C'est le meilleur côté de la rivière pour accéder à la région d'Opryland. Un appartement à pied (sans escalier) regorgeant de commodités dans un beau quartier proche de l'accès à l'autoroute à 17 minutes du centre-ville ou de l'aéroport et à 5 minutes de Bike Rentals ou Grand Ole Opry et Gaylord Opryland Convention Center.

Parking couvert par votre propre porte d'entrée. Populaire pour sa qualité, son confort, sa valeur, sa propreté, ses équipements et sa Smart TV. Cuisine équipée, mobilier de qualité, draps et décoration. Se sent comme une maison pour le voyageur occupé, y compris une buanderie.

Sans animaux / sans fumée. La chambre silencieuse a un matelas très apprécié par les consommateurs pour le confort et le repos.

Il y a des restaurants, des bars et des discothèques à proximité dans Music Valley ainsi que le Grand Ole Opry et le centre de conventions Opryland.

La plupart des clients utilisent Uber ou Lyft Taxi avec des tarifs bas vers et depuis Opryland, des restaurants et des centres commerciaux. On peut s'y promener mais il y a une section sans trottoirs traversant Briley Parkway.

LYFT ou Uber au centre-ville coûte environ 17 $ par trajet.
Il faut au moins 20 $ pour se garer dans les parkings DT.
Le temps pour le centre-ville est d'au moins 15 minutes en fonction du trafic dans cette petite ville en plein essor

Les locations de vélos sont au Two Rivers Trailhead 2 1/2 mile away. Vous pouvez facilement faire du vélo dans le centre-ville de Nashville ou East Nashville pour profiter des cafés, restaurants et autres attractions touristiques.

Great stay at a cute apartment close to Gaylord Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay! It was quiet, private, clean, well accommodated, and the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great stay. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is a perfect place to stay for a single person or a couple. It's close to everything without being too close to the congested and expensive downtown area. It was quiet and I liked that there is a private outside area to relax if the weather is nice, or enjoy a meal if you want to. The host of this property is very kind, responds quickly if you have questions, and takes extra care to address any special needs you might have if possible. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable and the room has natural light, or the option to keep it in more of a room darkening mode if that is your preference.

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was just right for my wife and me. Great location for the areas of Nashville we wanted to get to (it is not super far from anywhere really). Tammy was a fine host and had the place ready for us and very clean. We wanted a place with the highest rating - found this property and stayed at it - and will give the same high rating. We will plan to stay again in the future. It isn't huge - but fine for the two of us. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Great property! We had everything that we needed and the owner was available for any needs. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with great places to eat and to be entertained within a very short distance. Great live music near by! We will definitely stay here agin when we come to the Nashville area! I highly recommend staying here for a vacation.

Traveling with the band was hard we would get so tired of not having comforts of home.
When I travel I need a comfortable bed and good pillows.
I want quiet walls, windows and ceilings .

I don’t want to be charged for snacks, water, coffee /tea, tums, bandaids or a can of soup etc. because I am a “guest” not the owners ATM.

A good guest always takes care of everything from the towels to the floors. If an accident happens it’s ok, tell me. I’m reasonable.

Close to biketrail 2.5 miles. Rent and peddle the Greenway to Downtown or just walk
Close to boat ramp for entry to Cumberland River.
