XIRBA - Appartement dans le confortable vieux centre-ville

Xirba maison de vacances est un appartement récemment rénové, situé dans le quartier Kalsa, dans l'une des rues les plus riches de l'histoire de Palerme. A quelques minutes à pied de la plupart des lieux d'intérêt culturel et historique-monumental de la ville, il est un choix idéal pour un séjour logistique impeccable et sereine, même sans l'aide d'une voiture.
L'appartement de 90 mètres carrés au premier étage d'un immeuble donnant sur le Jardin des Justes, ravissant jardin de palmiers et d'orange amère, oasis de verdure et de tranquillité au cœur de la vieille ville.
La maison, divisée rationnelle dans les chambres et salon, se compose d'un salon spacieux avec canapé-lit, une cuisine bien équipée, deux chambres (une double et une twin) et deux salles de bains avec douche.
Dans le salon, lumineux et décoré avec goût, ils ont trouvé l'espace des dispositifs conçus pour votre détente et de divertissement: une bibliothèque avec des livres en plusieurs langues, à 40 LED TV »avec blue-ray lecteur DVD et la disponibilité des films sur DVD, un système stéréo et divers cD, une console PS3 avec des jeux qui les accompagnent. Balcon dans le salon, qui donne sur le jardin paisible ci-dessous, il sera agréable de profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner ou prendre un verre dans la soirée détendue.
Toutes les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation et du chauffage et LINE INTERNET SUPER FIBRE est libre.
La Galerie d'art du Moyen-Age et Renaissance Palazzo Abatellis, la Galerie du XVIIe siècle d'art moderne Sant'Anna, le Chiaramonte-Steri Palace, un magnifique exemple d'architecture Chiaramonte, l'église du XIIIe siècle de San Francesco, et encore, l'église arabo-normand l'hôtel, le complexe monumental de la Pang, le Foro Italico, ne sont que quelques-uns des merveilleux sites artistiques et culturels qui se trouvent à proximité immédiate de l'appartement.

Out host was very helpful and always there if we needed her! The apartment is located very centrally in the old city, and easy to get were ever we needed. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. Overall it was a great stay for us in Palermo and the western side of Sicily! We would definitely go there again.

Chiara was the perfect host. She arranged our taxi from the airport and was waiting for us at the apartment. She shared a lot of information about the area and had some great recommendations. Exceed expectations

Wonderful from check in to check out. Great location, peaceful, close to authentic restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. As a working holiday the accommodation was suitable with sufficient internet connectivity and work space. No need to look further.

Living like an Italian

We had a wonderful time in Palermo! The location was perfect, we walked the old city every day. Check in was simple and the recommendations for restaurants and groceries were excellent. Coffee and wine on the balcony over looking the park was perfect!

Perfect apartment on a pefect place

We stayed for 6 nights in Palermo in the apartment. Its on a perfect spot in the middle of the old town near all you need and want to visit. Apartment has everything you need for a relaxed rest after visiting the busy city. The owner personally received us to inform us on all we need to know. She was also very helpful on getting to and from the apartment. We liked it very much and will stay there again when we return to Palermo.

Spacious apartment in charming neighborhood

We enjoyed this comfortable, spacious apartment in the vibrant Kalso neighborhood for our week in Palermo. Chiara met us and gave us an orientation to the apartment and local spots. Comfortable beds, AC, balconies were nice amenities. There is a fantastic bakery just around the corner for our morning cornetti. We ate in many terrific restaurants just a few minutes stroll away. And we were able to reach the train station, waterfront, and many landmarks on foot. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional!

We really enjoyed our four night stay at this property. The location is great, we were really glad that we rented in this area of Palermo. It is a vibrant part of town, with a lot of restaurants and really interesting artists shops all around. There is so much to discover in this area that you may miss if you're not staying there. The apartment itself is perfect...clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The owner is very easy to work with and very kind and helpful to travelers. We would definitely rent this property again and we would highly recommend it to other travelers.

This was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful apartment, especially enjoyed by our group f designers. The accommodations for our two couples worked out well with separate bedrooms and bathrooms with ample kitchen and living area. The setting next to a lovely park in Kalsa and next to many historic sites . Chiara was kind to guide us to good restaurants and other places in the city. A wonderful experience. We hope to return.

Fabulous place!

Chiara’s place was perfect for us. It is clean, comfortable, well appointed with comfortable beds, great showers, good tv, and very secure. The location is ideal in the historic district with tons of great restaurants, bakeries, bars and sites within easy walking distance. Chiara is a perfect host- she was great to communicate with and she provided easy check-in and a good orientation to Palermo for us. It was really helpful and got us off to a good start. Highly recommended. I hope Chiara’s place is available if we come back to Palermo!

Perfect Palermo, Perfect Apartment

My wife and I spent 5 nights in Palermo and stayed at this charming apartment. From the moment we decided to book, our host Chiara was helpful, polite, and accommodating. We altered our booking, asked questions, sought advice about the city, and each time Chiara showed patience and professionalism. It is fair to say that Palermo might not be everyone’s cup of tea, however, we simply fell in love with the city and had a truly wonderful break. A large part of this was due to the location, comfort, and cleanliness of Chiara’s apartment. It is so handy for all the main attractions, whilst still feeling like a quiet residential retreat. It has a homely warmth and lets you feel relaxed and comfortable after a day of sightseeing or a night sampling Palermo’s amazing food and nightlife.In summary, if you are considering visiting Palermo, don’t think twice. If you do visit, don’t stay anywhere else, this place is perfect.

Beautiful apartment!

This is a beautifully decorated place in the historical district of Palermo. It had everything that we needed, however we did need to purchase extra toilet paper and soap. Great A/C, wifi and amenities. Chiara met us for check in and was so helpful providing a map and recommendations for the area. She was always excellent with communication. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke while we were there and she had a technician there to fix it the next day and even took our clothes and washed and dried them herself to return to us prior to our departure. Take advantage of her offer to provide prearranged taxi service to and from the airport. It was so helpful! Great restaurants close by, and location was perfect! I highly recommend!!

Great accommodation in the perfect location

This was my first stop on a month long trip to Europe and it definitely set a high bar. As a host, Chiara was easy to correspond with, she was able to arrange a taxi for both our arrival and departure as well as provide great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We arrived late on a Saturday night (9:30 pm) and Chiara was there to personally greet us. She took the time to show us a map of Palermo and provide a ton of recommendations. She even left us some great pastries in the fridge as well as a cold bottle of water. I loved the location of the property. It was in easy walking distance to all the major tourist sites - only small downfall was the noise from the back alley. She has some pretty noisy neighbors. Oh, and don't be surprised by all the scooters zooming past at 2 am in the morning. The accommodation itself was comfortable and exactly as pictured. It has everything you need for a short stay. The bed in the master room is comfortable. The showers are a bit small, but that is to be expected from Italy. We had no issues using the washing machine and the dishwasher was a great benefit too. The sofa couch I think has seen better days and is starting to show some wear and tear, but still very comfortable and I feel asleep on it several times, so no complaints on comfortability. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to friends and family and if I was ever to come back to Palermo, this would be my go to spot!

I also want to thank you for mentioning all the amenities my apartment has to offer. Anyway, I wish you had a better stay, and it is for this reason that I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced during your time at my place. As for the noise made by the neighbours at night, I will talk to them and try to make things right. Furthermore, that was already my intention to change the sofa in the living area with a new one, and after your comment, I will buy it as soon as possible. It is feedback like this that I learn from and use to improve.  So thank you for letting me know about the downsides. Hope to see and host you again in the future.
