Everything was as shown online. Excellent location if you enjoy walking and burning off some of the fabulous food to be had in Palermo. Great and lively market next door. About 20 Minutes of interesting and easy walking to most sites. Nice rooftop patio. Host replied quickly and positively to all questions.

Great location and awesome accommodation

Perfect place to stay if you are out and about or just want to put your feet up and stay in the apartment and enjoy the roof top views. Would recommend.

This lovely apartment is an oasis in the busy city of Palermo. While is it centrally located near the bustling Capo market area, the apartment is quiet, cool and peaceful. It was immaculate, as though we were the first ones ever there. The bed was comfortable, linens nice, kitchen and bath well equipped. Daniela greeted us, and was available for any questions. After busy days exploring vibrant Palermo we were happy to "come home" to our private place, pour a glass of wine, and go up to the lovely roof terrace to relax. Thank you, Daniela

Wonderful location

The apartment was exactly what one needs to explore the historic centre of Palermo. The rooftop deck (with basket to transport goodies) was perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.

Lovely cosy flat with everything we needed. The location was perfect, short walk to main sights, literally overlooking the Capo market and its amazing street food. Daniela left us some treats in the fridge and was constantly on hand to answer all our questions. We hope to go back.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was a home away from home. Everything you could need was close by… Capo market, bread store and convenience stores. Having two balconies was a bonus for us and we loved relaxing in the evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine. The ritual of hoisting the basket of goodies up was great fun. We had actually seen two ladies in the Capo Market do the same from their balconies. Little did we know!!!! We absolutely loved Palermo and while we read that a couple of days would be sufficient, we were sad to leave once the week was up!Thank you. We Daniela. We hope to return someday!

Great location to explore Palermo

We enjoyed our apartment: it's a perfect location to explore Palermo, in particular the historical center of the city. The apartment was clean, spacious and the terrace up on the roof was great in the early morning or evening for some relaxation after walking all day around Palermo. Daniela is a great host and she made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We recommend!

Perfect apartment in Palermo

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and well appointed apartment. The host Daniela was wonderful and even arranged a computer monitor for me to use for work. The AC worked great, it was 34° outside but completely comfortable inside. Location is great for walking all around the city, there is a largish supermarket 100m away, and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stay in Palermo

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city. This place is conveniently located above the colourful historic market, very close to Teatro Massimo, and a walking distance to the Cathedral and many other places we visited on our 4 day trip. Excellent communication with the Daniela and her husband. They greeted us with local sweets, cannoli and a 7 layer cake. The apartment was well stocked and spotless clean. We highly recommend it.

Daniela welcomed us with kindness and a smile even though we were running late and had kept her waiting! We had apertivos, water and ice waiting for us and also some dolci typical of Palermo. Her apartment was very comfortable and had everything you needed with many extra toiletries available. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and spices for making a meal. The view from the top terrace is wonderful, so we made sure to enjoy breakfasts and coffee and cocktails and even a dinner on the terrace. The apartment is well situated for walking to most sights and attractions of Palermo. Many restaurants and stores are close by and the Mercato del Capo is right next to the apartment building. Best location, best host

I could not be happier. This location is right at the beginning of the market YET extremely quiet and comfortable. It does not have a microwave but everything else you need is there. There is a little grocery about 2 blocks away to buy cereal and milk if need be and a really nice restaurant a few feet from the front door. The apartment has a lovely roof top terrace for relaxation and a little balcony with flowers growing, so pretty. The washing machine worked perfectly. The bathroom is very adequate with a bidet and small shower. Larger people may struggle a bit with the small shower but as a normal sized person it was fine. There is an elevator so getting up to the apartment is easy for all.The host made certain that all my questions were answered and accommodated my requests appropriately. She is very friendly and communication went seamlessly. I would definitely stay there again and greatly appreciated her efforts.

Daniela a un très bel appartement, très confortable en bordure du coeur de Palerme. La terrasse domine le marché au poisson. Toutes les visites se font à pied. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Merci à Daniela pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

MAGNIFICO

Appartement rénové, situé dans un bel immeuble ancien, au cœur du centre historique. Confortable à la propreté irréprochable. Cerise sur le gâteau, une terrasse sur les toits avec salon de jardin et barbecue pour les chaudes soirées d'été. Marché alimentaire typique au bas de l'immeuble sites principaux à visiter, accessibles à pied. Arrêt très proche pour la navette gratuite desservant le centre historique. Plage à 20 mn en bus. Liaisons très fréquentes. Daniela qui parle l'anglais et le français est au petits soins avec ses hôtes afin de leurs assurer le meilleur des séjours. A recommander sans hésitation. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Daniela a Palermo e ci siamo trovati benissimo!L’appartamento era molto pulito, curato e ben attrezzato. La posizione è ottima e, nonostante il mercato proprio accanto, l’appartamento era davvero tranquillo. Aria condizionata, frigorifero e cucina hanno funzionato perfettamente.Daniela è stata gentilissima, disponibile e ha sempre risposto velocemente ai nostri messaggi. Ci ha dato tanti consigli utili su Palermo e nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato anche delle guide con suggerimenti sulle cose da vedere.Il check-in è stato semplice e piacevole: Daniela ci ha accolti personalmente, ci ha mostrato l’appartamento e spiegato tutto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i piccoli dettagli, come gli asciugamani freschi e confezionati e il cibo che ci aveva lasciato.Grazie di cuore, Daniela! Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremmo sicuramente!
