La suite principale avec matelas King size comprend une télévision connectée de 29 pouces et un accÚs au balcon. Deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre secondaire. Le canapé La-Z-Boy tire sur un lit queen size. Smart TV dans le salon et WiFi haut débit sécurisé à l'intérieur de l'appareil avec des vitesses rapides! La cuisine est approvisionnée pour de bons repas autour de la table de la salle à manger. Ou, vous pouvez participer aux excellents choix de fruits de mer, steaks, restaurants grecs, italiens et autres à proximité. Il suffit d'apporter des serviettes de plage et un maillot de bain. Voyage aéré facile.

Épicerie, souvenirs et restaurant juste en face de la rue. Aucune zone de plage en voiture en face du condo.

Wi-Fi gratuit dans la suite et au bord de la piscine. Les installations comprennent une piscine, un bassin pour bébé, un jeu de palets, des courts de tennis, un club-house et des barbecues à gaz bien situés prÚs de la piscine.

Great location to easily walk down to the beach area free of cars. Teens loved the pool right in front of the beach and could see the stars at night. Convenient dollar general across the street. Had an issue and the host was responsive.

Rental with oceanview

This apartment is a very nice set up for a smaller family. We really enjoyed our view from the balcony. However there was a rusty razor blade in with the drinking glasses. The bars of soap and used hand pump soaps in the bathrooms. So maybe bring your own soaps. Other than that it was very nice. I'm pretty clean.

A nice rental

The condo unit is on the fourth floor (elevator nearby) in the building nearest the street (minimal road noise though – except Daytona bike week). The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. The unit is decorated in a Florida theme with a spacious dining/living room area. The furnishings are somewhat dated but very comfortable, especially the recliner chair. The kitchen is small but well stocked with appliances, tableware and utensils. The bedrooms are good size and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are standard size and clean. Overall, a nice rental.We are seniors (80’s) with a three-month rental. There were some inconveniences for us that may not be of a concern to younger renters.The unit is located in the building the farthest from the pool area and grills. It is a walk, especially if you are carrying utensils and meat to grill.There is no washer/dryer in the unit. The laundry and trash chute are in a room on the opposite corner of the building, again a walk to get there.The only negative, as long-term renters we found some areas of the condo that required additional attention/cleaning that short term renters would not notice; vacuuming of the carpets, some baseboard moldings were not wiped down, the tracks for the sliding doors were not clean. We reviewed this with the owner and they are addressing these issues with their housekeeping service.We would recommend the condo to others but we would not reserve this unit again because of the remote laundry

Nice condo, great view

The condo was clean and is very comfortable but it DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit as was advertised. If you don’t need a washer and dryer then I would recommend the condo, location was close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was responsive to messages and quick to respond.

5 Stars!

This property was everything we were looking for! The view from the balcony and the close proximity to the pool/beach are unbeatable. The unit is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could want. There are plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, beach chairs/toys, etc. Communication with the owner was easy, and she is responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to book this unit again in the future!

Once again NSB did not disappoint. The location of this condo is convenient with a grocery store; restaurants, etc., nearby. The grounds are kept beautifully manicured as well as the pool area. Lisa, the owner, is quick to respond to questions, etc.

Renters should be aware that there is no direct access to the beach from the complex due to the hurricane damage. However, public access is less than a mile away. Comfortable and quiet property located in a convenient area of beach side.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Comfortable

The cleaning crew might have rushed their job before we checked in, but the unit is better than expected. It's stocked to the hilt with dishes, bowls, coffee, seasonings, cooking oil etc. The views are far better than the photos suggest (sunrise from the living room was just spectacular). The location is quite ideal (relaxing, charming, convenient to shopping and dining) and barely had any traffic or crowds or noise (except for some weekday construction). If you're NOT aiming to include Disney or Universal in your trip (about 1.5 hours away), this is the spot for you. The property complex is beautifully appointed, and the grounds are very well maintained. The host has kept ample supply of beach chairs and umbrella and towels. There was plenty of paper towels and dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper. There was even a full bottle of CeraVe anti-acne body wash so not the cheap stuff. There is both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The unit lacked nothing. It's a bit dated in décor but fully functional. We had no issues with the water pressure or drains or hot water. The counter space in the kitchen was adequate for our needs. All in all, you can't go wrong booking this room. 3 adults and 1 teen (17 yrs old) managed well for nearly a full week. BTW, the host/property manager was very responsive and acknowledge our every contact or concern.

This property was awesome! We had great view of the beach and pool. The place was super clean and roomy. The pool was beyond great- clean and plenty of chairs. We really enjoyed our selves. The Dollar General Market across the street was handy for the items we forgot.

I enjoyed my stay at Castle Reef. The condo I rented was well stocked and clean and Lisa was very attentive and answered any questions I had. The property was clean and well maintained. Landscaping was beautiful. I hope this unit is available the next time I want to get away.

Castle Reef looks as beautiful as when it was built. The landscaping is always lush, the buildings are always maintained and there are so many "repeat" visitors over the years that it is very common to see familiar faces year after year.

The design of Castle Reef is family friendly. If you have family members that want to remain at the pool instead of ocean, you can capture what everyone is doing at both. There are always plenty of chairs and tables. Toddlers have the baby pool and older children and adults have the over sized pool.
