Courte distance de marche (moins de 3 pâtés de maisons) de Scarborough Beach. Cottage confortable et décoré avec goût. Trois chambres, dont une mezzanine. La maison a été récemment rénovée avec une nouvelle peinture, de nouveaux meubles de salon et de salle à manger, ainsi qu'un nouveau réfrigérateur. Les équipements comprennent la climatisation, une télévision haute définition, une connexion Internet haut débit, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et divers jeux de société. La grande cour arrière fermée comprend une douche extérieure, une grille à gaz, une table de pique-nique avec parasol et des meubles de patio. Nous fournissons même un buggy de plage, un parasol, des chaises de plage et un assortiment de planches de bodyboard. Vous allez adorer l'allée à trois voitures!

Cozy cottage near the beach

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cottage near Scarborough Beach. We love this area, and it was so nice to have a comfy, clean place to stay within walking distance of the most beautiful beach and just a short drive to so many excellent restaurants!

Beach Cottage Gem!

Had a wonderful stay in this clean, cozy, beach cottage!Loved the short walk to beautiful Scarborough beach. Everyone commented on how the cottage was decorated and all the nice amenities. It had everything we needed for a great stay and the yard was private and equipped with lots of entertainment. Would not hesitate to rent this cottage again! Kathy B.

A Gem of a property!

This cottage has it all! A short walk to the beach, a beautiful yard with great amenities, a fully stocked kitchen and everything that you need for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this cottage, and I have already rebooked for next summer!

Our favorite beach cottage so far!

This was our 3rd year spending a week in this same neighborhood within walking distance of Scarborough Beach. It was also our 3rd different rental and this one has by far been our favorite. It's charming, laid out well with a light and airy feel despite it's small size. Has all the amenities needed and is just as listed. Loved it!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6. Though this house looks small, it was perfect for our family of 6's vacation where we were off each day. The last thing we'd want to do is have a big house to pick up after. It was very clean and decorated as we felt like we were staying at a beach house which was also what we wanted. Location was terrific too. Quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful, private, spacious backyard for family fun. We loved extras provided which we didn't expect such as beach chairs, tow cart, beach towels, corn hole, Owner was wonderful and responsive. This was a terrific house to rent!

Location! Location! Location!

The location to the beach is amazing. We had a twenty-two month old, a three year old and a five year old. Walking little ones is like herding cats! They have a wagon to bring them to the beach and a fenced in backyard to chase each other!!

Cozy cottage with everything you need.

This cottage was very cozy. Better than the photos. The back yard was amazing too, completely fenced in for privacy. Yard games, beach chairs, cart and umbrella were provided. Great backyard fur inure too. It was a walk down the street to the beach. What a great beach, lots of fun, lots of waves! Host was very responsive to any questions and issues. Hope to rent again for me to year.

Close & Comfortable

This beach house has everything you need for your beach vacation. Many of the comforts of home with the convenience of walking to the beach. Our family enjoyed the backyard area also with seating for our family and guests. We also liked having the privacy of a fenced-in backyard. The owners had helpful instructions for check-in and check-out which made the whole process easier. We had a wonderful week!!

Fantastic

David and Cindy's cottage is bright, airy, spotless and well-organized. A very comfortable place to stay and enjoy the spectacular Scarborough beach. Also plenty of room for two adults and four kids. We had a blast, and hope to return!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Perfect location to the beach for us. The out door shower was a godsend! The back yard was private and fenced in. We made use of the grill! Convenient location for trips to the store. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We didnt have to bring much, just linens. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Perfect Stay for our Family

Everything needed for a great week at the beach was provided. From the Beach buggy to the beach toys our family was left well equipped to spend hours in the sun and surf. Would definitely come back.

Great for grandparents, daughter and son-in law and 4 children aged 3 to 11

This cottage has all the comforts of home and we had wonderful family time together. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms on the main floor, a kitchen with a dining table alcove, a living room with tv and laundry room on the main floor. The second floor was another bedroom. We loved being so close to the beach ( just 3 blocks away and a very easy walk ). We went to the zoo in Providence, went bird watching at Whale Rock and to Adventureland. We had seafood for dinner at Champlins and breakfast at Medgies. One night we had pizza delivered. In the evening we either walked over to Dad’s Ice Cream for dessert or drove up to Brickley ‘s. The grandchildren loved playing in the enclosed backyard. It is the perfect arrangement for a family vacation.

So close to the beach, great little cottage.

This was my first time in Narragansett. I wasn’t too sure of what area I wanted to be in, but this cottage was prime location. Just a quick walk across the street to Scarsboro beach. Close to everything. I could not have lived without the air conditioner, as it was a very hot week. Clean and nicely appointed. It was perfect for the two of us. David was super nice to deal with!

My family loved this home! It had plenty of space, very warm and inviting! Perfect size for a beach house! The yard was incredible as was the outdoor shower! The owner provided so many extras with this house, as I never have seen a rental with the house stocked full of everything you would need! This home was so close to the beach and you can see a glimpse of the water from the front deck while enjoying coffee! So relaxing! We loved this home and would love to book this every year! Perfect spot, beautiful house and yard, everything we needed!

We had an awesome week in this very cute beach house. Easy walk to the beach and the house was stocked with anything we needed including lots of beach chairs and a handy cart to wheel everything down to the beach. Would absolutely stay again.
