La Villa Turchese est une belle villa moderne de 2 chambres, idéale pour une famille ou un couple, pouvant facilement accueillir 6 personnes grâce au canapé-lit du salon. Une vue superbe sur la mer Méditerranée, entourée par la nature et la faune qui remplit l'air avec les belles odeurs de la Méditerranée.

La piscine privée, dotée de chaises longues, est parfaite pour se détendre. La terrasse extérieure ombragée avec table et chaises, idéale pour prendre son repas de jour comme de nuit, donne sur la mer Méditerranée.

Au bas de la villa, au-dessous de la terrasse de la piscine, se trouve un petit jardin caché rustique avec de petits arbres à liège, un espace tranquille proche de la nature.

La villa est décorée à un niveau élevé et se compose de 2 chambres doubles lumineuses et spacieuses avec air conditionné (1 lit double et 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples, qui peuvent être transformés en un lit double si nécessaire), 2 salles de bains avec douches et un salon et une salle à manger de bonne taille avec air conditionné et une kitchenette. Il y a une zone utilitaire avec machine à laver.

Depuis le salon, les doubles portes vitrées s'ouvrent sur la terrasse, avec table et chaises, et offrent une vue sur la mer Méditerranée. Quelques marches mènent à la magnifique piscine privée et aux chaises longues.

La villa est superbement située à seulement 500 mètres de la meilleure plage de Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi, et à moins de 500 mètres du centre du village, avec toute une gamme d’équipements.

À proximité, vous trouverez également une école de plongée où vous pourrez réserver des cours de plongée, ainsi que le centre sportif Costa Paradiso, doté de plusieurs courts de tennis et d’une grande piscine commune.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir waren Mitte September für 10 Tage dort und hatten jeden Tag bestes Wetter ( 24- 32 Grad). Wir waren schon bei der Anfahrt zum Haus von der Costa Paradiso fasziniert, toller Ausblick über die ganze Bucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für 2 Fahrzeuge direkt am Eingang zum Garten. Das Haus haben wir wirklich, in einem sehr sehr sauberen Zustand angetroffen. Alle Zimmer waren top hergerichtet, wir hatten das Handtuch -und Bettwäschepaket bereits dazugebucht.Alle beide Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Küche war ebenfalls sauber und ohne Beanstandungen (wir können die Mängel,wie in manch gelesen Bewertungen, nicht nachvollziehen). Geschirr und Besteck war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Als Highlight würde ich den privaten Pool bezeichnen, sehr sauber und er wurde auch jeden Morgen von einer Firma gereinigt und gewartet. Die Sonnenliegen und Stühle sind sehr hochwertig und ausreichend für 4 Personen. Als weiteres Highlight würde ich die Terrasse bezeichnen, ein sensationeller Ausblick zum Meer und jeden Abend konnten wir einen sehr schönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Die Terrasse ist sehr privat und kann fast von niemanden eingesehen werden. Es gibt in der Siedlung mehrere ( 4Stück) Restaurants mit sehr Guten Pizzen und eine Snackbar. Der kleine Supermarkt unten in Meernähe ist allerdings sehr überschaubar und relativ teuer. Der obere Supermarkt ist die bessere Wahl, allerdings zu Fuß schwer zu erreichen ( steiler Aufstieg ca 25 Minuten,. wir haben immer das Auto benutzt). Dort befindet sich auch eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und ein Fischladen mit frischem Fisch (dieser war allerdings bereits geschlossen). Besonders hervor zu heben war auch der Service von Valentina, sie hat sich immer in allen Angelegenheiten, umgehend um uns gekümmert und war auch unser Ansprechpartner als wir ein Agriturismo Abendessen buchen wollten, daß hat sie dann auch für uns erledigt ( dies ist jedenfalls sehr empfehlenswert, wer gerne die sardische Küche genießen möchte. Wir waren im Agriturismo Casteldoria ca. 40 Min. Fahrzeit). Schöne kleine Sandstrände sind in etwa 20 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen, oder über einen steilen Auf- und Abstieg mit vielen Treppen auch per Fuß in ca 30- 40 Min. in der Bucht. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren erholsamen Urlaub, und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Wir (zwei Pärchen) haben unseren Aufenthalt wahnsinnig genossen! Die Terrasse (bzw. sogar zwei Terrassen) haben eine unschlagbare Aussicht. Der Pool, der uns allein zur Verfügung stand, ist herrlich und wird jeden Tag gepflegt. (Nur zur Info: es gibt eigentlich keine Poolhandtücher, netterweise hat man uns doch welche zur Verfügung gestellt.) Das Innere des Ferienhaus ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Küche ist alt und schmuddelig und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack in beiden Zimmern furchtbar! Wackelig und unbequem. Ärgerlich war die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer und, dass bei Benutzung mehrerer Geräte gleichzeitig (wir denken es lag am Geschirrspüler) ständig der Strom ausfiel! Aber Pool, Terrasse und Aussicht trösten gut über diese Missstände hinweg. Wir würden trotzdem wieder hinfahren!!!

