Notre chalet de 1500 pieds carrés a des espaces ouverts, des hébergements haut de gamme, y compris une télévision géante de 70 "avec service par satellite, une immense table à manger pouvant accueillir 7 personnes avec trois autres au bar du petit-déjeuner, des matelas de luxe dans chaque chambre, un mobilier de bon goût et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous détendre et passer un moment inoubliable en famille et entre amis. Quatre chambres offrent beaucoup d'intimité tandis que le grand salon et la salle à manger permettent un grand lieu de rassemblement. Porche couvert avec vue imprenable, le patio arriÚre avec barbecue et cour privée clÎturée vous offrira de nombreuses options de détente. La piscine et le club house sont à seulement 1 minute à pied. Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures et une allée double, plus un parking dans la rue en face de la maison et dans un lot de débordement à la fin du bloc court. We absolutely loved our stay! The house is gorgeous, and was extremely clean and well-stocked with all the amenities you could need. The owners are extremely responsive and caring, and even dropped off extra coffee grounds for us. We loved the quiet and safe neighborhood, easy access to Moab, Canyonlands, and Arches, and private garage parking. We would be thrilled to stay here again and recommend it highly to any families wishing to visit this beautiful area!

The house was very comfortable and the living and eating area was very large. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts supplied everything you could think of, even some snacks. The only problem we had was getting the T.V. to work but we finally figured out how to stream since the cable didn't work. We also used the pool and hot tub which was a great addition. The hosts were extremely responsive and very friendly. Great place to stay with lots of beds!

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental in Moab! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed.The location was perfect; peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The host, Jini, was incredibly responsive and helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ experience
 she went above and beyond! If you’re considering booking, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Nice Oasis

We enjoyed our stay here while we visited Moab and Arches National Park. The place was very nice and had just about everything we need. We couldn't get the main tv to work with our Dish Anywhere account, but the smaller one in the master bedroom did, so it still worked well. Communication was very timely and the helpful. We all enjoyed having a pool close by to cool off in the afternoons. Would certainly recommend this place - it was great!

Excellent place to stay.

This house suited our purposes. It was a great place to explore all the parks in the area. The grandchildren loved using the communal pool and hot tub at the end of the day. It was a nice quiet neighborhood.

Cozy Home at the Edge of Town

Overall this property was very well kept, clean, very well stocked and easy to find. The home had more than necessary to make our trip enjoyable. The reason for the 4 star is because the girls (7 of us) in our group said that the beds weren't amazing and the frames even worse. We were there for a 3 day trail race and sleep was the most important factor for all of us. The king bed was fine and very comfortable, but the rest were something to be desired. Also, we had a hard time accessing the hot tub at the community site. The code would not work and luckily there were people there to let us in.

The BEST hosts!

There's a reason this property has a perfect rating of 10. The owners/hosts are fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as it could be. They are super responsive and attentive. Communications from them is timely and quick. I give them my highest praise and the next time I need a place to stay in Moab it will be with them. Thank you for thinking of all the little things that made our stay feel like home.

Very roomy and comfortable

Owners very kind and communication was wonderful. Appliances needed updating but worked and made breakfast there daily. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Kids loved being able to go to the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

lots of great things about this place! The house gave us lots of good information on the area and even photography setting. Very comfortable beds and lots of towels to use the awesome pool with an amazing view. Cute backyard and well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works great. Lots of parking for trailers and RVs to. Incredible Host!

It was obvious from the minute we stepped in the home that Jini put her heart into creating a place that would be perfect for our stay. Regular shampoo bottles, extra towels for the pool and other items to help with hiking at Arches and Canyonlands, we thoughtfully placed throughout the home. The neighbor hood was quite peaceful and located just a couple miles away from the busy downtown. We loved our stay and would recommend this location to anyone looking to relax in Moab!

Fantastic Home to visit Arches and Canyonlands

Great home. Nice decor. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee pot, fridge, pots and pans. Comfotable couch and chairs. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. The owner was nice enough to call Canyonlands for me to find out if they had wi-fi because I had a meeting scheduled for when we'd be up in that area. It was above and beyond; and they did have wifi at the Visitors Center.

Disappointed

First impression the house had a bad smell. There was dust coving the baseboards, several bugs, the refrigerator made a clicking noise, no fans in the bedrooms, several mattresses needed replacing. On a positive note, the snacks left on the table was a nice surprise. Master bed was comfy, and the extra bed in the bunk bed room was comfy. Backyard was cute. Living room was cozy and comfy. Having access to a washer and dryer was nice as well. The owner was quick to answer my text and allowed us an early check in, which was very nice! I give this home a 3 star rating, but a good cleaning, bug spray, and air freshener would have made it a 4 star review. Replacing the bunk beds and queen bed is a necessity!

Side by side trip

The property was perfect for our trip. We had a group of four couples and stayed comfortably in this property. All items necessary for the week were there and we cooked both breakfasts and dinners all days. We had plenty of parking and easy access yo utv trails. Moab and this home was beautiful!

We own this home and also host our guests directly because, in our own experience, it makes a difference when owners interact directly with guests. We are an older professional couple, married since 1975, and enjoy traveling, outdoor photography, and meeting people. We have traveled to many destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Pacific. We have raised three wonderful children, and we have three adorable little grandchildren (7,4, and 2)! We enjoy the beautiful scenery and energy of Moab and the world-renowned outdoor photography locations. You will enjoy some of C.Y.'s award winning photography in our home, along with a photo guide he's put together for you. Jini has poured her heart and soul into furnishing and decorating the home and landscaping. She is the person who attends to the guests and ensures that they can reach us, even while we are traveling. This is not just business but an opportunity to connect and serve.

Our house is located in a small, self-contained residential neighborhood with stunning 360 degree views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains. We think we have the best views in all of Moab! The streets and yards are clean, safe, and quiet. The HOA maintains and ensures that every home meets or exceeds quality standards. It is about 4.5 miles south of downtown Moab and very convenient to Arches, Canyonlands, and other scenic byways as well as biking and hiking trails. The pool and hot tub are maintained daily, and only serves our own small neighborhood.

Attention to built in quality and focus on guests' comfort sets our home apart. To begin with, our house is a single family home, so you don't need to worry about noisy neighbors (or your own group being too loud!). It is a one-story with no carpet, so there is no worry about tiny little ones or the elderly from tripping or struggling to climb stairs. Two outdoor areas all to yourselves: the covered front porch is a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the amazing views of the magnificent rim rocks. The back patio has a BBQ and a private fenced-in backyard with stunning views of the La Sal mountains. Quality beds, linens, and furnishings set our home apart from many similar ones. We stock it with everything we think you will need during your stay (minus food and drinks). The pool and hot tub are well maintained nearly year around. We want you to feel pampered every minute that you are in your home away from home! We work hard to make sure this happens!!
