Mise à jour condo avec beaucoup de fonctionnalités et canapé-lit pour dormir 4. Très bien situé à Scottsdale près de Keirland Commons et juste à Scottsdale route où vous voulez être pour le shopping et les restaurants. Condo dispose d'un balcon au large de la chambre à coucher et salon. Clubhouse avec deux piscines et les barbecues. Grande salle d'exercice, salle de cinéma et des ordinateurs pour une utilisation dans le club-house. Condo est mis à jour et très moderne avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Laveuse, sécheuse, grande cuisine avec des appareils plus récents. Télévision par câble, Internet dans l'unité! unité de plancher au sol près des piscines et des barbecues. Full size laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. entièrement rénové en Mars 2015, avec tous les nouveaux verres, casseroles et poêles, meubles, linge de maison, etc.

Great location!

This condo is in the beautiful Kierland area. Close to everything. Complex has lovely pool area. The condo itself is basic but okay for the price point. Randy was quickly responsive to a couple of problems. Bathroom is a work in progress and unit is a bit noisy from traffic within complex.

Bare basics Condo. Everything you need but only the minimum. Nice location but no assigned parking place. Some evening we had to park 50 to 100 yards away to find an open space. Parking is terrible! The unit was clean and minimal stocked. Only four each forks, knifes spoons. plates and bowls. No microwaveable plates or bowls. No cook sheet for the oven, no blender.and no tools for the community outdoor grill. Could use a new bathroom sink and counter top. Could use a water pitcher. Needs 3 way light bulbs in 3 way lights. Poor lighting if you want to read. TV has terrible sound and the WiFi was intermittent. Needs more than two hand towels and two washcloths. Randy (owner) was very responsive in getting us the items we asked for (cleaning items & dish soap). After a few years Randy will have this unit upgraded and completely furnished. Right now it's bare bones. If you want to cook in most of the time you'll be running the dish washer daily and be prepared to be creative.

Great place to stay

I stayed here for about 10 weeks and have no complaints— Randy was a great host and was very helpful throughout my stay. The property is comfortable and has what you need for a short or long stay. The property is also in a great location in north Scottsdale and the complex itself is really nice as it’s gated and has a pool and gym. Definitely would stay here again.

Convenient for solo travel

Had a great stay at Randy’s. It was safe, close to things on located on ground level. There is no garage so parking is kinda tricky but not horrible. A few others mentioned the couch being outdated and uncomfortable and I would agree they are however I made due. If your staying a long while perhaps pack an air mattress for guests as the bed in the couch is not comfortable. The complex is nice and gated and close to so many things. The pool and gut are great features. I plan on coming back next year .

Very disappointed-

Pros- -The kitchen well outfitted and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. -This unit is close to Kierland and grocery shopping and there is easy access into central Scottsdale . -There is a nice adjoining neighborhood to walk in and golf is very close by. Cons- -We were not allowed to use the pool, grill, or health club because a pass was required, and the owner did not provide it for us. When we noticed the sign requiring a pass, we contacted him and he told us it was an elaborate process to get. We insisted we really did want to use the advertised amenities and he agreed to apply for the pass, which we did not receive during the two weeks we spent in the apartment. -Dirty tile floor – we washed it ourselves our first night after we saw our white socks turning black! -The Scottsdale airport is close by and planes take off regularly right over the complex. Noisy! -There is no assigned parking for this unit so that was a challenge at times. -The living room furniture is worn and dated (sun-bleached easy chair). The rug had not been vacuumed and we took care of that. There was debris under the couch and between the washer and dryer and behind the closet door.

I always welcome feedback and will look into the comments. As with Covid outbreak closure was done to protect everyone but recently has re opened, normally no id is required. The HOA is restricting the use of some items and the use by the guest was requested one day before arrival. The HOA can take weeks to create the id and I have no control over this. The cleaning is a huge issue and will be addressed by the professional service that provides this . This has never been an issue nonetheless will be looked into. The Scottsdale airport is a mile away and have never heard the planes as this is a non commercial airport.(no large aircraft). The furniture is only 3 yrs old but will inspect and replace if needed.Thank you for the feedback!

Great location

Within walking distance of Kierland shops and restaurants in secure fenced condo community. Randy was a very responsive, property manager. Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen appliances, modest furnishings. We would stay here again.

Plaza Residence is one of our favourite places to stay in Scottsdale and Randy’s condo was perfect for our 10 day stay! Roomy, clean ,comfy bed - everything you need for your vacation. Randy was great to deal with and made sure everything was in order. Thanks Randy.

Close to Shops and Restaurants

Nice clubhouse, pool and exercise room. Nice neighborhood, one obnoxious guy with Maserati (loud car). It is close to airport so you will hear jets occasionally. Frequent traffic in complex, parking is an issue. Made some suggestions to Randy he did some (new pillows-- thanks), but failed to get us a board for the uncomfortable sofa. Overall the condo is basic but has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Suggested several upgrades that will make condo more desirable for long-term stays, .i.e. grab bar in shower, light in laundry area, another mirror for two people to get ready at same time and extra washcloths.

A lovely area and condo in Keirland

The condo at Plaza Residences was perfect for our stay in Scottsdale visiting family and friends in the area. The location is great and the unit was well equipped for our needs. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained. We had a nice time there. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Owner very polite and helpful, a little remodel going on, but it was fine. Easy access, even with it being near the entrance, very very quiet. It was nice.

Really good location and furniture at all

Beautiful apartment, has also everything a person needs, in terms of appliances, kitchen, bedding and bath items. Also the lessor is really helpful and kindness and the condo is beautiful with good pools, gym room and barbecuers. Bad points: the AC from the bedroom doesn't work properly, so if you like to sleep in a cold place, you must turn on the fan.

Yes when it is 110 in august you can't turn the a/c down to 70 as it will never shut off and will freeze up. Which was the case. Otherwise great tenant.