Wunderschöne Lage

Das Haus liegt wunderbar gelegen mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer inclusive Sonnenuntergang am Abend. Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt, genauso die Liegen und Liegestühle. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es könnte durchaus mal in eine neue Küche, ein neues Sofa oder Kleiderschränke investiert werden. Die Schränke rochen "alt", wir mochten unsere Sachen nicht darin verstauen. Um das Haus herum war es nicht sonderlich sauber, das ist evtl auch der Anreise kurz nach Ende der Einreisebeschränkungen geschuldet. Das Haus ist eigentlich eine DHH aber die andere Seite war nicht bewohnt/vermietet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, DVD-Player, alles hat funktioniert und war in ordentlichem Zustand. Die Übergabe mit Valentina war super, obwohl wir uns verspätet haben, hat sie sich die größte Mühe gegeben, uns alle Infos zukommen zu lassen. Wir durften sogar früher ins Haus und auch später auschecken, das fanden wir äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und Valentina war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir mochten die etwas abgeschiedene Lage der Costa Paradiso sehr, landschaftlich waren wir absolut begeistert, zur nächsten Stadt muss man halt immer etwas fahren. Da wir mit die ersten Gäste nach dem Lockdown waren, war es im Feriendorf selbst noch recht still und wenig war geöffnet aber schon Ende der Woche erwachte dort das Leben. Wir würden einen Urlaub empfehlen und die herrliche Aussicht entschädigt absolut für die etwas ältere Einrichtung.

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Villa ist ein Traum, alles wunderschön. Ein Zimmer wurde und aber nicht zur Verfügung gestelkt, da wir 4 Personen waren und nicht 6, das war auch das größte Zimmer. In einem Zimmer war das Bett etwas defekt und hat bei jeder Bewegung Laute von sich gegeben. Wir hatten leider keine Mülltüten, dafür aber Spülmaschinentaps und Spülmittel. Jeden Morgen kam jemand um den Pool zu reinigen. Ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer in schöner Lage, wer es ruhig mag. Shops und Restaurants gibt es in etwa 15 Minuten Laufweg oder 4 Minuten Autofahrt. Wir durften freundlicherweise schon um 13 Uhr einchecken, danke! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, danke!

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist für vier Personen sehr geräumig. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe kann man alles einkaufen, was man so für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die nächsten größeren Orte sind allerdings etwas weiter entfernt. Aber sowohl ein Ausflug nach Castelsardo als auch nach Santa Teresa lohnt sich unbedingt. In der Nähe des Hauses sind mehrere Strände an der spannenden Steilküste. Mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind weitere sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service. Valentina war unglaublich hilfsbereit, jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen und löste kleinere Problem unheimlich schnell. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und die Wasserqualität mehrfach während unseres Aufenthalts getestet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the villa and highly recommend the experience. Everything in the villa is of the highest quality, from the dinnerware to the furniture to the tile around the property. The property itself is in among other villas but is situated in such a way that you feel really secluded. Our family spent most of our time in the pool (which is a really good size) or on the deck (which has amazing views of the sea and surrounding rock cliffs and beautiful landscaping). Another reviewer commented on the lack of WiFi and a cutting board, both of which I am pleased to say where present for our stay. Valentina the owner was very responsive and obviously cares about the quality of the stay for her visitors. There is an amazing sand beach that is just a few minutes drive and walk along the rock cliffs that we went to a number of times. There are plenty of restaurants right in the area (2 miles away) that were good for pizzas, pasta, and local fish. There is also a good grocery store (Freshy) that is minutes away form the villa. We did a lot of cooking while we were there in the nicely furnished kitchen. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Great villa, lovely location but a few shortfalls.

We have rented dozens of villas all over Europe and therefore feel we know what makes them perfect. This is a great villa for two which is why we chose it however we are paying for two bedrooms for personal reasons and were therefore surprised that only one bed was made up. To be fair, an email to Valentina resulted in her bringing extra bed linen to us promptly. We were also surprised that there were no house notes detailing local information on restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, etc and where they were located. It would also have been useful to know where to find the bbq (which was in a locked store along with the washing machine). In all other villa rentals there has been a welcome pack with the basics such as bread, milk, butter and cheese. Fortunately we arrived whilst the supermarket was still open. In the past we have sometimes been invited to pay a small charge for this which we would have been happy to do. We had a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and one toilet roll, nothing else. No chopping board, an essential item in any kitchen. No bbq tongs making grilling a bit hazardous! No Wi-fi. Whilst of a generation where this is less important we feel a younger family might consider this a drawback nowadays. A little plastic table for the poolside would be a good idea. Aside from these issues we had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed the local amenities once we found them. Beautiful sunsets and staggering coastal scenery. We would certainly return.

