Les journées d'été à la plage vous appellent dans cette maison de vacances de 5 chambres à coucher à Bath, à quelques pas de Scarborough Beach - vérifiez votre Fitbit! Il y a un raccourci à quelques maisons plus bas qui mène directement au pavillon! Dix de vos amis et votre famille peut passer une semaine regorge de vie sur la plage et les sports nautiques, surf locale savoureuse et le gazon, le café du matin sur les rochers, couchers de soleil - le plaisir ne se termine pas.

Cette spacieuse maison confortable est parfait pour les générations mixtes - beaucoup de bon espace escapade, immense cour privée, douche chaude et froide en plein air et il est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Scarborough. Situé juste à côté de la coupe grâce à Angell Road, vous serez sur la plage en peu de temps. Grande communauté familiale plat - apportez vos vélos. Tennis et de basket au milieu d'un grand parc, à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons.

Moins d'un mile away est Sunset Farm, les enfants aiment à visiter pour dire bonjour à tous les animaux et aller voir comment ils vivent à la ferme. Le magasin de la ferme vend, fruits et légumes frais, tartes, gelées, biscuits, de la viande et à la commande des produits alimentaires.

Le ferry Block Island est seulement quelques miles de là, où vous pouvez monter sur le ferry rapide ou plus ferry pour Block Island ou Vignoble Martha.

Narraganset est une belle ville qui a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Scarborough Beach est à quelques pas de notre maison, et Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, et Salty Brine State Beach sont tous à une courte distance en voiture. Spacious and very clean with comfortable beds

Clean and convenient

We have stayed in the Narragansett for several years and this was one of the best houses we have rented. It was clean, a convenient walk to the beach, and the outdoor shower was awesome!

Fun family vacation

We had a good time there with our family. It is close to a great beach. There were some issues with the futon, not enough chairs and condition of the living room furniture. The management company acted quickly to resolve issues and all in all we enjoyed our time there.

Laid Back Beach Vacation

Easy walk to the beach, gentle breeze always there, great biking, great seafood, great day trips to Block Island, Newport, and Providence. A fishing trip made me seasick - haha.

A nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. The house is very close to Scarborough state beach. Property management company was very responsive. Weather was humid and lower level had a musty smell but upon notice to the property manager, a dehumidifier was immediately purchased and installed.

Perfect home for a Narragansett Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation with cousins (10 of us total!). We had two families with with six children total at the house, and everything about it was perfect for our needs. Great living space for gathering, meals, and social time, and plentiful bedroom options for kids and parents to sleep or relax. The neighborhood and location were fantastic - our kids biked and scootered around the neighborhood in the evenings or just ran around in the backyard. Lots of families around us, and even an ice cream truck that would drive around in the evenings. Scarborough beach is just down the road, as well as easy access to the Block Island Ferry and many Narragansett attractions. The communication with the property manager was seamless and helpful at every stage. Can't wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation

Summer Vacation 2022

My family and I have been vacationing at Scarborough Beach for the last five years. We have stayed in a few different houses but this one was one of the better ones. We had 8 adults and 3 young children and we didn’t feel on top of each other. I would recommend staying here.

Clean & convenient

We had a lovely time at this property. We would book again in a heartbeat. Communication was easy and clear. The neighbors were quiet. It’s a peaceful spot. The deck was perfect for enjoying the mornings and evenings. The walk to Scarborough State Beach was easy. Loved the outdoor shower to get the sand off and the extra beach chairs in the garage came in handy. The cabinets and fridge are cleared out when you arrive — so you’ll need to buy condiments and oils. The linen rental companies were pricy so we brought our own sheets and towels. I’d recommend bringing your own pillows, too. The kitchen was well-stocked with silverware, cups, plates, pots and pans, and all the appliances you’d need. But there was only one small bowl so I’d recommend bringing your own cereal bowls. We ended up buying a big mixing bowl, too. Also, there were only a few wineglasses — so we used regular cups for wine. The grill wasn’t working well so we gave it a good cleaning and then it worked great. It’s something to check if you aren’t seeing the temperature rise fast enough. Most pots and pans are very scratched. Very common for rentals to have scratched pots and pans, so I brought my own non-stick sauté pan. We also brought extra toilet paper and that came in handy. We did not need napkins — there were plenty stocked! We picked up fantastic meals at Spain restaurant. And the ice cream place Dad’s nearby is very tasty, especially the milkshakes.

Excellent home at great location

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean and comfortable, and the location is great - walking distance to the beach and peaceful. When the washing machine broke during our stay, the manager promptly had it replaced. We would be thrilled to return.

Great stay

Comfort

This was a great house, perfect location. My only critique is that not enough living space for 12 people and the bed in the back bedroom with the ensuite; the mattress was as hard as a rock and dud not sleep well at all. Other than those two issues the time was amazing.

Exceeded our expectations in every category

Air conditioning system is brand new, state-of-the-art with individual room controls. Two bathrooms had just been renovated, first class. Kitchen was incredibly well furnished with plenty of pots, pans and most importantly food preparation utensils and tools. Neighborhood was quiet and adjacent properties were just as well kept as our location. No noise at night - at all! If you are a bird watcher, this property abuts a watershed area of three ponds and undeveloped property. MANY species of birds, great to listen to off of the really nice back desk, a walk out on second floor level. Just an overall PERFECT property for old-fashioned New England summer vacation!
