Villa de luxe nouvellement construite avec vue imprenable

Cette villa de luxe nouvellement construite, terminée l'été 2017 offre peut-être la plus belle vue sur le chantier historique de Nelson. Très bien situé, à distance de marche des installations animées proposées dans le port anglais, y compris les bars, les restaurants, les magasins, les musées et les clubs de voile. Les plages à proximité de Galleon Bay et Pigeon Beach se trouvent à proximité.

La villa est aménagée sur deux étages avec toutes les quatre chambres bénéficiant de superbes vues sur la mer pour regarder l'activité maritime qui se répand dans ce port de renommée mondiale. Le grand escalier central s'ouvre sur une superbe superbe pièce et une cuisine avec des portes coulissantes panoramiques qui s'ouvrent sur la terrasse couverte et la grande terrasse couverte et la piscine à débordement.

Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et disposent de deux suites indépendantes, dotées d'une salle de bains privative et d'un dressing séparé. Les deux chambres restantes partagent une salle de bain de taille généreuse. Tous les accessoires et accessoires sont de la plus haute qualité dans l'ensemble.

La cuisine est équipée de fours doubles, micro-ondes et plaques à induction. Deux réfrigérateurs et un refroidisseur de vin vous garderont rafraîchis tout en amusant ou peut-être en préparant une fête sur le barbecue extérieur. Une salle de lavage séparée avec machine à laver et sèche plus une zone de séchage en plein air garde la pièce principale prête à accueillir les invités à tout moment!

L'emplacement spectaculaire de la colline entraîne un certain nombre d'étapes à l'extérieur et, en conséquence, la villa n'est pas adaptée aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité

We had an incredible stay at Villa Teegs near Nelson’s Dockyard in English Harbour, Antigua and Barbuda. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful—well-appointed, comfortable, and even better in person. The views are stunning, and the outdoor space made it easy to relax and enjoy everything Antigua has to offer.The location was ideal—close to Nelson’s Dockyard, great restaurants, and some of the island’s beautiful beaches, which made exploring easy while still feeling private and peaceful.What really made the stay stand out was the host, Debbie. Communication was excellent throughout, and she is incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Teegs to anyone visiting Antigua. 10/10 experience.

Best place to stay near English Harbour

This property is simply outstanding. Perfectly located near English Harbour it has 4 bedrooms so perfect for a family or friends stay together. Everything you need is is the Villa. Couldn’t recommend this property any more highly!

Wonderful stay in English Harbour

The house is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. Spotlessly clean and 5 / 10 minutes walk to Nelson’s harbour and the restaurants at the main harbour. Pidgeon beach is a 15/20 minute walk away and Galleon beach is 5 mins in a car. Great communication with Debbie during our stay and Charmaine (housekeeper) made sure we were very comfortable.

Villa Teegs Stay 17th - 24th July 2023

We have had a fantastic stay at Villa Teegs. The beautiful villa, the pool, the location - the poolside view overlooking English Harbour is wonderful! From Charmaine's lovely welcome to the very quick response from Debbie when needed on very minor issues, I don't think anything could be improved upon. Highly recommended.

English Harbour July 2022

As first time visitors to Antigua, the house was a perfect base to explore the island, and to relax afterwards. The views over English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard are really as good as the pictures suggest, and hours were be lost lounging in the pool, watching the boats and wildlife. Debbie and the local team were super helpful in making our holiday a wonderful experience. It's a beautiful house on a beautiful island, we hope to return to both.

Amazing Villa in English Harbour, Antigua.

We spent three weeks at this property. It has the most fantastic views and a position that cannot be bettered. The villa is extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished to a high standard. Charmaine, the housekeeper, is a real gem. Supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants are all within walking distance. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again when we next visit the island.

Better than the photos!

This house is spectacular - clean, great location, and the views are incredible. We got to see fireworks over the bay on NYE but it was also a delight to sit by the pool and watch the boats come and go. Debbie, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed and Charmaine, the property manager, stayed late when our flight was delayed to be sure we were settled. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen most nights and it was only a short drive to several attractions and stunning beaches. Driveway is a bit tricky with a van, but doable. Overall a very comfortable house in a gorgeous location.

Faultless

Having lived in Antigua for a few years I knew the exact location I wanted for our holiday. The English Harbour area is quiet and yet it is easy to walk to food shops and restaurants. The property is perfect and the view from the verandah stunning. We would often sit there and look at the view for ages without speaking. I cannot fault anything about this lovely modern well equipped property. The owner and house keeper are communicative and friendly and swiftly answer any needs. We'll be back.

