Une maison de ville magnifiquement rénové dans le centre historique de Savannah! Cette propriété a été entièrement mis à jour avec de belles finitions haut de gamme pour votre confort et votre plaisir. Les propriétaires ont su préserver les caractéristiques historiques à travers tels que manteaux et de moulage qui sont particulièrement fleuri et mémorable. Asseyez-vous sur le porche et des vagues aux chariots touristiques ou relaxez sur le porche arrière privée avec un bon livre.
Cette maison a luxueux lits King dans les deux chambres! Chacun a sa propre télévision et portes françaises menant à la terrasse arrière confortable avec des fauteuils de lecture confortables qui sont dédiées à cette liste exclusivement.

La salle de bain complète est idéalement situé entre les chambres et la salle de bain spacieuse moitié est dans le couloir, aussi pratique pour tous les membres de votre parti.

Il ya un canapé-lit dans le salon permettant à la maison pour dormir 6 adultes.

Le salon, salle à manger et cuisine sont une seule grande aire ouverte. Ceci est une excellente configuration pour socialiser! L'espace extérieur magnifique haut de gamme est le fleuron de cette propriété. Profitez d'un bois extérieur travaillant foyer au cours des 9 mois ou plus sur l'année où Savannah peut vous surprendre avec une froide soirée.

Un mariage populaire / lieu de la manifestation 'Brockington Hall' est 1. 5 blocs de cette maison. Les aménagements environnants comprennent un grand magasin bien approvisionné d'épicerie (1 pâté de maisons), un spa de jour de luxe (3 pâtés de maisons), des courts de tennis (Forsyth), un magasin gourmet de santé (à l'extrémité sud de Forsyth) et de nombreux restaurants fabuleux (700 Drayton, de Leoci Trattoria, 11Ten locale) à quelques pâtés de maison.

Parking was a challenge at times given the busy nature of the street and city workers trucks. TV in the living room is very small making it difficult for common area and kitchen was sparsely equipped. Courtyard was not well lit and a little dingy at night. Upstair neighbors can be loud and heavy footed depending on the group. Location is good very near grocery and neighborhood coffee shop and bakery. Convenient to historic district and downtown Savannah.

Beautiful and clean house! Due to an issue outside of the owner’s hands, we left after one night. The property manager was super accommodating and gave us a choice of three other places to stay. We moved over promptly and had a wonderful time!

The pictures and property name ("Porch Lovers Dream") are deceiving. The inside is dark & there was an odor. The front porch is not inviting. The property manager was defensive and argumentative when I provided feedback. There are better places to stay, IMO.

This Savannah apartment is lovely. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. The high ceilings reminded me of Paris apartments. The location is great. It is close to Forsythe Park for a morning walk. SCAD is also nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped and the supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely return in cooler weather to enjoy the porches.

This was an absolutely fantastic property, we were incredibly happy with our stay here! Our family vacation was to tour historic Savannah and to go to Tybee Island for beach days. This house is within walking distance for all things in downtown Historic Savannah. There’s even a Kroger within quick walking distance! We had our two children, ages 9 and 11, with us and they managed the walking just fine. The one time we drove and parked downtown we used the Park Savannah app to pay for parking. Tybee Island was about a 30 minute drive away. We used the Park Tybee app to pay for parking. The rental is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities and the whole unit was really clean! There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. Both beds slept well and there were plenty of pillow choices. There’s a welcome notebook in the living room with instructions and recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about this property, not the rental itself and its location! 10/10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay here again if we travel back to Savannah!

Wonderful location within walking distance to Forsythe Park and Kroger, and a cafe less than 300 yards from the front porch. Clean and spacious too! My Mom and I had a great time!
