EntiÚrement mis à niveau 5Úme étage condo en bord de mer avec balcon enveloppant - a sa propre plage privée avec palapa et chaises fournies. Le bùtiment a une belle piscine et a 24 heures de sécurité. Balcon est nommé avec table et 6 chaises.
2 chambres avec salles de bain complĂštes en suite. Les deux chambres ont des lits king size. Un lit peut ĂȘtre divisĂ© en 2 lits jumeaux. Le canapĂ© se retire Ă©galement dans un lit Queen, qui est un matelas tempur-pedic. Les deux chambres ont la tĂ©lĂ©vision et de nouvelles unitĂ©s AC.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec salle à manger pour 6 personnes.

Le salon a une vue dégagée sur l'océan depuis le systÚme de paroi en verre à 3 panneaux mobiles - le nouveau canapé se glisse dans le lit Queen - TV avec lecteur DVD et DVD - l'unité de climatisation refroidit le salon et la cuisine.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons adorĂ© ce condo. TrĂšs propre, trĂšs bien situĂ©, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et d’une grandeur adĂ©quate! Tout Ă©tait Ă  proximitĂ©, la plage privĂ©e permettait d’avoir un parasol et des chaises de disponibles en tout temps! La communication avec Kelly (la propriĂ©taire) Ă©tait super, trĂšs gentille! Le personnel sur place Ă©tait tres courtois et repondait Ă  toutes nos questions! Je recommanderais la location de ce condo Ă  n’importe qui! J’y retournerais demain matin!😉 merci Kelly, nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour!

This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location, with the beach less than one minute away and a range of excellent eating options. The apartment has everything you could ask for. The photos are accurate and convey an accurate impression. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Perfect in every way

What a wonderful few days we had at this condo. The location was perfect, across the street from the beach! No problems walking to places, getting Ubers or taxis. The view was beautiful in the early morning, during the day, at night, and during a lightning storm. The condo was so clean and comfortable (slept so well). It is very well set up with everything you need. Full kitchen, beach supplies, and information book with lots of great recommendations. The front desk employees are so kind and helpful.We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beachfront stay!

Our 5-night stay in Steve and Kelly’s condo was perfect. The building’s pool is clean and bigger than it looks in the pictures. You are a 1-minute walk from a really nice beach. We had planned to explore some of the more southern beaches, but our kids were perfectly happy just staying put. The condo is well-equipped with even a white-noise machine for the kids! The balcony has an awesome view and is super comfortable for having breakfast or a drink to enjoy the sunset. Several good restaurants are within walking distance. Check-in and check-out are very easy and owners are responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

You really can't find a better location, across the street from the beach, in the middle of so much action. The home has all the amenities you would want, especially for a family vacation.Terrific building, very helpful front desk staff, highly responsive and thorough hosts. 5 stars!

Awesome Beach Condo

This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo on the 5th floor is amazing. The large balcony opens out to magnificent ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook at home. It is located near many restaurants, bars and markets.

Beautiful view, close to town

Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen with lots of amenities and great view from the balcony! All the comforts of home! Lobby staff were amazing and helpful with everything! Made our stay very enjoyable and Host was very responsive! Close to town with our own private beach with Palapas. Close walk to Conchas China's and restaurants. Would love to come back sometime!

Amazing vacation at Playa Bonita!

We had a wonderful time staying at Playa Bonita. The condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for it to be your home away from home. Terrific view of the ocean from the balcony along with sightings of the humpback whales! Sitting under the palapas on the beach was a favorite afternoon activity! The staff at the condos are very friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can return in the future to enjoy this beautiful location on the beach!

Great stay in PV

Great condo and building! Everything was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Building was well maintained, secure, had helpful and friendly folks at the front desk and the pool was very nice. Loved the private beach access. Location was great and walking distance to many things. Just be prepared for some hills.

