In this 19th century building each room can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with double beds, TV and free WiFi.

Satisfaits de notre séjour
Ramin est très disponible et cherche à nous accommoder rapidement (recommandations de restaurants, réservation de taxis, etc). La propriété est bien située dans le vieux Rome, à quelques minutes de Piazza Navone. Toutes les principales attractions sont à plus ou moins 30 minutes à pied (Piazza Navone, Panthéon, Colisée, Trevi, etc). Le logement est très bien avec plein de commodités, mais il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (peinture). Traces de moisissures dans les salles de bains, qui mériteraient vraiment d’être rénovées. Absence de ventilation cause problème. Enfin la propreté était un peu douteuse, impossible de marcher pieds nus dans le logement, les planchers n’avaient certainement pas été lavés. Cependant nous avons apprécié les laveuse et sécheuse au logement.

Great apartment in great neighborhood!
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed apartment. The location is easily my favorite place to stay in Rome. Virtually everything that you would want to do and see in the city is within walking distance. The apartment has been recently refurbished and has everything you made. Very nice place!

Great spot to explore Roma!
The host was very responsive and offered great suggestions as first-time visitors to Rome for a party of 5 (my husband and I and kids aged 18 and 24). We arrived in Rome about an hour earlier than check-in time. I contacted Ramin who was at the property, and they had just finished cleaning allowing us to check-in sooner, which was perfect. We were a bit stressed when we got there just in dealing with the heat, taking a bus for the first time in a foreign country/city, then having to drag our luggage to the property. But, Ramin helped us with all our luggage to the various floors. Only cons are that there are a lot of stairs to climb, so for anyone not in decent shape or with mobility issues, this would be very problematic. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable. Pros - responsive host, updated apartment, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, ease of access to many must see's. Bus system was easy to use as was Uber, when necessary. However, we mostly walked everywhere. Overall, think this is a nice place stay, but I would pack light to make it easier to transport luggage.

Perfect location
Our favorite area of Rome is Trastevere and this property is located just across the Ponte Sisto bridge and down a few blocks (very easy walking distance) to Trastevere. Ramin is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever had! The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adult couples) and was exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place to enjoy Rome
The location was not only convenient to so many of the touring sites of Rome, it was a great neighborhood to live in during our vacation. And Ramin takes being a host to heart - providing many nice touches in the apartment, giving restaurant recommendations, and graciously answering our questions during our stay. Easy check-in & check-out. The apartment fit our family (2 adults, a teen, and a tween - all tall people) well. The common space was nice, and there was plenty of privacy among the bedrooms. I personally was amazed by how well the apartment had been modernized out of such an old building. The building has probably been carved up into different apartments multiple times in its history. Pictures are accurate. Now, if you have mobility issues, this apartment may not be a good choice. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, and then the apartment layout itself is similar to an American townhome - you enter on the middle floor which has the common space, then there is a narrow flight of stairs up to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also a narrow flight of stairs down to the 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and the bonus room. For my fellow American tourists, it is necessary to remember this is an European apartment. The kitchen is modest in size - the refrigerator is 2/3 size of what we see in the States and the stove is 2 burners, the washing machine & dryer hold only a small load, and the AC is not central AC, rather there is a small AC unit in each room.

Ramin was a wonderful host going above and beyond to accommodate and answer any question! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as described in listing. The neighborhood is quiet but close and walkable to most everything.

What a gold mine!
The apartment was perfect for our party of six - plenty of space, clean, organized and the owner was extremely responsive. The location is great and very walkable to just about everything including Trevi fountain, Pantheon, restaurants, shops, entertainment. There was plenty of hot water, comfortable furniture and our host even helped us with transportation to the cruise terminal - he went above and beyond. 1000% recommend.

Die Wohnung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mitten in Rom gelegen. Fast alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnungen ist mit einem Auszug zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es aber drei Stockwerke.

Wonderful Apartment, Great Neighborhood
This apartment was a wonderful place for my family in Rome. Just blocks from the Campo de Fiori, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself, on 3 levels, offered everyone a surprising degree of privacy. Would strongly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Rome.

A fantastic stay in Rome
We 5 adults stayed here for 6 nights in mid-April. The remote check in and out was easy. Communication with Ramin before and during our visit was very timely, friendly and helpful. He also quickly arranged our transport back to the airport-many thanks! This beautiful, very clean apartment was perfect for our 2 families of 3 and 2 adults. Kitchen and living room on main entry level, we appreciated the privacy with 1st family upstairs, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom and 2nd family downstairs with bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. Centrally located just off the lively Campo de’ Fiori but private and quiet. Bathrooms just remodeled are well designed and function well. Washer/Dryer worked as designed. Beds, dining room chairs and living room and patio furniture all comfortable. Narrow kitchen is well stocked and functional. Mini splits worked well on both A/C and Heat. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment! Speriamo tornare ancora!

Perfect Central Rome Apartment
This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood on a quiet street. Easily walkable to all the major sites in the city and especially close to the Trastevere area with all the restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was a great landing place for us. The small kitchen allowed us to prepare snacks and breakfast. The two bathrooms were nicely updated. The apartment is three stories (main living on the second) which allows for some privacy in the space. Communication and check in was also excellent.

Beautiful and relaxing
Our family of five adults had a fabulous stay in this charming apartment. Check in was easy and informative. We were all listening intently to the long list of excellent restaurants to dine at - all incredible! We were grateful for the two sets of keys, as it can be difficult to share one with so many people. The location was perfect for us, and everything you need is close by. The apartment is on three levels and very spacious. It is a mix of old world with marble, wood beams and large windows with a fresh, modern design. The bathrooms are brand new and each roomy enough for more than one person. The kitchen isn’t huge, but is stocked well and works perfectly for light meal preparation. Overall, there was room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Our favorite space by far was the patio. I would definitely love to stay here again and recommend it for others.

Smaller than it looks
The pictures are way better than real life. While it was a great location and had 3 seperate bedrooms it really needed a good scrub especially the top floor bathroom. Beds are not as big as Kings like advert says. However the location was fantastic as we walked everywhere.

Roman Holiday
This is a perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. The hosts are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and Rome info. Having a kitchen and AC to go home to in the hot afternoons was very important. We would love to come back and stay again in the future. Fantastic!!!

Great location and communication
The property manager is excellent. Very responsive and coordinated transfers, recommendations and nice reception with wine and snacks at arrival. In spite of the living area being a bit smaller than appearing in the pictures, the outside sitting area is great and the place fit 6 adults comfortably. The location is excellent. Very nearby Trastevere, which is very fun at night.
