great location. Right across the road from the public access to the beach and a 24 hour convenience store next door. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and perfect for one couple. Enjoyed the large balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Just wish the checkout was at 11 and not 10. :-)

GREAT location!!

We stayed 4 nights and loved it here. The condo is the closest one to the beach access so it was quick and easy to get to the beach. It’s a short walk to the public beach area. The beach was amazing! The unit itself was good and we spent most of our time at the beach and pool and then came in to relax and eat. The kitchen was supplied well enough for us to cook easy meals and the balcony view was nice too. Air conditioning worked great and was nice after being out in 90+ degrees! Bring extra towels and toilet paper for sure. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property with a couple of surprises

I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here.

Great stay

Although a 1 bed apartment it is very spacious for 4 adults. The sleeping sofa was more comfortable that what we expected. Large balcony and grills are just out the door in the communal yard. Super convenient to have the gas station literally steps from the apartment door. Also across the street from beach public entrance. Greg was very easy to communicate with and accommodated our special request to check in earlier. Thank you! Would stay here again!
