It is a fabulous property and very well appointed throughout. the location is excellent, we have family near by, so it worked extremely well. we very much hope that we can book again for next year. the only issue was that the roads were being resurfaced so it was very noisy during the day which was a shame but hopefully would not be the case if we were to book again next year

Thank you for your kind words, Sarah. I’m sorry that the asphalting work caused a bit of noise. Luckily, it will be a long time before they do it again. So next time you come – which I hope will be soon – the asphalt will be new and smooth. You are most welcome back! /Åsa and Johan

Wonderful apartment in an ideal location - exactly what we needed for a nearby wedding. and having friends nearby. Johan was very helpful, communicating all the details needed both before checkin and during our stay, making sure everything was as expected. The apartment itself is very spacious, and beautifully decorated with 3 large bedrooms, all with ensuites. The living and dining area was very large, and the huge balcony was great to relax on.It catered for our family of 6 perfectly, having everything in the apartment should we need it.The gated community was also extremely nice, with a number of swimming pools to choose from.Sotogrande is a lovely area for those who like the feel of a gated community with many large private villas. The local shops and supermarkets are only a 5 min drive away, which was ideal. We all agreed that we would definitely come back and stay there again, even if we weren't visiting friends or attending a wedding.Perfection!
