À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez trois chambres et trois salles de bain, ainsi que de la place pour accueillir jusqu'Ă  9 personnes Ă  l'aise.

Vous allez adorer le plan d'étage lumineux et ouvert. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier en cuir confortable, d'un grand téléviseur LED Smart HD 55 pouces et de beaucoup de lumiÚre. Installez-vous confortablement prÚs de la cheminée en pierre lors des nuits fraßches aprÚs une journée de ski ou de snowboard. La maison dispose également d'un climatiseur mural au niveau principal pour les mois d'été.

Vous allez adorer la cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils et des comptoirs en granit. Dégustez une collation ou un repas au bar de la cuisine. Profitez d'un repas dans la salle à manger séparée. Il y a aussi une buanderie séparée pour votre commodité.

Il y a deux suites principales; chacune équipée de lits king size et de salles de bain privées. Chacune de ces chambres est également équipée d'une télévision et d'une cheminée LED HD Smart. La troisiÚme chambre est une chambre avec lits jumeaux superposés, un lit de repos double avec un lit gigogne double et une télévision LED HD. Cette chambre dispose également d'une salle de bain complÚte attenante. Toutes les salles de bains de cette maison sont dotées de luminaires et de comptoirs en granit.

AprÚs une journée bien remplie, profitez du bain à remous privé sur le patio arriÚre et profitez de votre terrasse privée. The place was great! A short walk to the slopes and to town! Very well stocked kitchen and high quality cooking utensils, pots and pans. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great home, great location!

This was a perfect home for our facility visiting Park City. Very nice and clean, and a great location - walking distance to the Park City ski resort and the historic / shopping district. We had one minor hiccup checking in - we didn’t receive a communication instructing us how to get into the home and we arrived after the property management office had closed, but the after hours support group was able to get us in after making a few calls. I would recommend and would stay here again!

Convenient location to ski resort and downtown.

Very nice place but very pricey!! Disappointed with all the added fees the property management adds on. I do understand that you have to make up for lost revenues, but I think you are also taking advantage of the property owners resources!!

The main fire place would not stay on Mike came out twice he would get it on but it never stayed on which was a bummer The people before said the same thing and it wasn’t fixed This house should not be rented out until the is fixed

Park City

There was nothing exquisite about the remodel. It felt old and tired - especially the kitchen and family room. It was cramped and we were only 7! Probably least value Vrbo we have had. Way over priced. We had no hot water or heating until 4.30pm the second day. The property managers did a great job of getting that fixed. Thank you.

Low key bachelorette

This house was perfect for our low key bachelorette gathering of 9 ladies. The kitchen had everything we needed, the sleeping accommodations were amazing, super clean, and the location was so convenient!

Great place to host our family reunion.

Cozy, well-appointed, fully equipped, and convenient to Main Street, Park City. Nice to have a garage and heated hot tub. The kids loved having their own TV. We appreciated quick responses to our questions and need for a couple of supplies.

The perfect ski n out retreat

Exceeded Expectations

I was honestly not sure what to expect since we typically stay at hotels but this was one of our better family vacations we have had because we had our own space and it felt more comfortable after a day of skiing. The property was literally a stones throw to Park CIty Mountain Resort so we were able to get up each morning make coffee, get our gear on and then just walk up to the lift. At the end each day we would grab a beer at the resort and head back to the place for a dip in the hot tub. At night heading into town was walkable or we could hop the bus that comes by the resort if it was too cold. The place was up-to-date and very clean. All the TVs seemed brand new and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed (not that we cooked much). The beds also seemed new and the mattresses slept well, I tend to be picky about them and had no complaints. Kids liked the bunk room. We had a few questions about where to eat and called Park City Rental Properties twice during our trip and they always picked up, were very courteous and even helped us book reservations. We will definitely be back next year. Hopefully the snow is as good as this year.
