Met with colleagues for a work retreat. Several of us stayed in the apartment while others just joined us for certain events. The place was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked, the rooms were comfortable and attractive. Lots of space. The host gave us plenty of info, including recommendations on where to eat and buy things.

Great Group Stay

We worked with Emily for our stay and she made it a breeze. Great for our group of 9, especially with everyone getting a bed. Parking is limited, so plan for that, but Emily will help accommodate you if possible and direct you to off site parking if necessary. Awesome VRBO and even better experience with the owners. We’d highly recommend!

Excellent Property!

This loft was perfect for my family! Finding a handicap/elderly friendly spot is not always easy, but this was great. Nice, flat, clean roomy interior with handicap ramps to get into the space. It was stocked with everything we needed and Emily was great to work with. The location on campus worked perfect for where we need to be. Thank you Emily and Greg!

Couldn’t be more perfect!

We stayed in the loft for a collegiate reunion. The location was fantastic, the apartment was incredibly well appointed and equipped with every convenience! Emily was a complete joy to work with. I highly recommend and plan to rebook for future events!

Awesome place and hosts

My family and I decided to spend our end-of-summer vacation in Minneapolis and were lucky enough to find this awesome place to stay. The location is great. The space is huge and perfect for kids who need some alone time as part of their day. The hosts are awesome and provided lots of great suggestions. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location!

Perfect location for a group to stay that was attending a Nike tennis camp on campus. Kids were able to walk to/from camp every day as well as a couple restaurants in the evenings in Dinkytown. Parking was not an issue at all. The property was clean, quiet and safe. Emily, who did our check in, was awesome. The views from the rooftop deck are great!

Wonderful Rental

This VRBO is a perfect place to stay if you need/want to be close to campus. Plus it is close to the interstate to zip around the cities. It was very clean, well stocked, and just perfect. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Dinkytown Loft

Excellent rental. Close to Vikings and Twins stadium. Convenient stores and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Roomy kitchen and living room. Lots of beds. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Our group really enjoyed the loft.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We renovated an old warehouse less than 10 years ago. Our loft has many unique features like 20 ft ceilings, the original brick walls, and 7 ft windows. We have made it very homey & comfortable with our personal decorating.
The loft has 5 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have Queen beds. 2 of the rooms have traditional, full size mattresses. 2 of the bedrooms have a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses. Depending on your sleeping arrangement, the space can accommodate up to 1-17 guests.
2 bathrooms with showers. A complete kitchen with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, & kitchen utensils.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

-Guest have 24 hour access to an exercise rooms and FREE laundry.
-There are a couple of gas grills on site for guests to use.
-The building is secured with electronic access and CCTV in all common areas.
-FREE Parking.
-We have a great location. We are blocks from the U of MN campus and all it has to offer.
-Access to 2 rooftop patios with great views.

We are located in a quiet area, but yet minutes from the hustle and bustle. We are only a 5-15 minute walk to several things from sporting events to shopping, unique bars, & unique restaurants, & coffee shops. The campus is beautiful.

If you want to venture out on a bike or a run, we have several bike trails nearby.

-The Stone Arch Bridge (pedestrian & bike bridge over the Mississippi River)is a very popular spot that is short running/biking distance from us. St. Anthony Main is on one side of the river & Downtown Mpls is on the other. Great Riverwalks, Farmer's Markets, shops, restaurants, & sights are located on both sides of The River!

Feel Free to venture out just a little further on your run/bike, Downtown and NE Minneapolis are very close by and make Minneapolis unique!

-Minneapolis is the City of Lakes! Our loft is biking/driving distance to SEVERAL lakes. All of them are beautiful. Enjoy parks, beautiful scenery, swimming, fishing, and boating at our lakes!

-Our loft is located near Downtown St. Paul--under 15 minutes.

-The Mall of America is 15 minutes away--Easy car ride or Light Rail Ride. It offers great shopping, entertainment and restaurants FOR ALL.

-We are Close To All MN sports, Twins & Saints baseball (bus or car ride away), Vikings (bike/car/bus ride away), Wild (car/bus ride away), Timberwolves (car/bus ride away), and anything Gophers (1 minute - 10 minutes walking distance away--depending which sport)!
