Le Chalet Fortuna 4 Penthouse est un appartement de vacances de luxe au 3ème étage avec des balcons exposés sud et ouest offrant une vue panoramique magnifique sur le célèbre Jungfrau et les montagnes environnantes, et est situé dans le village sans voiture convivial de Wengen. Il est à seulement 5 minutes (350m) de marche à plat de la gare de Wengen et à 450m du téléphérique donnant accès aux montagnes et aux zones de ski à une courte distance !



Ce magnifique appartement au dernier étage peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes :

Ce que vous devez savoir...



Bien que Wengen soit un village de montagne "sans voiture", arriver en voiture n'est pas un problème. Il y a un grand parking multi-étages à la gare de Lauterbrunnen, avec des chariots pour vos bagages et des ascenseurs jusqu'aux quais. C'est juste un trajet de 14 minutes en train à crémaillère jusqu'à Wengen. Les trains partent toutes les 30 minutes jusqu'à 21h30, puis toutes les heures. Des taxis sont disponibles à la gare de Wengen si vous avez besoin d'aide pour vous rendre à votre chalet.



Nous accueillons chaleureusement les invités dans notre appartement de vacances. Veuillez noter qu'en raison de considérations de sécurité et de la configuration de notre espace, nous ne pouvons pas accueillir les enfants de moins de 8 ans. Nous apprécions votre compréhension et nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir.



Notez qu'il y a 3 chambres, chacune avec un lit king-size double.

Fortuna 4 offered the perfect place to return to after exploring the beautiful alps for 3 couples.

Loved the deck views and the amazing communication from Wengen apartments. This was our second time to rent from them and we will do so again! Perhaps full rolls of paper towels and a few cleaning supplies in unit to do more of our own tidying up (window cleaner, vacuum etc. )

Thank you for your feedback. While kitchen paper towels are not provided as standard, we do provide a reusable Swedish dishcloth. A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies are also available in the closet on the right, just before the third bedroom. We are always happy to look after our guests, and if we had known you needed anything else, we would gladly have shown you where everything was and brought you some kitchen paper towels.

Heaven in a Mountain Village!!

We all loved being in this modern, beautifully appointed apartment. It is easily accessible from the train station, the kitchen is really well equipped, and the views are beyond belief!! More bathroom hooks for towels.

Gorgeous chalet with great views!

I never wanted to leave the Fortuna Chalet. The vaulted ceilings leading to an incredible alpine view, along with the modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - our whole family felt so comfortable and woke up every morning delighted by the epic panorama surrounding us. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! The owners obviously take great pride in their property and have done a wonderful job creating a welcoming, beautiful space.

Wonderful place with wonderful view

We enjoyed our stay in the Fortuna. Very clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. It’s in a nice quiet and quaint area but only a few minutes walk from groceries, restaurants, and the train station. Every morning a group of goats with their jingly bells would walk into a field visible from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful apartment

Lovely apartment, well designed throughout, with a very thorough and useful information folder supplied by the owner to help you find your way around the place. Superb views when the clouds lifted (sadly, not often during our week). Short, relatively flat walk to centre of town. Excellent communication and advice from agent Julie Doyle. Really needs a handrail down the length of the path from road to chalet - not just where there are steps.

Second time in Wengen

This was our second time in Wengen, both times we rented through Wengen Apartments. The other rental agency may be fine, but I would absolutely stick with Julie at Wengen Apartments. The penthouse , besides being a beautiful apartment was spotless and well equipped. To be honest, I wasn’t sure about the modern furniture, but it was actually quite comfortable. The staff all friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was pot holders or oven mitts. Otherwise one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever rented.

A jewel in Wengen

A lovely three bedroom apartment , conveniently located to Coop and rail station. Beautiful Jungfrau mt. Views. High vaulted ceilings and fireplace , a nice addition. Spacious and beautiful. No elevator but the steps are gradual. The reclining chairs seem to be broken on balcony. Many non stick pans were scratched, requested and got one new one. Well appointed unit.

Beautiful and convenient

The Fortuna 4 was everything we hoped for. Beautiful balconies. Large kitchen for 2 chefs. Beds firm and comfortable. Easy, quick walk to Coop and train. Spacious laundry room in building that I wish we had taken advantage of before downsizing to a smaller apt. I am surprised a previous reviewer mentioned lack of a lift because the stairs were such that they were very easy to navigate even with luggage. Highly recommend this apt!!

Special holiday

We had a fantastic holiday in Wengen. It's a very special place. The views from this apartment are brilliant. The location is a short walk from the village centre so you don't hear the bars in the evening, but you are close to everything. The apartment is clean and spacious and there are two generous balconies with fantastic views. We were there in a hot spell in summer and it was easy to keep the flat cool.

Wonderful Christmas

A quick note to thank Julie and the team for helping us experience a magical Christmas week in beautiful Wengen. The apartment is fully fitted with everything an adventurous chef might need and super cosy for a family of 4. A lift! - only joking.

Tolle Unterkunft an traumhafter Lage

Chalet fortuna lived up to its luxurious title. The quality of fittings along with the space within the the chalet were much appreciated, not to mention the stunning views of the mountains. The correspondence we recieved from wengen apartments was excellent. An altogether fantastic holiday.

Lovely flat, perfect location, fantastic view!

The flat was lovely and very tastefully furnished. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room was the best feature, with amazing, unobstructed views of the mountains. Location was perfect as well, 5 min easy walk from station, supermarket, cable car. Wengen is a charming village with all new developments carefully constructed to maintain the village’s character. Booking and communication with Julie was absolutely perfect, leaving no doubts or questions unanswered. Really, very well done!

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting

Chalet Fortuna is a fantastic property located in a spectacular area. The home is very comfortable for relaxing and perfectly located for Swiss Mountain adventures. Julie from Swiss maid services was a great resource and a big help making our stay extra pleasant.

Exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views! Within walking distance of village shops and train station. We stayed for 5 days and wished we had booked it for all 12 days of our stay in Switzerland! It's central location makes it convenient for day trips throughout the country. Wonderful place for those traveling with family or those who dread the confinement of hotel rooms. A modern kitchen outfitted with everything you need for preparing meals and even access to a washer and dryer in the basement of the chalet. Not a good choice for those with limited mobility as it is on the top floor and there isn't an elevator.

Stunning

This is one of the best properties that we have rented over the years. Everything was first class within the apartment itself. The views are stunning. The apartment is in a quiet part of Wengen but it is very easy to access transport, food etc. We did everything by train from the airport to travelling locally and it was so easy, buy a Swiss rail pass though as it saves a lot of money. We bought the flex pass. Would recommend the apartment and area to everyone!
