La maison est située dans le centre de la vieille ville de Monterosso, on y accède par un escalier extérieur d'environ 50 pas de Buranco et est situé à 100 mètres de la plage et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Le quartier est calme et idéal pour un séjour de détente. est un supermarché à proximité, bars, restaurants, etc. Les plages les plus proches sont à la fois gratuits et payants. A quelques mètres de l'appartement sont les entrées des chemins de 5 Terre et à bord des ferries. La partie ancienne de Monterosso al Mare se caractérise par ses nombreux endroits où vous pourrez déguster un verre de vin ou de manger une assiette de pâtes au pesto ou du poisson frais. Le 5 Terre est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent se détendre en prenant un bain à la plage ou prendre le soleil sur la plage, ainsi que pour ceux qui veulent faire une promenade à travers les vignes ou le long de la côte allant d'un pays à l'autre. A Mon conseil est de faire un voyage en bateau pour voir plus de 5 Terre de la mer.

Yrasema our host was terrific. She helped with every aspect of our stay in Monteserro. Her apartment felt like home and had everything we needed. She told us of the lemon festival which we attended and had a great time.

The location was conveniently located in the old town. The place had a home like feel and all the conveniences you would expect. The host, Yrasema, was exceptionally helpful, friendly and communicative. The 47 uneven stairs were challenging for our old legs, especially with luggage.

We had a great stay at Sol y Mar. Great communication, a lovely welcoming apartment and great location. It worked out really well - even with a 7 and 9 year old. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect apartment for family

This is a beautiful property that is kept clean and fully stocked. The owner is so nice and is very good at communicating quickly. She also gave great recommendations for our meals. This is a perfect apartment for a family, our family of 4 was very comfortable here. We fell in love with Monterosso and will be back.

We absolutely fell in love with montessoro. This location could not and better. Walked any number of restaurants or cafes or for some groceries and make your own snack in the apartment. Walk the beach. It was just delightful. Also our host was so lovely and communicative. Making sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions. We would love to come again another time!

Great Location, Wonderful Host

Our family had a wonderful time in this lovely Monterosso home. Host is very sweet, attentive and helpful. Location is perfect - walking to the hiking trails, beach, restaurants and train station was super convenient and enjoyable. Such a beautiful town and comfy home.

Great spot near the center of town!

We really enjoyed staying here, it was very comfortable and quiet. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and could not have been nicer. It has a great kitchen, although we didn’t use too much of it, it is well equipped. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay in Cinque Terre

Perfect apartment in the old town of Monterosso. Everything about this location was perfect and it’s in the heart of the old town. Great location to the beach and many food options. Plus owner was very accommodating and provided recommendations for food and the best bakery in the city. If we go back we will definitely stay here, plus the AC was a plus. Thank you Yrasema for being a great host!

What a wonderful place to stay in Monterosso. All the amenities of home , comfortable , and quaint. Feels like a summer home , not a hotel . Yresema was attentive and gave us good tips on hikes and wine tasting and restaurants .

Fabulous family flat in a perfect location

The location was primo for location - only steps to restaurants, gelato and a free beach with so much more a short walk away. Generously provided beach gear and everything we needed for our favorite meal of fresh local pasta and pesto from the market at the foot of our steps. The hostess graciously also shared helpful recommendations and responded to our questions faster and more compety than any i have stayed with.

Fantastic Property!

The property was fantastic and location even better. You are immersed into old town Monterosso and yet have privacy. If you want to experience the culture of Cinque Terre this is the place for you. Lastly, the property owner Yrasema was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience!

Wonderful

Our host was wonderful with clear communication upon our arrival, offered restaurant recommendations, and any information we needed to navigate Cinque Terre. We loved staying in the old section with amazing restaurants just steps away. It is close to the ferry and the entrance to the hiking trails. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
