Maison mitoyenne de 160m² avec terasse de 100m². Elle comprend 4 chambres doubles, 3 sbd (douche et baignoire), salon de lecture et salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte. Au 1er étage vous trouverez la selle à manger de 30m² avec cuisine totalement équipée et une sbd WC avec douche. Au 2ème étage nous avons 4 chambres, 2 sbd et un salon de 26m². L'une des chambres est une suite parentale et une autre possède un balcon. La terrasse en rooftop fait plus de 100m².

Excellent location

Everything was easy to get to, restaurants and bars and supermarkets within a short walk . Rooftop furniture is rather shabby as needs replaced but didn’t stop our enjoyment, maybe some plants to cheer it up a bit

Fantastic spacious home close to old town

Very spacious home 10 minutes from old town. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes nearby. Beds very comfortable, great roof top terrace, large dining table that seats up to 8. If we returned to Malaga would definitely stay here again.

This house is very spacious with 4 large badrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a number of stairs- one flight up to the kitchen and another to the lounge and bedrooms. There is further flight to the rooftop terrace which is very large. Unfortunately the window shutter in the main bedroom was broken and the room remained in darkness. When we reported this she said the previous residents mentioned it and she will try to get it repaired but it was not. We were also disappointed by the chairs and loungers on the roof terrace which all had some form of damage. Also things like lack of locks on doors and no shelves in showers to put soaps and bottles on are negatives. However for a large family or group this is a great property very close to the historic centre of this lovely city.

Nice apartment pity there were no basic pantry items no salt pepper oil etc not even any washing up liquid Checking in was an issue as the owners were abroad when we arrived We were instructed to go to a nearby bar for the keys but the person we were instructed to speak to New nothing about the keys eventually a waitress found a set No one to show us around the apartment or tell us about the area fortunately we know Malaga well The cushions for the furniture was locked away and we had no access to this We telephoned the owners who arranged for someone to call and open the locked cupboard Strange for an apartment this size there is no washing machine In summary a nice apartment great terrace but avoid if the owners are away their arrangements when they are not around are not good enough

Wir waren mit 4 Damen 9 Tage dort.Positiv: sehr geräumig (für jede von uns ein Zimmer), schöne Bäder, gute Matratzen, gute Lage (10 Min. Fußweg ins Zentrum), lockeres Check-in, wir konnten früher hinein und später los.Negativ: die Terrasse: nicht nutzbar: kaputte Liegen und sehr dreckige Polster ( Vogel-dreck), die 3 Zimmer zur Straße nachts laut wegen der Müllabfuhr (ja!! sie fährt nachts!) und laute Nachbarn, bescheidene Küchenausstattung (nur einfache Gläser, keine Wein- oder Sektgläser), die "phantastische " Renovierung ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr überreglementiert.In der Anzeige steht "parking available" - leider ist kein privater Parkplatz vorhanden,das war für uns ärgerlich. Man kann zwar kostenfrei in den Straßen parken - wenn man etwas findet! Das kann schon mal etliche Runden Parkplatzsuche bedeuten, bis jemand wegfährt.Fazit: Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt (wenn man nachts nicht zu empfindlich ist bez. der Lautstärke) und freundliche Kommunikation - leider kein Parkplatz.

Bien Situado, a 5m. de la Plaza La Merced Es una casa Amplia, con baños y cocina reformados. Hemos estado bastante cómodos. Le falta renovar ventanas, no aíslan del exterior pero es zona tranquila.

Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in der Stadt

Wir war ingesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Es liegt zentral, und trotzdem relativ ruhig (Autolärm lässt sich mitten in der Stadt leider nicht vermeiden). In direkter Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht! Das Viertel empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Viele Einheimische und nicht direkt im Touri-Bereich. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber! Zwei kleine Mankos gab es dennoch. Eine Schlafzimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen, hat für uns aber kein Problem dargestellt. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der Dachterrasse. Mega groß und für die Innenstadtlage warscheinlich eine Rarität!! Nur nach unseren Geschmack etwas zu spartanisch und lieblos gestaltet. Da kann man definitiv mehr draus machen. Ein großer Tisch wäre ein Anfang. Soll das Gesamtergebnis aber nicht trüben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Und können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen, ob Gruppe oder Großfamilie!

Ideally located!

This property is ideally located for walking to any place in town as well as the water front area. About a 15-20 minute walk to the water, and just a couple of minutes to a store or restaurant. If you have a rental car, it would be difficult to find a place to park. The roof top terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning or an evening beverage! Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly, and shown around the property. Beds were comfy, and all was exactly as shown on line. We were extremely happy and would absolutely stay here again!

Appartamento spazioso , arioso e dotato di tutti i comfort descritti nell'annuncio; perfetto per due famiglie di 4 persone come eravamo noi. La posizione e' ottima, vicino a tutti i tipi di negozi, piccoli ristoranti e a circa 20 min dal mare a piedi. Nonostante la posizione centrale la via e' silenziosa. Noi abbiamo visitato tutta la citta' facendo delle bellissime passeggiate, ma in centro a Malaga si possono anche noleggiare dei monopattini elettrici. Vale sicuramente!

Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento centrale, arredato con gusto, molto pulito e con una bella terrazza. Molto fluida la comunicazione con i proprietari che si sono anche dimostrati "elastici" nell'orario del check out, permettendoci di farci rimanere ben oltre l'orario previsto. Dopo tre giorni ci siamo già sentiti a casa nostra!

Perfect location of quiet and convenient!

Wonderful location just on the brink of where its all happening, but still quiet enough not hear the full brunt of the city noises. Parking can be a little tricky (just keep driving around, something will pop up), but once you're in you cant fail to have a great time. Beautiful big apt, with amazing and very sizable, roof terrace. Great host, great place, highly recommended!

Il s'agit du cartier historique de la Victoria. Notre maison est située à 150m de la Basilique qui abrite la patronne de Malaga et du Santuario. Le stationnement est autorisé et gratuit dans tout le cartier.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Notre maison a été totalement rénovée et offre tous les conforts nécessaires pour accueillir plusieurs familles ou des groupes d'amis. Nous sommes situés dans une zone tranquille à moins de 10 minutes à pied du Centre Historique. Toutes les chambres peuvent être fermées à clé.
Vous avez accès à toute la maison avec une restriction horaire pour l'usage de la terrasse afin de ne pas déranger notre voisinage. Nous vous demandons donc de ne pas faire de bruit sur le rooftop à partir de minuit.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Notre bien est idéalement placé à quelques minutes de la Place de la Merced, du musée Picasso, de l'Alcazaba et du Théâtre Romain. A deux arrêts de bus (ou 15 minutes à pied) de la plage. L’arrêt de bus se trouve à 50m et la station de taxi à 150m.
