Great location and cute house!

We stayed here for about 8 days and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the updated home. My kids slept so well and kept saying how comfortable the beds were. Would stay here again!

We used this place as a getting ready space for the groomsmen and it was perfect! AC was nice, home was beautiful, and patio was perfect for pictures.

This is a great house. Nice location, only a couple of minutes walk from downtown shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. And a short walk to the beach, beach trail, and pier. House is nicely remodeled, nicely appointed, comfortable, and spacious for the family. Easy communication with the owners. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Home Base for our visit to San Clemente

The amenities were comfortable and first class. The location was convenient for walking to the beach & waterfront as well as the restaurant and shopping areas. The outdoor entertainment area was great for gathering outside during the beautiful Southern California evenings. We would definitely stay there again!

The description of the house was spot on. Absolutely great location- walking distance to all the yummy restaurants and cute shops. Super easy check in and check out process.I would suggest bringing your own shampoo/conditioner as well as some wet wipes for the counter.

Amazing stay!

This was our first time in San Clemente and we are counting the days to go back! The house was beautiful and right near the beach. The waves were great and the pier was beautiful. The owners were so sweet and offered to pay for our dinner on the pier due to a hiccup with housecleaning. We could not have asked for a better stay!

The house was lovely. The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to town very easily. There were just a couple of minor things missing there were no boogie boards and the umbrella was very small. It would be nice to have a lamp in the second bedroom as the overhead light didn’t work.

Spacious Beach House

Great aesthetics and location…literally a three min walk to beaches or shops/restaurants on Del Mar St. House has a cool refreshing vibe that instantly makes you relax. Kitchen is fairly well stocked with the basics of what you might need for quick meals. Parking wasn’t an issue. Beds were very comfortable. It was a great place for us to stay for a long weekend in the summer.
