Dune A est un appartement de 2 chambres Ă  coucher, 1 salle de bains qui accepte les animaux domestiques situĂ© au rez de chaussĂ©e d'un chalet de trois unitĂ©s. Les clients apprĂ©cieront l'emplacement car vous serez Ă  seulement 200 mĂštres de la plage de 2nd Street et Ă  quelques minutes de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, du Memorial Park, d'un terrain de jeux et de la bibliothĂšque publique. Cet appartement cottage comprend un salon, une salle Ă  manger et une cuisine. Le salon comprend un canapĂ©-lit pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires, un grand coin salon et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision ïżœïżœ Ă©cran plat. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et la cuisine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un four, d'un four micro-ondes et d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur.

La premiÚre chambre est meublée avec un lit Queen et dispose d'un accÚs direct à la salle de bain du couloir commun. La salle de bain est joliment décorée, dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et est accessible à la fois depuis la chambre queen et le salon. La deuxiÚme chambre est meublée avec un lit King. Les deux chambres comprennent une télévision à écran plat. Vous pourrez également profiter d'un accÚs partagé au porche meublé situé au rez-de-chaussée. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent le Wi-Fi et la climatisation / le chauffage central. L'entrée de cet appartement est située à l'avant de la maison, à la porte de gauche (unité A). Un parking dans la rue est disponible pour 2 voitures. Cette propriété accepte les animaux domestiques.

Positives. 1. Front bed was very comfortable. No issues with it and had no issues falling asleep. 2. Host interaction was great. Gave great timely information about the rental. I liked having a portal to access to get information. 3. The rental is in a great location. Near the beach and stores and some restaurant. Close to Savannah, GA. The rental was decent. There were some items that will hopefully be addressed before the next time someone rents. 1. The 2nd bedroom in the back, the ceiling had some bad water stains in the ceiling. We didn’t use that room but seeing it was concerning. 2. There was rat poison or some sort of pellets that I assume is rat poison around the water heater that was under the kitchen cabinet. I did not see any evidence of rodents in the rental but again it was concerning to see. 3. The shower did not get hot. It was barely warm enough to shower in. The handle was installed incorrectly. You can turn the handle counter clockwise and get cold water. When you turned it the correct direction clockwise, it did not go far enough to get hot water. The handle needs to be taken off and re-aligned correctly to get the proper hot water that should be coming out. 4. Several of the window blinds needs to be replaced. Toilet paper holder stand was rusted out and needs to be replaced. Toilet tank has two buttons for different flush flows. Only one was working.

Beautiful and Clean- Great Location

The property was beautiful and clean. It was a great quick weekend at the beach. We made s’mores in the fire pit with our neighbors. It was family friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Quick weekend to Savannah

Even with poor weather we had a nice stay. Place was a little chilly. Other than that would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic stay

Refrigerator has visual rust spots on the outside..a bit unsightly, but works fine. Everything else about this property was perfect! Would stay again.

Tybee Vacation

Easy to book. Overpriced. More or less a hotel room with a kitchen . Master bed takes up most of the bedroom. Very tight. Fridge is rusty. Makes it feel dirty. You will hear the guests above. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Thought it would be closer. No yard and the little yard that exists is a bit dirty. Worth around $150 per night.

Tybee Island Rental

Easy check in process. Love the keyless check in process. The refrigerator appeared rusty and was a turn off when entering the condo. Also broken blinds in one of the rooms and the stove door handle came off all els was very nice. Would use again.

June 2020 Stay

What a wonderful getaway! Great location with easy beach access without all the day beach visitor and hotel crowds. Lots of food options within walking distance. Clean and roomy two bedroom rental with updated features. A nice home away from home for a week, even for family members that live 10 minutes away on Wilmington Island. Booking, check in and check out are super easy with everything dealt with online. Thanks for sharing your little spot on the island!

Nice, clean, no stairs

Nice towels and linens. Bed comfortable. A little light on the silverware, 4 spoons. Would have loved a broom and dust pan to sweep up sand during the week. Rooms r small but comfy. Tvs nice with good amount of channels. Easy to walk to food places.

