Appartement spacieux et contemporain au rez-de-chaussĂ©e dans un dĂ©veloppement de luxe sĂ©lectionnĂ© situĂ© dans la vieille ville de St Andrews et Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied du centre-ville. Deux chambres, deux salles de bains (une en-suite), un espace de vie ouvert et lumineux, tout confort, un parking privĂ©, un coin salon extĂ©rieur. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit confortable dans le salon pour accueillir des personnes supplĂ©mentaires et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. St Nicholas House faisait partie de l'hĂ©bergement de haute qualitĂ© de l'Ă©cole St Leonards, qui fait partie de l'histoire de St Andrews depuis 1511. Le Boot Room Ă©tait la zone oĂč les domestiques nettoyaient les bottes des filles. Cette maison isolĂ©e avec son verger historique est un endroit magnifique pour se retirer. L'appartement est de plain-pied. L'un des meilleurs atouts du Boot Room est sa proximitĂ© avec le centre-ville tout en Ă©tant situĂ© dans un endroit calme.

We love The Boot Room. A perfect home base close to the heart of StA with all the amenities you could need, plus comfortable beds, great water pressure and plenty of space. Always our favorite place to stay in StA.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful and quiet property, clean, great location, fully stocked. Lots of comfortable seating, good water pressure and lots of hot water. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Location is excellent, close to everything.

Incredible for a family holiday

This is probably the best set-up holiday home we’ve ever stayed in as a family. It really felt like the owner cared about her property and thought through the practical details that would make a visit easy and enjoyable, especially for people with small children. We would love to stay again when we visit St Andrews!

Lovely stay

The Boot Room is spacious and welcoming, with high ceilings and bright walls. Communications were easy, and the location is so close to everything in St Andrews. A perfect place for us (two couples) to use while we dropped off children at the university. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment

Alison was very responsive to our questions and requests. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. All reviews indicate that this is a good choice for your stay in St. Andrews. The things we appreciated the most- very convenient to town, more spacious that we imagined, VERY quiet and lots of light in all the rooms. Bottom line- would stay there again and recommend it to our choosiest friends.

Wonderful property!

Everything about this unit was great! When we walked in there was a bottle of wine and whiskey available. The kitchen had coffee pods and was very well appointed. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spacious. Alison was extremely responsive to all my questions from booking through checkout! I highly recommend!

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Bright close to town top drawer would recommend to anyone even tho the weather was very Scottish . Loved the whole experience

Great stay in St. Andrews

The Boot Room was an absolutely wonderful property and certainly added to our enjoyment of 5 days in St Andrews. The property was spotless, light and very comfortable with everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms very roomy. The location was also great. Being just on the edge of town made walking to dinner, ice cream and other sites in St. Andrews a daily experience. We only used our car to get to the golf courses! Allison was great to work with and made planning and arriving a breeze. We would return in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Boot House! Beautiful, spacious and well located. We walked into town to eat and for the sights. Loved all the special memorabilia decorating the house too!

What a find! A well appointed flat that is very central.

We stayed here over Christmas. It was very cosy and had everything you could need to cook christmas dinner. It is well positioned and you can easily walk to the town and beach from there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay during our G[olf Trip

First time booking this apartment and everything was perfect. The place was extremely clean and the owner was available by phone when I had a question which is always helpful. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to the town and all restaurants and pubs which was great because we did not need to drive and find parking when going out each evening. Looking forward to my next visit and booking this apartment again.

Thank you for sharing your home! We felt completely comfortable -- everything we needed was there and the location was perfect, just a wee walk to the bustle of town, but off the beaten path, so very peaceful.
