Very clean, water is hot and pressure is great. We used this space for our Disney trip and it was close to the parks and offered a quiet stay in the evenings.

Very roomy and convenient location

The condo had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room and nice kitchen & dining area. We had guests twice during our stay for a couple of nights and everyone was comfortable.

Perfect for our needs

Overall an excellent stay!!! We had one issue with one of the toilets but they were there quickly to fix it. Our plans were at Universal and the property was convenient. There were traffic delays on Friday but that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable condo stay

We enjoyed our 2023 stay for 4 weeks. Two large rooms and two kid’s rooms worked for our visitors. The place was clean, comfortable and the dinner implements were great. We really enjoyed our location and time spent there.

Amazing Condo

We stayed in January for a Disney trip. The condo was amazing! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, nice large living room and very clean! It is close to the parks, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Orlando!

A beautiful and clean place to stay. The separate rooms were very nice for privacy at the end of long, adventurous days. Everyone had enough pillows, blankets and towels! The only thing we had to purchase was any food we needed and toilet paper. We definitely will be staying here again in the future!

The location was great, the space was great, they don’t recommend setting ac below 74, so only thing I could complain about is the sun beaming into the living room making it pretty warm! But the bedrooms felt nice and cool. But overall it was great!

OK condo. Filthy floors. Broken vacuum cleaner. New one was delivered on 3rd day of stay. We swept all 4 bedrooms and filled the debris canister over 50%. We sent them pictures. We cleaned all the hard floors. They were dirty also. Furniture had hairs on it so we swept those also. Not a nice stay with 2 small children. For all the cleaning we did, they refunded us 81. Would NEVER rent through them again. Buyer beware.
Brand new sweeper after vacuuming 4 bedrooms. Yuk.

No concerns were reported to us until the third day of your stay, at which time we immediately delivered a brand-new vacuum to the property. Prior to that, we had not been informed of any issues with the floors or furniture. When we offered to send a professional cleaner to the condo to address your concerns right away, this offer was declined. We take cleanliness very seriously and always aim to resolve any issues quickly when given the opportunity. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we did issue a refund as a gesture of goodwill despite not being able to send a cleaner to fix any issues you had.

Clean but needs updates.

The property is old and worn out. Showers and fixtures are old. Bathroom sink was clogged. We had tiny ants on the kitchen island. They sent an an exterminator but the situation persisted. We could not keep anything on the kitchen island or ants would attack. We had to throw some groceries out because of ants on them. Location is good and no issues with safety. It was quiet and easy to park. If you are looking for cheap and reasonably clean it is ok. More in like with a discount motel but in a condo with bedrooms

Close to everything

Very spacious for our family of 7. Very close to the Disney entrance and all stores and restaurants are conveniently located. We had no intentions on cooking but kitchen was fully stocked to do so. I emailed about a issue and received a response back almost immediately. If you’re looking for luxury this is not for you. If you’re looking for a clean rental with tons of space, book! Don’t forget to pack your essentials ie., paper towels, tissue, hand soap, trash bags. It is supplied but not enough to last for a large family for 5 nights. Will definitely book again for the great rates.

Nice for a large family

I am pleased with the home and space we had for our group. I didn’t get the code information until late. And I had to call when we got there because the first code didn’t work. There was mold /mildew on the window in the queen bathroom. And a dried up contact lens on the carpet. This indicates not vacuumed well. There was a lot of mosquitos in the home. I would stay again, just not next to the water. On the hottest day, the house was so hot, it was 80 in the home. The water source and way the house was facing was a downer.

Theme Park Trip

Pros: Location was great for a Disney/Universal trip and the space was plenty for a group of 8. Loved having 3 bathrooms. A little outdated but overall clean. Cons: communication with the property management was very slow and we also did not get a reply with an issue we had about using the pool. The key to the pools would not work so we weren’t able to use them. It may have been slow since this property is managed by a United Kingdom company. We also had issues with the A/C which we didn’t have for one of the nights but was fixed the next day but then had issues off and on. It finally was completely fixed the day before the end of our stay. Overall now that the A/C is fixed we would stay here again as long as we could figure out the pool issues. It is worth it for the location and space for a big group.

Perfect for our Orlando area vacation

We had a family of 8 (5 adults & 3 kids) for a week long stay. The rental was clean with plenty of room for all of us to comfortably move around and utilize bathrooms in timely manner for showers after long park days. Was around 30 minutes drive to SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and about 1hr 45min to Busch Gardens all using the toll roads. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and we cooked supper there three of our 7 nights with no issues. There are no condiments, spices/seasonings, salt/pepper that are kept at this unit like other places we have stayed, but the Publix was only a 7 minute drive away so that wasn’t an issue. Had plenty of towels, wash rags, beach towels and small hotel-sized toiletries that will get a couple of people through if they forgot something. I saw a lot of reviews complaining of ants and the AC, we did not see any ants or other critters during our stay. The living room area did get warm during the day, but bedrooms were very cool. Host was informative for checking and check out procedures, but it was through a rental company that was in addition to VRBO and I had to provide my drivers license, credit card, and sign rental agreement prior to receiving access. This has been similar to past rentals through VRBO that were through a company as the host instead of an individual. That also made it take a couple of days to receive answers for questions during booking, but during the stay the response time was very quick. Overall was
