1800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, 4 chambres 3. 5 salles de bains qui offre 2 suites de maître avec des lits king. La suite principale au deuxième étage comprend une salle de bains attenante, un grand balcon et un dressing. La deuxième suite principale est située à l'étage principal et dispose également d'une salle de bains. Au deuxième niveau, il y a 1 chambre complète et 2 lits jumeaux.

TV / Téléphone / Internet:

Le salon dispose d'une télévision LED 55 "avec plus de 300 chaînes HD et d'un lecteur DVD / BluRay; toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une télévision LED 32" pour votre confort. Cette maison de ville est équipée du WiFi gratuit.

Cuisine:
La cuisine est une cuisine autonome avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris de tout nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une cafetière pour votre confort.

Home away from home

We have been staying at the Regal Palm resort for many many years. This particular unit was in good condition and the host was very helpful. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Very nice stay. Overall property is very clean (noticed under sofa and end tables had been negelected). Kitchen very well equipped except for spoons--only 3, not enough. Would recommend and the owner is very easy to work with and very responsive.

This is my fourth time staying at Regal Palms, and I love everything about it. Now, when it came to cleanliness, it was OK. The second bathroom upstairs had hair on the sink, and my mom had to clean it. The master bathroom tub had some black spots, but they were easily removed with bleach. There was some cosmetic damages, I sent pictures to the owner, I did not know if she knew but just in case, I sent them. Overall, it was relaxing, like the house. Hopefully, the owner will change her housekeeping person.

Cozy and Affordable

The place was neat and cozy at a decent price. Bring extra towels. There were no wash cloths at all. It’s a bit outdated but excellent price for a week stay. Pool area was amazing as well as the restaurant food. Stains on couch and walls need touching up from dents and nicks. It’s not luxury BUT it feels very homey and comfortable. I would stay again if on a budget. We were so this was a blessing! Thank you!

The bad things from the property: there was two room didn't have TV, Swimming Pool, Spa, gym, was far from the property, the property office was having hard time to reach the owner we was there about hour and half waiting to get check in, because the owner never had me registered even though I had all the information on my phone I still wasn't allowed to the property... mostly everything is far from the property

Hard to find! And in check in they ask $15 extra a day for ”Resort” fees!! And only two cars in the area. Place is nice but you will get blind sited with extra fees once you arrive .

Dear Manuel, at the moment of the reservation, as well as on the VRBO page there is a specification of the resort fee of $15 per family per day. There is no surprise for this. You know it when you booked and before you do it. The parking space in front of the villa it's for 2 cars. This is correct. You can not image that there would be 4 cars parking for each property ... ? However, for exceptional case, for big groups ( that should not suppose to stay as the maximum is up to 7 guests ) , there is a big parking space to the entrance of the resort. You could have lived the other car in that parking if necessary. With a short call to me or email I could have explained to you this and avoid a 2 stars review I suppose. Regards, Nicole

Wonderful place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We really loved the look and feel of the place. It contained everything we needed. Everything was nice and clean and we had no problems. Check-in was an easy process just paid the daily resort fee. Just note that Regal Palms might place a hold on your credit card for checking towels out at the pool - but if you bring your own towels there is no charge. My family and I had a really great time, and Nicole was more than helpful with making my reservation and other questions. Would really love to book it again for my next vacation.

Beautiful condo in great family resort

Great amenities. Condo was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Kids really enjoyed the pool, slide, and lazy river. Communication was clear. Host was quick in responding. Everything as described. The only thing that didn't work was the dryer because the door would not stay latched/closed. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

Quiet & Close to Disney

The condo was clean and comfortable. We had 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children, and the place was perfect. Beds were comfortable and it was close to Disney and Universal. We did not go to the theme parks but if you plan to go they are a quick hop on 192 to I-4. It is a gated community which was nice and the pool area was perfect for all ages. There is a small wading area for very small children and our children enjoyed the lazy river and water slide the most. Bring your own raft for the lazy river though! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on the southwest side of Orlando. It was about 45-50 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

I'm sure at one point it was an excellent stay. Needs TLC and pest control

They stay was not what I expected. I was very disappointed the home was not well kept. It appeared no one had been there in a long time, bugs on bed and floor, Wasp nest so we were unable to sit and enjoy outside until maintenance came the next day. While cooking in kitchen their were roaches, upstairs bathroom leaked with every flush. I'm sure at one point it was an excellent stay. The design is extremely home like feeling but the lack of TLC is obvious. Simple fix with pest control and regular cleaning. The check in and check out process was great

Great but if you have an issue keep calling!

Great looking home, it was clean and comfortable but we never got the Internet working. Our host was communicative as I contacted them 3 times but no one came to check the issue. I grew up in the internet and gaming era so pretty sure it was not user error. There is a publix and Applebee's right outside the complex so worked out great to get groceries etc. I would highly recommend but if you run into an issue you need to insist and keep calling until someone shows up. Since I was at the parks all day and couldn't do that I got stuck with a $800 roaming charge from my elderly dad surfing on the internet so it negated all the savings I was expecting by choosing an offsite property.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. I would much like to mention that the internet service is provided by the Regal Palms Resort . There was an issue in several properties during your stay and a technician went over to resolve and reset the router but no one opened the door as your father was not able to move to the door . Great Property for a big family!