Lovely peaceful villa, 'sunset' views, excellent location - near beautiful beaches

We had two weeks in this villa in June and loved it. It is in 'Costa Paradiso ' which is a private estate of villas on the western side of Sardinia. The villa is lovely, has a very good pool and is very well designed and well equipped. It is not overlooked and was amazingly quiet and peaceful. The villas have excellent landscaping and planting through which wild boars ( not dangerous ) occasionally trot. I think they must be on a contract to welcome visitors because we saw a mother and baby on our first day near the villa and another on the last evening. The outstanding thing is the west facing view of the sea. Sunsets every evening as you eat outside , Corsica in the distance and a sunny pool area all day. The area has beautiful beaches. The closest is a 10 minute walk along a path created through the rocky coastline. It is a very fine beach ( its on the cover of the DK guide to Sardinia) but there are fantastic beaches all along the coast. Good for swimming and snorkelling. You need a car to visit this area but the roads are good and small tracks to the beaches are politely shared by all. Costa Paradiso has a restaurant by the water, some shops and a small supermarket so you can get all you need there but there are good places to visit within a short drive (Castelsardo, Santa Teresa) . Would recommend the boat trip from Santa Teresa around the La Madellana archipelago ( though maybe not for the onboard lunch …!) and you have to visit a nuraghe. The weaving museum at Castelsardo is .. unusual … and there are great views from the castle. Anyway, lots to recommend this villa and location - one we would go back to.

Beste Ausstattung, liebevolle Einrichtung in wunderschöner, terassenartiger Ferienanlage. Der Pool ist erfrischend und die Terasse mit Meerblick bescherte uns grandiose Sonnenuntergänge. Die Selbstversorgung ist überhaupt kein Problem, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Vielen Dank an Jackson Gore für den traumhaften Aufenthalt und die überaus nette Fürsorge! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent, well maintained, immaculate property, just as it looked in the photos. Very good customer service before, during and after the holiday. Stunning sunsets at this time of year. Lovely walk to the beach and beyond. Alghero & Castelsardo etc all beautiful. Local residents (wild boar) visited most evenings, very amusing. Wonderful holiday. We didn't make much use of local facilities; too busy sight seeing. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

the House was clean and got an awsome view and a wonderful sunset with ocean view. We dient Check out Restaurants, because we spent every evening At the Terrasse with our Friends and enjoyed the view. We had lots of Fun withe the pigs around the sard:) it was very Natural& friedlich Atmosphäre! The costumer service and help before the Holiday Starts was kindly too. ️Thank you Jackson, for the Great Time!!!

WONDERFUL VILLA, FANTASTIC LOCATION

What a fantastic villa in a stunning location. We have just returned from a wonderful two week holiday in Villa Turchese in Costa Paridiso in North West Sardinia, it was simply the best holiday we have had in years! The villa is home from home and is very well equipped, the location and outlook is perfect and very quiet - we will definately return again soon.

Bright and airy with stunning views

We stayed for a week in half term with our 9 and 11 year old. The area was very quiet at this time of year (which suited us) but most of the bars, restaurants and shops were open. The villa was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area is beautiful too and provided a good view of Corsica and the wonderful sunsets. The wild boar visited daily and were no bother and quite lovely to see. The beach at Li Cossi is definitely worth a visit as is Isola Rossi and nearby beach La Marinedda. We had a lovely time exploring the coastline and then lazing by the pool enjoying the view of the Med. Sitting at one of the local bars we even saw a pod of dolphin. The facilities within Costa Paradiso mean you don't have to leave if you don't want to! Jackson was also very helpful at the time of booking answering all of my questions helpfully and quickly. It was our first time in Sardinia and we had a wonderful time. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Gorgeous Villa

This Villa, was stunning, everything that you would require is there, it is beatifully furnised too. The pool was larger than average pools that we have had previuosly, it was so private & relaxing, the sun is on this area all day. You are not overlooked by other villa's, there is also a lovely seating area just outside the lounge doors where you can watch the sun set with your favourite glass of tipple. We also had a large family of wild boar (not aggressive, small in size & obviously used to people) walking past twice daily, & we got some wonderful photo's. I would stay at this lovely villa again............