February 2017 Stay

Clean, convenient and modern. The property at 111 Lovelle Ave was just that and a short 8 minute walk to the beach (door to door...toes in sand). Not a single complaint. Dog friendly without that offending 'dog' smell. Fantastic porch to enjoy coffee on in the morning and a glass of wine to end the night on. Plenty of seating in apartment and a nice open layout. Great bonus space in back not advertised! Outdoor space (not a yard) big enough for a grill, a few chairs. Pleasant surprise. Will be back! Thank you for your hospitality and great communication via email/text throughout our stay. Tourist Tip: A local told us for a great 'no frills' seafood spot, to hit up AJ's Dockside. End of street in a residential neighborhood on the water. These NYC food snobs give it both a thumbs up! PS. Bring coffee filters and paper towels. Only two items that were annoying not to have from the get go. Yes, this Bloody Mary came from there. 😊

Just as described!

The pictures are exactly what you get! They even had extra towels and a bag of essentials (paper towels, tissue, dishwashing liquid, etc). We were the only ones in the building, so it made it even more relaxing during our stay. The beach was only steps away and we walked over every day!! The full/queen bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but it wasn't too bad. We had 4 in our group. Check-in and check-out were a breeze!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Tybee Beach Stay- St. patty's weekend

Great location with 2 free parking spots. Very short walk to beach access. Can walk to many local restaurant and stores as well. Tybee Vacation Rentals were great to work with. Easy check in and check out. Answered an email late in evening promptly. Love the take home welcome bag filled with things to start your stay. The new décor is beautiful as well. Would love to come back for a longer stay in warmer weather!

Long weekend

We had never been to Tybee, so did not know really what to expect. The unit is a very short walk from the beach. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the island. The grill in the back is an added bonus. The unit is updated and very nice. Screened in porch is also nice. My only complaint would be the wifi was very questionable.

Great property, no gas grill

Overall, a great stay! We had a blast. Tybee Island's atmosphere (at least the northern end) was perfect fro my young family. The location is very close to the beach as it says and the beach there is wide and open. Great sea breeze most of the time we were there. The condo was clean and newly renovated. Kitchen equipment was hit or miss, but mostly what you needed was there. We had one issue, and that was a gas grill advertised for the property was not present. We called several times about this with promises of a callback that never came. When I reached out on FB, then things began to happen and a brand new gas grill was delivered to the property. I understand it was the July 4th weekend, but it was day 3 out of our 5 day trip before the promised grill arrived. The staff was very courteous on the phone and quick to respond via FB messenger. We will be returning to Tybee Island and I hope to use this vacation rental company again.

Good location, but too small and not well appointed, marginally managed

-- This property was close to the top of the island and thus away from the busier south-end beach and island commercial district. It is a 5 min walk to the beach. The pic of the beach entrance is 2 blocks away. -- This property is one of three apartments in the same house. You share a screened-in porch with the other small apt. The screened porch is nice to exclude some of the insects. No ceiling fans on the porch though so it gets a bit stagnant when the wind is not blowing. There are two tables, but only four chairs in the porch for the two apartments - inadequate for potentially 12 occupants. -- Technically, it sleeps 6. It sleeps 4 comfortably. The living space is small even for 4. -- If you want a "private" vrbo experience - this is not the place as you see the adjacent renters frequently. When the bigger upstairs peeps come and go and move about, it's noisy in the ground-level space. -- Trash pick-up is only once a week. The property has only one trash bin for three apartments and potentially 6+6+10 visitors (if you believe the occupancy ratings). On arrival, the bin was overflowing and several bags of trash were sitting outside the bin for 3 more days - stinking - until the pick-up. More bins or more frequent trash pick-up are needed. -- No dishwasher or washer/dryer in property description is accurate. If you plan on cooking or bringing food back to eat, note that you'll be washing dishes by hand. No sink disposal. They don't provide a 'scrubbie" to wash dishes with, but they do give you soap and washcloths. -- A/C and Comcast cable work great - no premium channels. -- The wi-fi login info given us by the rental agency was inaccurate - getting the correct info from them turned out to be a huge hassle so we gave up. -- This is a beach apt. with no towel racks - not one, not even in the bathroom - weird, awkward, and inconvenient. -- The bathroom door handle kept falling off. -- The master bed bedspread had a couple of foul-appearing and foul-smelling stains right in the center of it. We presume from prior visitors having sex. When we called the rental agency about it, they sent someone over right away to take the item for washing. It was obvious (and gross), and should have been seen by the crew cleaning for new occupants. Poor attention to detail. I would not likely recommend this property. The owners need to "live" a week in the apartment themselves and make necessary improvements. The rental agency needs better quality control.