This was a wonderful townhouse to stay in. It is very large and spacious, and having 3 ½ bathrooms was wonderful. We have stayed in many properties in Orlando over the years, and this was one of the best. We appreciated that the beds & pillows were comfortable, and that they had clean mattress and pillow protectors. We also liked that each room had a television, and that the place was spotlessly clean. We did not cook anything, so I'm not sure how well equipped the kitchen was. We also brought our own paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware to make quick clean up of quick meals. This particular unit is all the way at the very back of the complex, so I would not consider this to be in walking distance to either the pools or the shopping areas. However, we did not mind driving to the front of the complex to use the pool, and we enjoyed having stores and restaurants so handy to the complex. We were in Orlando to visit Universal Studios this time, and it was spring break. So, the traffic was heavy and it took us 40 minutes to reach the park. Again, though, we knew it would be a bit of a drive, but we opted for a cheaper place to stay since we would hardly be there to do more than sleep. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Run down ... Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Check in was impossible as you can barely find the place, and it was just an unpleasant experience all together. The check in is off site, but you don't get the address to that you only get directions so its easily missed. There are many details you dont even get that cost you additional money after you rented the place. You will pay an additional 15 per day for the resort wheter you use it or not. I disnt use it at all, yet I paid an additional 30 dollars, was not told prior. The people at the gate after you check in to go into the community where the house is located, are super rude. Only 2 cars can park inside, even though the house has 4 bedrooms. So you have to drive out to get people at the checking area, npt in walling distance by the way. The 1 shower downstairs doesnt drain well and water rises very fast. In the bathroom upstairs, cthe water only comes out from the faucet not the shower head. The pillows stunk really bad. One of the beds was really uncomfortable to the point that the person tried to use the pull out bed, which was way worst. I'll never stay here again. Way overpriced for what you are getting.

Dear Natalie, i just read your candid review regarding your stay and I will be more then happy to answer. Position: Regal Palms Resort is with very easy access from US 27 , and there are 2 guests entrances and other 2 that are for employers and trucks. When you make the reservation you receive an accurate Driving Direction instruction as well as the physically direction so you can add it to your GPS. However if you have problems in reach the resort, you can call us or call the 24h reception. The $15 fee per family per day is mandatory and we advise it when you make the reservation as well as in the page and in the confirmation file so please note there are no surprise. This is a resort fee and it's collected by the reception. You have been informed about this when you received the confirmation, in case you do not noticed it when you checked the villa. This is correct, the villa have 2 car parking lot in front of the villa as it suppose to be 2 families at maximum in the property. However there is a big parking available next to the pools area. The water is coming from all the showers but there is a tricky way to make them work and they have a ring on the end so you need to drop it in order to connect the shower. There is a guest book for the information regarding how to use the showers. However, if I would not know how to turn them on I would call the owner?manager and not put it in a review. There is no way i can help you if you do not advise while you are staying there. For your next rentals of vacations homes, I would suggest you to stay in contact with the owner or manager in order to assist you with the small issue you could found during your stay. I am sure the most of them would be happy to help and assist you so you could have a better stay and avoid bad rewires . Kind regards, Nicole

Jan to Mar Stay

Stove, microwave, sink and kitchen floor were dirty. Coffee pot was all brown on the inside. No cable in the living room and two bedrooms missing TVs. Over a week before we got cable in living so we could all watch TV together. Thermostat controlled by owner and temp got down to 62 upstairs before we could have control to put on the heat. Owner refused to replace missing TVs. Told me to buy one and then return it to store when I left. The cost was 88.00 at Walmart. I bought one and donated it to my cousin in northern Fl. First time I used washer I had to wring the clothes by hand and the dishwasher had all the lights flashing. I hit the reset button but when I hit normal for the wash all light started flashing again and dishwasher would not start. The washer machine water pump was gone and the electric panel was gone on the dishwasher. Owner blamed me for breaking them - told me they were all working fine and threatened to contact Vrbo and have them move me. Mauro the property manager was nice and tried to be helpful but didn't have control over the issues. One day all TV and internet was shut off early afternoon in the middle of my work day and I had to find a place to work. I can say the owner did get us a charcoal grill to use but the HOA sent an email that is wasn't allowed so we cleaned out the grill and brought it in so she would not get in trouble with the HOA. The house did need a deep cleaning as the baseboards were dirty and the carpeting had stains.

Nice resort house not so nice

House had ants really bad. I found a few roaches. So I went to Dollar General and brought 8 Raid Foggers and let them off so we had to be out the house for 4 hours. Only 2 of the bedrooms had Tv’s the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Washer was nasty mildew was built up in it. Dryer door doesn’t shut. I will NEVER rent this place again.

Unfortunately, even if all the properties are pest controlled periodically by a professional company in Regal Palms, we are in Florida and ants an other insects can be found specially in the kitchen area. This is why we are kindly asking to keep all the food in the fridge and do not live open food on the countertop. We have TV's in the master suites and in the living room. The beds maybe where uncomfortable for your style, honestly we have not received any complain regarding the beds, but could be a personal impression . Dryer it's working well, unfortunately a past guest broke the handle so it need to be closed with a tricky . Just a short call to us would have resolved the issue. Kind regards, Nicole

Nicole provide great feedback when the issie of the tv's. Instructions oh and things were . The location of Publix were great to get some smaller household items like dish intergent tissue and etc.. I would definetly stay here again.

La casa impecable y muy acogedora y tiene centros comerciales cerca como Publix Walmart y gasolineras no me gusto que la piscina tiene un horario y ya las 7 pm está cerrada realmente no pude disfrutar de la piscina y el aire acondicionado de la casa no estaba en su mejor funcionamiento por lo demás todo estuvo bien
