Would stay there again.

Location was fantastic, resort was great. Decor a bit dated, but accurate to the pictures. A nightmare to check in after hours at dark, but now that we know how it will be no problem. Would stay there again.

The home is beautiful!!! There was a leak in the complex so the brick around was torn up in front of all the doors and some walk ways… we weren’t made aware until we arrived… the women’s bathroom was all torn up and the steam rooms were non functional which was a big bummer….. I’ve been there 3 years in a row and will be back…. It was just unfortunate all that happened at that time… it’s a great place!!!

Dryer broken, sink broken

For the amount of money we paid for our stay there where a lot of issues with the condo that weren’t handled. Very hard to make contact with compass resorts employees when problems occurring. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people, 4 of which where children, no trash bags, dryer turning while dryer door was open, very unsafe when there are small children running around. Kitchen faucet broken, when things where reported no one returned our call. I’m not one to complain but for the amount of money paid this should have been a lot better , I’ve used VRBO many times and never had to go through a resort company, and I never will again

Beautiful and so convenient!

Other than a little dark in the kitchen, condo was beautiful and so convenient to pool and beach. Love the no elevator option and trash chute across hall. Will book here again!

Perfect Location

Unit was perfectly located on the main level which was perfect since I have a two year old. Few steps away from the pool and I didn't have to worry since it was a locked gate to get into the pool area. Back porch and the candy maker are within walking distance. Walmart is across the street for your grocery items. The Emerald Grande was great to do one night which was with traffic about a ten minute drive. Overall the unit was clean and beautiful. Was great having our own kitchen and washer and dryer.
