We had a wonderful stay for our night in Rome. The location perfect distance to many of the local sites! The view from the balcony is amazing. Our communication with the host was also exceptional. She helped us coordinate several things for our trip. Overall I would recommend staying here for your vacation to Rome!

The host was excellent, check and out was easy however the property was much more run down than what is shown in the pictures. The AC was not sufficient for this summer’s heat wave and size of the apartment.

Dear Ashleen, thank you for your review! We are sad to know that you found that the AC in the house was not sufficient. Unfortuntately In Italy there is no centralized AC, especially in old buildings like the one where our flat is. Our AC units are new, we clean the filters frequently and we are very throrough with the maintenance of the units to ensure a good performance. Do keep in mind that with the strong heatwave we are going thru it is very difficult for the house to maintain a lower temperature. As Flavia explained during the check-in, since the house is exposed to the sun on two sides, it is helpful to leave the shutters and blinds closed during the day in order to prevent the heat from the sun from entering the house, that way the house can maintain a cooler temperature. We apologize for this inconvenient but we are happy that you made the best of your stay in Rome, that you had a lovely dinner at Osteria dell’Anima and that you were able to see the Pope! We wish you all the best and hope to welcome you again in Rome.

Fantastic location in the heart of Rome. Easy walking to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Forum/Colosseum and Major/Minor Basilicas. However, sitting on the small balcony and watching the world go by on Navona was really special. Host was excellent and very easy communication.

This property is perfect for a family trying to experience Rome in a low stress and enjoyable way. Right on the piazza so you are seconds from everything you need and there is something for every family member to enjoy. The host was great and the amenities were perfect for a week in Rome.

Great location, cool place. Everything working. Useful amenities. One of the showers was not really usable (shower head messed up) which was hard for my party of 6 when we had to be up super early for airport. The bed my husband and I slept in was a very firm, thin mattress: other than that super cool pad.

The location of the property exceeded our expectations and the could not have asked for better communication with the property manager. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the hustle and bustle of Navona. We would return again.

Great support from host on all inquiries and taxi service. Location superb, the view of piazza Navona is amazing, you sense the vibe of the city, and you can reach so many of the popular sites within walking distance, the amazing Pantheon is just a few minutes away, and campo di fiori also very close by. The apartment is charming and we particularly enjoyed the living room area to relax after sightseeing.

This is a great place to stay in Rome. The view out the back of the apartment is the Fountain in the Piazza Dei Navona - spectacular! The apartment was comfortable, and we loved everything about it! You will not be disappointed with this property!
