Emplacement incroyable à quelques minutes du port et du centre-ville. C'est un bel appartement confortable de 3 chambres avec une sensation de chalet, il a une belle terrasse dans une position élevée. La cuisine ouverte et le salon sont parfaits pour une famille ou des amis. Il est super proche de nombreuses attractions de Torquay, y compris le port, le front de mer, la réserve faunique, Babbacombe avec le village modèle et la caverne Kent, le tout à moins de 10 minutes.

3 chambres comprennent une chambre double ouvrant sur la terrasse avec portes-fenêtres, une chambre simple et une autre chambre avec un lit superposé et un lit pliant portable disponible permettant à jusqu'à 5 personnes de dormir confortablement. Le salon a deux canapés super confortables, une barre de petit déjeuner et une cuisine ouverte.

Ceci est tout l'appartement de 3 chambres. Vous avez donc accès à tout l'endroit qui a sa propre entrée et est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Un représentant ou un membre de la famille vous attendra à l'appartement dans la mesure du possible. Everything close at hand.

The apartment was clean and comfortable had all the things you need iron hairdryer etc and is situated near centre with harbour beach shops restaurants and entertainment close at hand.

The property was clean, welcoming and with a lovely cosy feel - it was unfortunately to cold to enjoy the small outside seating area which is a shame, but we loved the views from the windows, and when the sun shone through the windows in the front door, it scattered rainbows all over the room which was a wonderful surprise!We admittedly didn't expect just how steep the road up to the place was, but it was fortunately a short walk, and there was a wonderful range of things to do and see within a short distance.The one small disappointment was that the heating didn't work properly, so the flat was constantly chilly; and we had to keep the water pressure down to nearly nothing to get hot water. A disappointing inconvenience when the weather is as cold as it was our entire stay, but an otherwise lovely holiday, and definitely somewhere we'll think about returning to - although maybe in the summer next time!

Location was central. Property was well equipped and clean. The chocolates and wine were very thoughtful. Parking was a nightmare for us so we left the car parked up (when we eventually got a space) We used public transport to get to Paignton. Location was so central that we were able to walk into town in the evenings and we walked to the local beach Torre Abbey Sands.. Really enjoyed our stay

Loads of room in this apartment.

Well equipped apartment, shame about the hill location but very close to town. Lovey amount of room and plenty of towels ect. Melodie was very easy to get hold of . Great value for money.

Lovely stay

Just spent 3 nights here with a friend. Had a lovely time, super welcome bottle of wine, chocolate and biscuits, various kitchen basics also. The bedrooms are comfortable, lovely shower and a bath, a real treat. Little balcony private and great to have. Only down side, very steep hill! and tricky parking. We did quickly work out we could park briefly below the balcony to lold/unload the car.

Central Torquay Location

This is a good little apartment that is really well located close to all Torquay Centre attractions. Parking is tricky but there are permits in the apartment that allows you to make use of the resident-only parking areas. I would have rated 5 stars but contrary to the 'non-smoking' description, there is a strong smell of there being smokers present in the past, which unfortunately detracts from the feel of the place. We are non-smokers, and always have been, which is maybe why we particularly noticed it. Otherwise, all good.

Good location for town centre stay

This is a good location for a town centre stay. We were able to walk to shops, groceries and restaurants, and onto the seafront. Torquay is hilly with narrow streets and the property is on a steep street with parking opportunities around the corner. Being right by a road you can hear traffic. The property was clean, and pleasantly decorated. The living room is in the centre with three bedrooms around it (one double bed). It does not have its own windows so can feel a little dark, although there are plenty mood lighting. The kitchen, which you walk into from the street is well stocked and clean. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with good towels. There is a TV and WiFi which all worked well. Although there is no garden there is a terrace off the main bedroom. The property owner responded promptly to my messages and kept in touch during the stay by text message. We were greeted by a complimentary bottle of wine. We had a relaxing stay and found the property good value, and would happily stay again.

Great family home in central location

Great Accommodation in a great location. Perfect for family to use as a base, thanks to it central placating and close proximity to beach, harbour, town etc. Very friendly owners, who are very helpful.

The property was very clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. All the equipment worked and it wasn't too far away from the shoreline, good selection of shops and various restaurants. Thanks for the very welcome break! Richard was a helpful host and Melody kept the flat sparkling!

10 day break

Lovely little apartment, perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and nice little living room with two comfortable large two seaters. Minutes away from the town, a little steep hill back to the house, but if I could get up there, anyone can!!!!! Plus we where made aware of this by owners. The owners where lovely and easy to get in contact with. Regrettably my mum ended up in hospital for half of our stay and they even bought her a bunch of flowers for when she came out, which my mum loved. Definitely would stay there again 😁👍

Overall the property was what was advertised, a good base for a weekend away.

We got exactly what we expected, the accommodation was good and the facilities all very good. Property was very clean and tidy and had everything from towels, washing up liquid to toilet rolls. I work as Management consultant for several City Centre Businesses these days which keeps me out of trouble :-). I absolutely love travelling and Using My Home as a way to earn a little extra money i am hoping will allow me to travel a bit more and see the world. I am a huge fan of eating out and culture so will definitely be able to point you in the right directions for places to dine out and things to see and do. I am super friendly but also very professional and will do my utmost to make sure your stay is perfect.

I love the open plan feel of this apartment and all the wood features makes it feel very cosy yet nice and modern. There are new carpets and freshly decorated throughout with a new bathroom suite.
