La Villa M est une villa au design moderne située dans la région nord du Salento, dans une oliveraie offrant une vue panoramique sur la mer. La propriété offre tout le confort d’une maison de vacances cinq étoiles: piscine avec pelouse, climatisation dans chaque chambre, environnements spacieux et agréables. Avec une maison principale et deux dépendances, la Villa M dispose de 6 chambres et 6 salles de bain et peut accueillir jusqu’à 14 personnes. Toutes les chambres ont une moustiquaire dans le cadre de la fenêtre. A l'extérieur, vous trouverez plusieurs espaces équipés, une véranda confortable avec une grande table à manger, un coin salon et 2 vérandas supplémentaires pour plus d'intimité. Les intérieurs spacieux se caractérisent par une voûte en berceau, des murs en pierre typiques des Pouilles, des fenêtres lumineuses et un mobilier design moderne / minimaliste. La maison principale comprend une salle à manger lumineuse avec une cuisine américaine donnant sur la véranda, un salon avec coin télévision et quatre chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain / douche privée. Les deux dépendances sont équipées de leur propre entrée privée, coin cuisine et salle de bain / douche. Par souci d'équité, les clients ne paient que pour l'électricité qu'ils consomment en réalité, 50 centimes / kWh.

Lovely and spacious villa

Our family (3 families with kids and one set of grandparents) stayed at Villa M. Everyone enjoyed the pool! Each of the six bedrooms had its own bathroom. The villa was equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much. Jane was very responsive to our inquiries and Salvatore was so very helpful.

Overall, a wonderful experience

The house, pool and grounds are wonderful. The location of the property is not ideal. It’s a 30-45 minute drive to good beaches and nearby towns of interest and there is a rail line (electric) at the back of the property that is a minor annoyance.

In our opinion the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto and the beaches of Morgicchio and Pantanangianni, 5 min drive away, are among the most beautiful beaches in the Salento. The historic white city of Ostuni is 15 min drive away and never fails to impress.

Perfect month long stay for multigenerational group

This was a perfect puglia vacation! This house is clean, High end, well appointed and has an awesome Lay out. We had my 1 year old all the way through 70 year olds with us. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the attached two extra bedrooms have their own entrance and own bathrooms for those who need privacy. It’s 6 mins to the beach and just super convenient and beautiful. The hosts are so communicative and helpful. We will definitely return!

Absolutely the best! It was a family reunion…9 adults and 3 small children. The villa was perfect…plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped and there wasn’t any appliance we lacked. The outdoor space made for perfect gatherings for morning coffee and evening meals. Although the pool was crystal clear, the weather was a bit chilly for swimming. The villa location although a bit off the beaten track wasn’t far from a variety of restaurants and grocery markets. A couple of things to consider:1. You definitely need a car to see the sites of Puglia. 2. You cannot drink or cook with the water in the villa. There is a certain amount provided and for a cost you can request additional deliveries. We opted to buy bottle water and in hindsight we should have gotten water delivered. We generated an obscene amount of plastic bottles. 3. The hot water is solar generated. We had a 1 1/2 days with rain and clouds that diminished the supply of hot water. 4. And for you Americans not used to strict recycling, bone up!! We found it a bit challenging but not impossible. In all this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had! Wish we had more than a one week stay. We would definitely go back. Kudos to Jane and Salvatore for taking such good care of our family!!

So happy to hear that your family reunion went well and the accommodation suited you. You are right that the suns energy is used at the Villa to generate hot water and electricity. However the Villa also benefits from 2 conventional sources of energy to create hot water. One being electric and the second being gas, that also provides the hot water for the underfloor heating. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We would have been able to assist with a turn of a switch had we been informed during your stay. We hope this information is useful.

Magnifique villa pour un séjour entre amis

Tout était OK pour notre séjour. Propreté des lieux, accueil …. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Seul bémol le fait que l’eau ne soit pas potable et oblige à gérer des bonbonnes d’eau pour boire.

Absolutely beautiful villa.

