Awesome stay!

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was perfect for our group. We had plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen for cooking all our meals. It was super clean and we appreciated the top notch services and amenities. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Family Reunion

I personally stayed in this unit. The accommodations were very nice. Everyone who stayed there enjoyed it. The kitchens in our other two units seemed to be stocked a little better. The carpets are quite worn and the off-white sofa and chairs are a little soiled. The mattress in the main floor bedroom mattress squeaks and creaks with the slightest movement. Otherwise, it is a lovely unit. The only maintenance issue I would suggest is replacing the front door latch. It doesn't unlatch easily.

Great place with nice amenities

Our family of 9 enjoyed staying at this chalet located at the Zermatt Resort in Midway. There was plenty of room and the bathrooms were good size. We loved playing tennis, sand volleyball, and mini golfing.

Nice family getaway to the mountains

The location is fantastic, especially for cool mountain air in August. The property suited our needs well, and any issues (and there were a couple of minor ones) were promptly resolved. All seven of us who stayed really enjoyed the resort and surrounding amenities. We would definitely rent this property again.

Chalet 719 - Zermatt.

We had some kitchen lightening out but within a matter of minutes with a phone call, Kyle was at the door to remedy the situation. Nice friendly guy! Would recommend bringing garbage bags for the kitchen garbage. We went out to buy some. Shower downstairs had very little water pressure. The upstairs bedroom needed a bedspread but we found one to put on. Everything was very clean! Nice place! Definitely would stay there again!

This was average property but not well cleaned. Communication and staff were very good. Hot water heater not working when we arrived but we were able to get it reset and staff was pod at support. No games even cards for us to keep busy in the evenings, despite it being billed as family friendly. Adequate for a long weekend with our family.

Chalet #719 was very

Chalet #719 was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only disconcerting thing we dealt with was no service for our phones. It was suggested that the WIFI would work to give us some service but the information in the binder was not accurate and the wifi information we were able to connect too was also very weak so we were unable to use of phones or laptops.

We have stayed at your properties many times in the past and have been very impressed with the cleanleness and condition of the units. Unfortunateley this stay was very different. I will list the conditions that we felt were below what we expected. 1. The main floor shower and the master shower had little to no pressure and it took a long time to get any hot water. 2. In the upstairs west bedroom we found cigarette butts in the sheets and what appeared to be cigarette burns on the sheets. It also smelled of cigarette smoke making the room very unappealing. 3. There is a rather large hornets nest in the eve of the front patio. This made using the patio tenuous. 4. The unit did not seem very well stocked compared to other units we have stayed in ie. shampoo, soap, kitchen utensils. 5. The vacum cleaner had very little suction. 6. The AC needs to be checked. It had a hard time starting. I realize some of these things probably could have been adressed during our stay. However, we were busy and on vacation and made due with it. I feel like we paid top dollar for our accommodations and did not really receive the usual quality as in the past. Perhaps the management would consider a partial refund??? Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Wonderful stay and location. Expected it to be a little cleaner. Hot water is so hot it could be dangerous. Light in upstairs bedroom started to melt when it was on.

Attended a conference at the Zermatt. The home was conveniently located and met our needss.

Loved it...but would suggest additional wine or cocktail glasses and possibly a gas grill.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed this location and the Condo itself was nice in many ways, but seems like it's a little tired. We had an issue with loud fans in the bathrooms being on constant fan, until I figured out how to turn off the breaker, but then no fans at all. We tried to cook eggs one morning and the stove doesn't light anymore. We looked everywhere and finally discovered a lighter (gas stove). Also, the code to the garage door was not listed and we spent time trying to put the code in for the front door. The internet passcode was different than what was on our check in paperwork, and after 24 hours the property manager, who was apologetic for the delay in phone call, told us the password would be listed in the info book, which again amounted to a scavenger hunt to find. Just a few little heads "ups" would have been helpful. Some of the rooms are nicely decorated, but others, look like things were taken off walls without repair or replacement. Overall the property is lovely, quiet and we really enjoyed the mini golf, pool and hot tub and general gorgeous location with the small stream nearby and plenty of green space. We all agreed we would stay here again, now that we know the "tricks". (Though it would be nice to have the fans and stove repaired). One additional note for the property manager, the rug in the living room is somewhat of a trip hazard as the ends curl up. It might make more sense to remove them.

Very Relaxing

Better Than Expected

Definitely enjoyed our stay at the Zermatt. Awesome layout for our family! Plenty of space for 5 kiddos. When we checked in we noticed that the kitchen counter glass had a crack in it. I reached out to the management company and they responded promptly, resolved the issue. Super impressed!

Nice place to accommodate our family

Enjoyed our stay only couple things we couldn't find the main trash cans to dump trash and upstairs guest bath was kinda clogged not draining well. Everything else was great.
