Our home is located in a quiet, well-established subdivision north of I-90, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. If you're looking for outdoor recreation, a large neighborhood park is just a 3-minute drive away.
You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked closets used for owner storage. Enjoy the convenience of a free private residential garage with parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus additional street and driveway parking.
Quiet split-level home in a well-established subdivision that has a main level with LVP flooring throughout the living, kitchen & dining areas. The kitchen, loaded with stainless steel appliances, is adjacent to the dining room with beautiful French doors leading out to the paved patio and patio furniture and a propane grill (seasonally dependent).
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.
There are new, comfortable beds in each sleeping room . The home splits to the upper level including the master bedroom (office desk/chair and exercise bike), second bedroom and a fully updated bathroom. The lower level has a 3rd bedroom, bathroom/laundry combination & a large living room with 2 bunk beds. A HUGE bonus - a 4th bedroom/game room/living room in the finished lower level has a 65” TV, foosball table and another set of bunk beds - plenty of sleeping options!
The spacious backyard includes a privacy fence. Enjoy the spacious backyard while cooking on grill provided. Large outdoor neighborhood park is a 3 minute drive away.

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.
The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
