Profitez de tout ce que Narragansett a Ă  offrir dans notre spacieuse maison de plage moderne avec plan d'Ă©tage ouvert dans le quartier calme de Sunset Shores. Sentez-vous comme si vous restiez Ă  l'ocĂ©an avec une vue sur l'eau de l'Ă©tang salĂ©, de la GalilĂ©e et de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique ainsi qu'une courte promenade (100 mĂštres) jusqu'Ă  l'Ă©tang salĂ©. La proximitĂ© de l'Ă©tang salĂ© est un rĂȘve pour les kayakistes. Les plages sont proches avec les choix de Scarborough, Roger M Wheeler ou Narragansett Town Beach en quelques minutes.

Notre maison à trois niveaux avec plan d'étage ouvert offre trois chambres (2 avec salle de bains) et trois salles de bain et des équipements tels que la climatisation centrale, une douche extérieure, une immense terrasse avec grill et un auvent électrique avec vue sur l'eau, laveuse et sécheuse, télévision par cùble et Wifi. Le plan d'étage est le suivant:
Niveau 3, master BR ensuite avec balcon privé avec vue sur l'eau
Niveau 3, deuxiÚme chambre avec 2 lits superposés en suite
Niveau 2, plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec cuisine, salon, salle Ă  manger et salle de bain complĂšte

Toute la maison a été redécorée. Matelas neufs pour toutes les piÚces, nouveaux petits appareils de cuisine, etc.

Great coastal getaway

The house was clean, modern, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The owners were very nice and timely with their communication. We had a great time and would recommend this rental!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had a great open floor plan so we all felt together all the time. Great deck with awning and nice furniture. Kitchen was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

Could not be happier about our stay. The house was clean and neat and updated. Roomy and open layout. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood. There was an issue with a valve with the outdoor shower. I reached out to Nicole to inform her about it a she had a plumber there in under 48 hrs! (Try getting a plumber to respond that fast!)I would definitely book again!!

Beautiful stay

We chose this property for my bachelorette weekend - all girls were around 30 years old, so not party animals at this point. This place was perfect for us- lovely neighborhood, so quiet, people are so friendly. The house was clean and fit 7 girls. We had a great time

Wonderful visit that felt just like home! We love staying here ❀

This was our second stay, and it did not disappoint! This home is clean and comfortable, with beautiful and relaxing surroundings that we enjoyed all week! If the house (and deck 😍) weren't enough, the neighborhood is wonderful to walk around, with the friendliest of neighbors! We will hopefully return again!

Amazing house minutes from the ocean

We had a wonderful visit to the RI shore, and couldn't have asked for a nicer home to stay in. Everything has been recently updated, was clean, comfortable, and all set in a very quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for on vacation. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Summer family vacation!

We had another great stay ( second time). The house is well appointed and has a great layout with an open layout. The deck is spacious and well appointed with grill, table, Adirondack chairs and awning. We would definitely consider coming back.

Loved the upgrades in this house...everything felt new! Beds were comfortable, great big deck, close to the water. Perfect for families and the renters are responsive, reasonable and flexible. No concerns or hesitation and we'll hopefully rent again!

Best house yet!

I have been traveling to Narragansett for nearly twenty years, and this is the best house I have ever rented. It’s clean, the beds are actually comfortable, and the bathrooms are really nice. The house has a great open layout with a fully stocked kitchen. We spent every night hanging on the deck and just enjoying the space. The neighborhood is great too, with close access to everything.

Very nice house and quiet location.

Conviently location to beaches, restaurant, Newport and block island ferry. The house is in great condition and we had plenty of room for 5 adults to relax. We especially enjoyed the large deck and were able watch the sunset over salt pond. Dan and Nicole ( the owners) were great throughout the entire rental process and very accessible. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Rhode Island home! The location is ideal—close to multiple gorgeous beaches yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house has everything you could ask for, with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay relaxing, easy, and comfortable.The kitchen is fantastic, and we loved the spacious deck, especially with the gas grill for evening dinners. The views of the salt pond are stunning, particularly at sunset. It was so easy to enjoy day trips to Newport and Block Island, and there are excellent food options nearby. Dan and Nicole’s suggestions and guidance truly helped make this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had.The central AC was a huge plus, though most days we enjoyed the cool sea breeze through the open windows. Bringing our own towels and linens turned out to be no inconvenience at all—especially since the house is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, coolers, and even two kayaks, saving space in our car.A wonderful home in a perfect location—we can’t recommend it highly enough for families looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Very clean, comfortable, conveniently located family home

We stayed here in Aug 2017 & had a wonderful week. We particularly loved the public access to the dock right down the street - brought kayaks & were able to enjoy many paddling sessions. The dock is also great for sunsets & the clamming is ideal at low tide. The neighborhood is also good for cycling for the kids & the beaches are about a 25 minute cycle trip away. We've been in many rentals over that last decade plus & this was one of the nicest & most well appointed. The only thing missing, literally have everything else you need, is a tea kettle - so bring one if you'd like tea. Would definitely stay again if we're looking to stay in the Narragansett area.

Just beautiful!

We stayed 3 nights for URI graduation weekend. This home was very clean and very well appointed. Bright, open layout. It was the first VRBO we stayed in that wasn’t missing anything. Everything we needed was provided. They even had brand new life jackets that 2 of us used while kayaking (also provided). Beautiful views, nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice sized deck with great furniture and a grill. Thank you.

Very Accommodating Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Plenty of room for our family of six. Nice open floor plan of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Central A/C was a welcome relief during our hot weather week. Large, beautiful deck with views of the bay, including gorgeous sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. A couple of minor hiccups were immediately handled by the owners. The basic necessities were provided in the kitchen which was so helpful when we first arrived. We took advantage of their kayaks with a quick and easy walk down to the bay. They generously supply some beach chairs and beach umbrellas. You have to bring your own linens and towels but this was not an inconvenience for us. There are linen supply companies nearby if needed. The location suited us perfectly as it is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Only a half hour or so to Newport for a day trip. We had a wonderful time during our vacation here and recommend it to others.

AMAZING rental. Amazing renters.

We stayed here with my sister and two boys (3 adults, 2 kids). You could fit two families with children easily (2 sets of adults and 4 children). The bedrooms are very large with tons of storage space. The outdoor deck is great for sunset watching and relaxing after a day at the beach. It is comfortable, clean and lovely. The location is perfect. Close to many awesome RI beaches. We went to Narragansett town beach but Scarborough is close, too. My boys loved the salt pond at the end of the street. A great place to kayak or paddle board. The house comes with a few beach chairs (THANK YOU!!) There is a hot/cold outdoor shower that is fully enclosed--a beach house must. Finally--the experience with the renters. They were flexible with our unique needs (end of season, long weekend rental), fast to reply, so easy to work with and refunded my security deposit very promptly. I could not have been happier to stay here. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. I will look here first on my next trip back!

We, Nicole and Dan have been bringing our daughters to Rhode Island for years. We love the different beaches to choose from and having the centers of towns to walk, eat and shop through. After years of visiting we decided to purchase a home and use it as a rental property but leave ourselves a few weeks out of the year to enjoy all the Narragansett area has to offer.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Great location with water views, close to everything but you are in a quiet off road neighborhood. You can walk around at night and not be worried about traffic or noise. Yet a 5-10 minute drive can get you to everything you need.
