Large 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains appartement avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Profitez de la plage de sable blanc à New Smyrna Beach, sur la cÎte centre-est de la Floride. Une heure de Disney et de l'aéroport international d'Orlando. 20 minutes au sud de Daytona Beach.

Notre grand balcon donne sur l'océan et une cour paysagÚre tropicale. Notre condo est dans un complexe de villégiature sur la partie sud de New Smyrna Beach. Les sols sont magnifiquement aménagés et comprennent une piscine en bord de mer chauffée (mois d'hiver), un court de tennis, jeu de palets, et grand gazebo de patio.

Étape de la piscine sur la plage de sable blanc de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique Ă  pĂȘcher, nager, surfer, jouer au volley, vĂ©lo, ou voile.

Nous sommes Ă  une heure de Orlando, la maison de Disney World, Sea World et Universal, et une demi-heure Ă  Daytona et Kennedy Space Center.

New Smyrna Beach a été élu «Best Beach en Floride" par les lecteurs du magazine mensuel FLORIDA et a de nombreuses galeries d'art, théùtre, boutiques et des restaurants. Visite historique de Flagler Avenue avec ses boutique pittoresque, pubs et restaurants.

Nous sommes sur le 3Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Notre condo est de 1250 pieds carrés. *** Plancher en bambou Nouveau partout, nouvelle peinture, de nouvelles portes et les garnitures ***

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, grande salle de bain avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan! La chambre d'hÎtes dispose d'un lit queen-size, grand placard et beaucoup d'espace de tiroir. Nous avons reine canapé. Détendez-vous dans le salon sur les canapés en cuir confortables pendant que vous regardez les vagues!

La cuisine a tous les conforts de la maison et donne sur la salle à manger et le salon. Nous avons trois téléviseurs et pour votre commodité Internet haute vitesse sans fil. Travailler à partir de la plage, piscine ou une véranda avec notre connexion WI-FI!

Ceci est un condominium non-fumeurs! Le tabagisme est OK sur le porche seulement.

S'il vous plaßt venez profiter de notre chez-soi loin de chez soi. We had a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beach. The location is perfect and on a part of the beach that feels so private and relaxing. The owner, Deb, was very prompt in responding & answering any questions, and made everything so nice for our visit. Checking in and out was a breeze and the unit is located close to elevators making loading & unloading super easy.The unit is beautifully decorated, well stocked and overall pristine. You can tell the owners put much thought & effort into enduring their guests needs are all met. They provided beach chairs, toys for the kids and plenty of towels for the unit and the pool. The Kuerig was appreciated for our morning brew. We will definitely book this unit again in the future! Thank you Deb!

Everything was great! Beautiful location on the beach, super clean condo unit, and the pool area and deck are very nice. The only downside is that there is no shade or umbrellas on the pool deck, except for some tables that are on the far side of the deck, away from the beach. So it is impossible to enjoy the lounge chairs unless one doesn't mind full sun. The owners were very responsive to communication, and clearly have gone to great lengths to make their unit comfortable and inviting! I will hopefully be able to visit here again!

This is our new favorite place! It is so clean and bright! The owner has thought of every amenity you might need. Wifi was great! The pools were clean and the lounge chairs were great too! Deb, the owner communicated well and was timely in replying to any questions I had. It is right on the ocean and that stretch of sand was not too crowded, people were all nice and the beach was super clean. I will be back again!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex is right on the beach, and the pool area is great. We would definitely rent here again.

The condo was nice and updated. It was unfortunate that we were not told about the construction all over the grounds and on the sea Wall of the beach. Made it very hard to enjoy the beach with the constant machinery noise. Also The “heated” pool was freezing cold and half of the pool deck was blocked off due to construction. If we would of known about this, we would of booked somewhere else.

I love this property. I had a great experience we come to New Smyrna Beach every summer my parents stayed in another condo but this one for two people was absolutely gorgeous you could see the ocean and it was like modern and I love the wood that was the best part it was just a cozy like a little cozy apartment I love it and I would recommend it to anybody

We believe in making our guests very comfortable during their stay. Since buying our first unit in Castle Reef in 2008 we have built a loyal clientele who stay with us year after year, we are very proud of that.

Our goal is to offer a clean and relaxing stay on a beautiful beach at a reasonable price. We provide all of the necessities included in the price of your stay. We also have a supply of essential items for our guests. It's all about being relaxed, not worrying about the small stuff !

We pay attention to details, neatness, cleanliness and convenience. There is an abundance of plush beach towels, bath towels and 100% cotton sheets and bedspreads.

In the past we have rented condos, paid good money to stay only to arrive and find there was no toilet paper in the unit ! Frustrating, not a good way to start a holiday.

Our goal is to always exceed our Guests expectations. Our current unit is located at Sea Coast 3, it is a large modern unit offered at a very reasonable rate.

New Smyrna Beach is the friendliest place I have ever been in North America.
The residents are so polite and respectful, it is just a pleasure to stay in town.
We love it, small town feel but with all of the amenities.

Canal Street and Flagler Avenue, offer you a bit of the town's history as well as many stores and fabulous restaurants. In recent years many restaurants have opened in New Smyrna Beach for our Guests to enjoy.

Sea Coast 3 is located across the street from 3 wonderful restaurants, a gym that offers a weekly membership. The Dollar General Market is in the same plaza for quick grocery and beer pick ups. A laundry mat, nail and hair salons, all a quick walk away.

The beach is so clean, it's a no drive, and never too crowded. Our condo is very 'clean', we used to rent prior to purchasing and found the condos not clean enough for us. We have no carpet in the unit, LOVE THAT!!!

Fall 2024 we purchased all new beds, mattresses, living and dining room furniture. The light colored paint and large windows makes it light, bright and modern
The primary bathroom has been completely renovated with beautiful new tiling and modern fixtures . Coming May 2025 a brand new large modern kitchen and a full renovation of the 2nd bathroom. Our unit is truly an A+!!
