Great place to stay. As described. Close to the beach, 5 minute walk. Pool was great just wish had a dedicated parking lot instead of having to park downtown and pay expensive rates. Home needs a little updating like the shower head wasn’t the best at rinsing beach sand off and the shower door doesn’t close all the way and dining chairs and living room chair are a little loose. Overall I recommend you stay!

Glad it lived up to expectations, with the beach just a five-minute walk away and the pool being a hit too! Everything about the property was great. I would be happy to book again. Just note, the pool is a distance away, not on site. I was aware of this, but it can be misleading. The host was very clear about this and all the rules and information on all of the booking paperwork. The location of the condo is great and the park and beach are just blocks away. Make sure to go to the deck restaurant just down the road too, the hot dog restaurant and the coffee place, all a quick walk away.

Extremely peaceful and that's just what we needed. I loved the historic feel mixed with modern upgrades. The beds were super comfy and I could have slept all day just listening to the birds singing. Recommendation would be to have a better secure back door locking system to the house. Also the two chairs in the living room seem to be falling apart.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for the three of us and was very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best setups we’ve at a rental, and the bedrooms were spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent and they made sure everything was ready for us long before we arrived. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay in tybee, very convenient, clean and an easy walk to the beach. It's difficult to tell from the pictures that the bathroom just has one entry but other than that, everything was amazing!

Lovely little beach house near everything

We had a lovely stay at this little beach house. It was a very short walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, stores, bars and ice cream. The place was really clean and quiet. Management was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Helene Stay

In spite of Hurricane Helene taking a bit of a turn closer to Tybee and losing power for over 24 hours we felt very safe and secure. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. I would definitely come back.

Convenient Location

Was surprised to find the space indoors was much larger than the pictures looked. Location was in a very quiet neighborhood, easy walking to the beach, a park and some restaurants. Enjoyed having access to the community pool. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed using the little screened in porch every day.

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed short morning walk to see the sunrise, then walked to get ice cream in the evening! Kitchen was spacious & sun porch was a great place to relax! Beds were very comfortable & house was very clean. We ran out of supplies & requested more. Not a problem & was delivered while we played on the beach!

Mental Health Days

A coworker and I decided we needed a mental health break for a few days. We selected this property and it did not disappoint! From checkin to checkout everything was on point. The property management team made sure we were doing ok. I’m definitely using this company again!!!!
