Our cave house offers a luxurious Greek escape for those seeking romance, family bonding or a getaway with friends.
Established in 2005, our completely private villa accommodates from 2-5 guests and boasts two incredible newly renovated patios with breathtaking views for you to savor the mediterranean atmosphere.
Relish the views and soak up the sun, or cool off in our recently built plunge pool offering unparalleled views of the caldera. Little rock villa also offers a fully self contained and equipped kitchen with all necessities for your convenience. You will love it!

Amazing place to stay with the best views! Very kind people that will help with any needed! Arrange for Sakis to drive for private transport, he was also amazing and a great option for easy transportation. This spot is in the prime location for staying in Oia, there are alot of steps between the main walking area to the villa so keep this in mind if you have a hard time with stairs! If the opportunity allows us to return to Santorini in the future, 10/10 we will be back here!

Amazing stay!! Host is so accommodating - from arranging pickup from airport and transportation to the ferry port. Views are amazing. Location amazing. They even left us some snacks and wine!! Great way to start our honeymoon in Greece! Would definitely stay here again.

The view!

A spectacular view from a chic little apartment. Perfect for a couple or small family. The steps to and from the apartment are somewhat steep and busy with tourists, but the destination is worth the journey. Sadib the porter was a godsend for our bags and Nicholas was the consummate host.

This villa was perfect for our family of 4- with 2 teenagers. The views are incredible and every part of the villa was beautiful! We loved having the separate kitchen to cook breakfast and make coffee, even when the family was still sleeping. The upper balcony sitting area was beautiful for evening sitting, games, watching the boats come in for sunset, and we used the cool plunge pool several times a day after exploring. The location is perfect- the lower caldera is roped off and marked private so you walk through the most beautiful “instagram” spots and pass all the people waiting in line to take photos- but because you are staying below you skip the line, pass them, and it’s much more quiet. Only 2 or 3 other rentals are below you- so there is not a lot of traffic once you reach yours. The host- Nicholas was amazing. He communicated several months in advance, kept in touch, and helped set up transportation and a porter. Definitely take the porter. It is included and helps a lot if you are bringing luggage and to find it easily. We were sure to tip them both trips as they were amazing! The host includes Turkish style beach towels, a drying rack, games, snorkels, a welcome basket with wine and snacks, and lots of small touches to make it feel like home. We loved watching families cliff jump from an island below, and one day walked to Ammoudi bay to do the same. You won’t want to leave. Ever! Thank you to these incredible hosts for making our trip so perfect!!

I wept with joy

I’ve traveled the world and seen some amazing places, but this place cannot be beat. It was the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The Home was exactly as it looks in the pictures. If not even better getting there was easy you got help. Nicholas was wonderful with communication leading up to this day and throughout it, you are centrally located in the perfect location. This will be your favorite Vrbo of all time if I could buy this cave house today, I would. I’d literally trade my 3000 square-foot home to put my family of five in this gorgeous location. If I could give this 10 stars I would you will not regret booking this stay and then you’ll want to come back. Words of caution there are a lot of steps, so you fear somebody who has a hard time with that Santorini overall is not for you. It’s also lower ceilings in the kitchen so if you’re super tall, just make sure you understand that and there isn’t a ton of hot water, but who needs long showers when you’re in paradise? all of this still equals the perfect vacation of all the time.. I’m so grateful to have been able to experience this home. Book it now.

Hello Priscilla thank you for your rating. I must express my extreme disappointment as despite the constant communication & care in which we took to ensure that your stay was nothing short of perfect you rated us very average. I list the following for you to consider: 1. To avoid paying for 3 guests, you only booked for 2 which was picked up only when you missed your flight & your 3rd guest was stranded alone on the Island. 2. As a consequence, we had to call our Porter to pick you all up individually throughout the day which was an additional cost which I didn’t even bother raising with you. We also had to call our housekeeper back to the villa to make up another bed. Both which was very inconsiderate from your end yet no apology for your intentional error. 3. I had to ask 5 times for you to pay for your 3rd guest & you constantly made up excuses how you didn’t want to take money out of the ATM due to the exchange rate. Finally after I having to insist you left me no option other to call VRBO to charge your credit card. 4. It was your birthday celebration & we took time & effort to make it special for you by gifting you with a bottle of Champaigne, a bottle of Rose, balloons, nibbles & a personalized birthday card on your arrival. Not once did you acknowledge this rather you complained that the jacuzzi was not heated. 5. On the VRBO platform under facilities, it very clearly & specifically states that it is a ‘plunge pool’ not a jacuzzi & is not heated.
