Si vous voulez passer des vacances sans soucis dans un quartier central, à 2 pas de la mer et de la vie nocturne de Salerne, vous devez absolument réserver ce charmant appartement!
Il est situé dans le centre historique et donc aussi dans le centre-ville.
L'appartement a été entièrement rénové et dispose d'un grand espace ouvert avec cuisine-salon, 1 lit double et 1 canapé-lit double. Sur demande, nous pouvons également avoir un lit bébé. La cuisine est complète avec tout (assiettes, verres, casseroles, couverts, etc.), four et réfrigérateur. Il dispose de 2 salles de bains avec douche et de serviettes de bain. Il est équipé d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm. Garage payant à quelques mètres.

Great location

The host Julian was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was a short walk from the train station. The apartment had everything you needed including coffee ans some condiments. Great location to shopping and restaurants

The location was great. Cleanliness was a bit lacking, especially in the bathrooms. The worst issue we had with this 2 bathroom unit was that ZERO toilet paper was provided, even after the host was made aware of this issue. A big negative for us!! We do not recommend this property

Centrally located but just overall a very unclean stay, loud neighbors up all night, door to porch doesn’t shut, dark and dreary, moldy and mildew smell. The communication from the host was outstanding but the stay was not. Hope this helps the next guest

Sehr gute Lage.... aber

Die Lage des Objektes war sehr gut, auf meine Anfrage im Vorfeld wegen PKW Stellplatz hies es"ja es gibt reservierten Parkplatz", gemeint war eine Art Parkhaus für 30Euro pro Tag. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorgeht, es gibt nur ein einziges Fenster zu einem kleinen Innenhof, kein Tageslicht!

Excellent location and access to everything you need

This apartment is in a great downtown location, providing easy access to everything you need including shopping, transportation, and great dining options. Julian was incredibly responsive and provided helpful recommendations in the area. The apartment doesn't have any windows and feels a little dark, and could use a deep cleaning in the bathrooms and other areas. The AC worked really well and was a nice reprieve at the end of some very hot days. I would recommend this unit for two people who are looking for a well-located home base for traveling up and down the coast and visiting the local attractions.

Wonderful Place

We loved the town of Salerno! The poeple were so friendly and it is a beautiful place with lots of wonderful restaurants. Julian was a great host. Communication was excellent. Julian was very accommodating with our time of arrival—we had some delays with the train coming in. He also gave us suggestions of where to eat. The apartment is in a historic building which made us feel like we were in old world Italy. The apartment was nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for my husband, myself, and 2 daughters. It was a plus for there to be two bathrooms. The apartment was close to everything and especially lots of great restaurants and shops and the old town. We were able to walk to the train station when we left. Although we did get a taxi to the apartment since we didn’t quite know where we were going. I would stay at this apartment again. It was an overall great experience! Thank you, Julian!

Julian was SO helpful...

Julian was great...he was very responsive to our needs and helped out a lot! We unfortunately needed to go to the ER and he very quickly told us where and what we needed to do...so appreciative of him for that! The apartment has everything you need, comfortable and great location, loved having 2 bathrooms! The only small thing is it’s quite dark...only one window, but makes for great sleeping! Thanks Julian!

Geweldige ligging, fijn appartement

De ligging is geweldig, net als de stad. Erg genoten van ons verblijf. Appartement is voor twee personen ruim, schoon en aangenaam. Weliswaar gehorig, maar dat is voor ons totaal niet erg, eerder gezellig. Er zijn trouwens twee badkamers aanwezig! En mandje met handdoeken, etc. Erg fijn. Enig minpuntje: terwijl de checkout om 10:00 zou zijn, werden we om 9:45 (tijdens het klaarmaken voor het vervolg van onze reis) het huis uit gejaagd door herhaaldelijk ongeduldig aanbellen en telefoneren. Kan gebeuren, maar niet als eerder bij het inchecken de huiseigenaar zelf een half uur te laat is 😄

Wonderful Experience in Salerno

We had an amazing stay in Salerno. Julian is an awesome host! He contacted me before our arrival to coordinate times, and was always available to answer all my (many) questions during the stay. At one point he even stoppped by to help us with garbage removal. He also arranged for a taxi pick-up for our departure. Best thing: he found out we were in Salerno to celebrate my parents’ 45th wedding anniversary, so he surprised us with delicious authentic ravioli and sauce!! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture!! ...the apartment itself was great. Modern and clean interior but still rustic and in the heart of the old city. Easy walking to the coast, the Duomo and the train station with bus to Amalfi. WiFi and a/c worked great. Spacious for the 4 of us and 2 bathrooms added to the convenience. I highly recommend this property and will certainly stay here again if I ever return. THANKS JULIAN!

Siamo state accolte da Julian,persona gentile e disponibile.La casa è molto carina,ben attrezzata,ma le cose impagabili sono la presenza di due bagni completi di tutto e la posizione centralissima,che consente di raggiungere luoghi culturalmente importanti a piedi,in qualche minuto .Nelle immediate vicinanze,ottimi ristoranti,anche per persone esigenti! La stazione è vicina,come tutti i collegamenti.Esperienza positiva.