We were a group of 12 adults and villa was perfect. Plenty of space and outdoor space was was great. We really enjoyed the pool. A car is a must for this location, but well situated to all the popular puglia towns.

Family Villa Stay

Wonderful week stay in a beautiful villa with an amazing view out to the sea. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The villa is well equipped and in a great location close to both the beach and the beautiful towns of Ostuni and Cisternino. A Car is essential to enjoy everything in the local area. We would be very happy to return.

Amazing property

We spent 2 weeks in Villa M, together with friends and family. The house is very nice and the pool is great, we definitely recommend this place. The host is very responsive, whenever we needed something we could get a response or advice within few minutes. This is highly appreciated

Fantastische vakantiewoning in een prachtige omgeving. Strandjes en leuke stadjes in de buurt. Woning is zeer compleet. Heerlijk groot zwembad! Vragen of kleine issues worden onmiddellijk beantwoord door eigenaar of huismeester. Het was een TOP vakantie!

The pool and patio were wonderful

Upon check in the property manager was unable to meet us so the cleaning lady let us in but was unable to answer any questions about the property or house function. We immediately discovered one of the air conditioners in a bedroom did not work. We rented in July. I contacted the home owner directly as I had not met the property manager. She assured me it works fine and we were doing it wrong or not giving it enough time to cool. The other 5 bedrooms had the same unit and we easily turned them on with great results and no problems. I assured her it was not working. She informed me it would be cool enough to sleep as long as the door and window were open. Again, Southern Italy in July, it was not cool enough. The residents of that room slept on the floor in the family room for 2 nights. For the money we paid I find that unacceptable, as did the residents of that room. Long and short, on the 3rd day a repair person came to fix the unit, which was in fact not operable. Once fixed it was fine. Also, the drip coffee maker (an American unit) did not work and I was again told we were using it incorrectly. I have nearly the same unit at home. Fortunately, there is an espresso machine and a press which both work well. Near midweek I accidentally broke a water glass. During a conversation with the homeowner I mentioned the glass. She informed me she would have to charge 3 euros to replace the glass. Truthfully, after the air-conditioning issue I was a bit taken aback at charging us for the glass. We were 12 adults and all concurred. I have no illusions that things won't go wrong in life but I firmly believe it is how you handle the situation that matters. I found the home owner to be a bit cold and even condescending. Lastly, and this may just be a function of how remote the house is but the water is not suitable for drinking or cooking with. A water cooler is provided. You can purchase as many bottles for the cooler as you would like from Salvatore for 10 euros a bottle. Additionally, hot water for showers is solar powered. On the positive side, the pool is beautiful and refreshing, the patio is big and completely shaded. The dining table on the patio large enough for all to dine. The property manage Salvatore (we, of course, did finally meet him) is wonderful and helpful. The house location is a bit tucked away but we enjoyed the solitude. The house is in good geographic proximity to many desirable towns like Ostuni, Lecce, Polignano A Mare etc.

Grosszügige moderne Villa

Super Villa für zwei Familien. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und sieben Kinder von 6-14 Jahren. Der grosse Pool war das Highlight. Küche gut aber einfach ausgestattet. Extra Getränkekühlschrank. Grosser Outdoortisch für 12 Personen. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und kontrolliert. Sanitärinstalationen haben nach italienischem Standart funktioniert. Probleme wurden durch die Verwaltung umgehend in Angriff genommen. Nächster Lebensmittelladen relativ weit entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Spendida proprieta’ per vacanza con amici e famiglia

La casa è molto bella , ben gestita e ubicata in uno spazio verde tranquillo e curato con bella vista mare, vicina alla riserva di Torre Guaceto e a zone interessanti come Ostuni e Carovigno . Piscina splendida , grandi spazi e camere eleganti ognuna con bagno. Ideale per vacanza per più famiglie, ognuno può mantenere la propria privacy pur condividendo gli spazi comuni per cene e serate in compagnia. Ottima l’assistenza di Salvatore, responsabile della proprietà e molto gentile e accurato nei consigli per una vacanza senza problemi.