Hidden gem

This condo is a hidden gem in a vibrant neighborhood with it’s own beach access. The condo had all the supplies one could need for a sunny beach vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable . Having morning coffee and afternoon happy hour on the deck with ocean views made our stay even better! The staff was friendly and attentive. Kelly was prompt to respond to any issues or questions. Look forward to another stay in the future.

Frist Trip to Puerto Vallarta

We had a great time staying at Kelly's apartment. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, great and supportive staff, and of course a great host with excellent communication, response and suggestions. This is a home environment with beautiful views, away from your home. The immediate surrounding areas are more LGBTQ friendly. For more diverse area you need to walk few blocks north towards downtown area. Overall, one of the best rental places we have stayed at and highly recommended.

Sunsets over Los Muertos Beach

This gorgeous condo exceeded all expectations! The wrap-around balcony offered breathtaking views of the ocean and vibrant sunsets—truly a slice of paradise. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach and an easy walk to countless amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops. The condo itself is beautifully designed, clean, and well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a daily highlight. The host was responsive and ensured our trip went smoothly. We can’t wait to come back—this is now our go-to spot in Puerto Vallarta! Highly recommend!

Perfect Place for a Relaxing Getaway

Kelly and Steve's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The condo is clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of both bath and beach towels. A folder with lots of useful information concerning the condo, the area and places to eat. A/C works great too. The balcony is the best, we enjoyed pina coladas while listening to the crashing waves. Very Relaxing! The pool is nice, but the beach is just a 2-minute walk with a reserved beach area just for residents...awesome! We also loved the walkability to so many restaurants and shops, including a small grocery store where we purchased breakfast and drink items. The staff at Playa Bonita were very helpful for any need or question we had. The concierge desk is occupied 24/7 and the door is opened only to residents or guests. Very Safe. We had dinner at La Capella, put this on your list of things to do, you will not be disappointed. It's a short, inexpensive Uber ride away. Thank you Kelly and Steve for a wonderful weekend!

Great condo in heart of romantic zone!

Kelly was absolutely incredible!! She was so communicative, accessible, and so accommodating. Her condo is fully equipped with everything you need. This condo is in the heart of the romantic zone. The front desk employees were all super sweet and very helpful. Great location to the beach/activities and about a 1/2 hour walk to the Malecon. So many great restaurants near by as well. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Well-furnished, clean and with great waterfront view from the balcony. Right at the beach, which was perfect for swimming. Easy walk to restaurants, food stores, and the Romantic Zone. Our host was very gracious too. It was fun people watching on Memorial Day weekend!

Kelly's place was fantastic. It had everything we needed, everything was comfortable. There were no surprises. The location was perfect for the beach, it was never too loud to sleep. Kelly was incredibly communicative. I'd definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location right on the beach!

Kelly's place is just steps away from a sunny day at the beach and general R&R. Convenient for restaurants and nightlife as well. The views are incredible too. We have owned rental /vacation properties ourselves in the past and can clearly tell when an owner has made sure that their unit is well furnished for your comfort and pleasure, and equipped for just about any need. We will be back again for sure!

Beautiful Casa de Atardecer

Playa Bonita is a comfortable, clean condo complex with a nice pool and wonderful staff. The private beach is clean and with a tip to the servers at Blue Chairs, you can order food and drinks right from your beach chair. It is relatively quiet in the evenings even with the rooftop bar next door which was usually quiet by 10pm. The condo itself is warm and inviting with everything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and recently updated. The highlight of our trip was eating breakfast on the deck and watching Humpback Whales breaching in the bay right in front of us! Spectacular!! Beautiful sunsets. Be sure to stop in at the new Sailors bar on the corner for a “special shot” on your way by. Great location and close to everything in Zona Romantica. Can’t wait to go back!

My condo is perfectly located on the beach of the Bay of Banderas in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. You will be walking distance to amazing restaurants/bars and shopping. The condo also has a pool if you just don't feel like getting sand on your toes ;)