Delightful, relaxing vacation spot

What a wonderful place to stay! Antigua itself is beautiful, friendly and very relaxing. Villa Teegs was the perfect accommodation, mirroring the environment. The downstairs living area that opens onto the patio is a delightful gathering place. Shady afternoon naps and relaxing sun drenched pool floats happened on a daily basis. The welcome packet that Debbie sent over was very helpful! Full of information about restaurants and beaches. English Harbour has so many delicious restaurants, numerous within walking distance! Pigeon Beach is also walkable and beautiful. We enjoyed having a rental car and the opportunity to drive to several of the amazing beaches throughout the island. Long Bay was the crowd favorite with gorgeous white sand and excellent snorkeling. We had a dead battery (our fault) in our car the night before our flight out (it was a holiday too!) and I was concerned about getting it fixed in a timely manner but we had plenty of offers for assistance (Debbie, the local mechanic, the car rental mechanic and a friendly neighbor)! This truly is a friendly and accommodating place! We will definitely be returning! A big “Thank you!” to the entire Villa Teegs Team!

From the day of booking until the day we returned home the exceptional service from Debbie & the Housekeeper, Charmaine was outstanding. We truly felt welcomed special guests not just people who rented a Villa. Villa Teegs was beyond our expectations - beautifully appointed, high standards of cleanliness & extremely comfortable beds! The location to English Harbour is walking distance & the view is incredible. We travelled as a family for a special birthday & made some very special memories. We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending. We would definitely return here when we return to Antigua! Thank You! 😊

The view alone is worth it

Love loved. Our two families felt the location was ideal. The house was lovely. The view was even better. Charmaine is the consummate guide to the home upon arrival and Debbie answers all questions and needs prior to arrival. The biggest problem to leaving such a nice review is whether we will be able to book it again next year.

Fantastic Christmas family get together

Superb villa looking exactly the same as the online images, if not better. The owner was incredibly helpful during the booking process and whilst we were there. Beautifully designed villa with a picture-perfect view of English Harbour. Five minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets and harbour and two gorgeous beaches five minutes drive away. A dream holiday destination- perfect!

The pictures do not do this house justice - amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Debbie the owner could not have been more helpful and responsive. She was a pleasure to work with. The house is in the English Harbour area of the island. It's (in my opinion) the nicest area to stay in. The house is walkable to numerous restaurants and such as well as a really nice beach. To give you an idea how great the view is, on some days there would be tour vans that stopped nearby on the street just to take pics of the harbour (not intrusive at all). Charmaine was there when we arrived. She takes care of the house for Debbie. She walked us through everything. The owners clearly did not scrimp on anything. Everything is top notch and high end. We cooked, grilled, ate, drank all while taking in the picturesque view. The showers had great pressure too. Also, each bedroom has AC to make the evenings more comfortable. I literally cannot complain about a single thing.

I cannot rate this fabulous villa highly enough, from the warm welcome from Charmaine to the wonderful views decor and homely feel to this very special place. We have been traveling to Antigua and English harbour for many years now, but this has to be the best villa we've ever stayed in. The location, just out of the centre and yet convenient, the supermarket just at the bottom of the hill, as are many of the restaurants...perfect, Many thanks to Debbie for letting us stay in her family's very personal place...its sublime

Beyond Great!

My husband and I stayed here in October 2019. We loved everything about it. The house layout is brilliant. The decor is gorgeous. I wish I had taken photos of all of the lighting because it was great (and something I'd like in my own home)! We loved staying right above English Harbour. We had stayed on the ocean for our last visit about 10 mins from town, but decided we really preferred being right in town. There's lots of charm and it was lovely to be able to walk to a restaurant or down to the yacht club. Debbie and Charmaine were both outstanding in terms of hospitality and helpfulness.

A beautiful house with a stunning view

We felt very lucky staying in this house. It exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and the view is stunning. We were in heaven! The infinity pool overlooks English harbour and we had such a relaxing time watching the pelicans and hummingbirds from the terrace. The villa is really well located, very close to a supermarket and some excellent restaurants. We hired a car and drove around the island, exploring the gorgeous beaches, snorkelling with turtles and rays. Antigua is a gem, an unspoilt island full of charm. We had a fabulous holiday and will be back one day! Thank you Debbie for all of your excellent communication with us and for letting us stay in your wonderful villa. Thank you also to Charmaine who made us feel so welcome. 😀

Great villa in a fabulous setting

We were here for the Womens' T20 World Cup and had a fabulous stay. The villa has everything you need and more, with great bedrooms, showers, kitchen and living areas, both inside and out. It took us about 5 minutes to feel right at home. The view is to die for and we never got tired of looking at it, particularly lounging in the pool with a glass of wine close by. Thanks for letting us stay in your home. We had a blast!!
