Central location and great place for families!

Very much a central and perfect location to Panama City Beach, easy access to beach, restaurants, pools, etc. Very clean, full of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc. We really really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Spring Break

This was right in the heart of everything for PCB. Plenty for everyone to do and multiple dining establishments within walking distance.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This is our 2nd year we have stayed in this condo and we will be making it a yearly trip. We love the convenience to Pier Park, great shopping, and many great restaurants that are nearby. This beautiful condo has been recently updated with new stainless steel appliances and is very clean. The process of booking is very easy and we're looking forward to our trip next year!

My family stayed here in August. The property to conveniently located to so much stuff in walking distance. We walked to the pier daily, and also to the aquarium. Everyone at the front was so helpful throughout our stay. The condo was amazing and fit us all perfectly. We will be back quite soon!

October break

Great location especially with teenagers. Easy walk to Pier Park and restaurants. Condo had great kitchen items. Cooked for 7 several nights and plenty of pots and pans. Layout was great. We will be back.

Getaway with friends

Easy to find. Parking garage was great with a nice covered walkway to the condo. The view of the ocean was incredible as soon as you entered the condo. The kitchen is airy and bright with a long bar area. It was a delight to stand in the kitchen and view the ocean. Condo was very clean with 2 large baths, washer and dryer and plenty of sleeping arrangements. Enjoyed the bright and pleasant color scheme throughout. A very nice experience and very quiet. Close to Restaurants and shopping.

Overall a good experience

We had a few problems slow drain in master bathroom and dishes were dirty in the cabinets but the guy that does the chairs on the beach and his crew are outstanding going above and beyond what was expected if the are a part of your resort they made the stay better. I would like there information if possible they would check on people who had not even rented from them.

Beautiful Condo in PCB!

Calypso resort definitely has the best location in PCB!!! Directly on the beach, short walking distance to Pier Park, and beautiful sunsets with the pier in the background. We have stayed in Calypso 904E many times and love the colorful décor and spaciousness. I especially like the roomy master closet, laundry room, and kitchen pantry. We are able to unpack everything and make it our home away from home. I also love that it has tile throughout, which makes it easy to keep the floors clean. I highly recommend this condo, especially the 9th floor location – not too high up and perfect for sitting on the balcony, enjoying the sunsets or watching for dolphins. Spring Break at this end of the beach was also great for families. Cannot wait to come back – we’re already planning a trip in September for the Gulf Coast Jam. There is always something fun to do in PCB!!!

Overall, awesome stay!

Our stay at the Calypso was amazing. Booking was extremely easy! The condo was exactly as listed, fully equipped and spacious. The check-in process was the easiest ever! The views were beautiful and the location was great! The walk to the ocean was a short walk and super convenient. I loved that parking was in a secured garage and was out of the weather as we had a pretty wet couple of days during our stay! The condo was great aside from it needing additional cleaning. There were several things that I would think would be cleaned between guests that had not been, but I will not go in great detail - as I don't feel this is the place for that type of details. Should the property owners or manager like details, I will be happy to share. All in all we would stay at the Calypso again!

New Cleaning Service Needed

Cleanliness was the negative. Owner might need to look for another cleaning service. Unit has not been cleaned for a long time judging by the dirt,sand, DUST on the floors, countertops, sinks, tubs when we checked in. Also a good vacuum cleaner in the unit would be a plus (Wheels off and sand blowing out when you try to vacuum with the one in unit) Good Unit just needs some TLC

This condo is beautiful & quality furnished!

This condo is very clean, spacious, everything you want in your home away from home to be. Very impressed how well the kitchen was equipped, how nice the linens & towels were. Beautiful beachfront balcony with nice furniture to enjoy your morning coffe or watch the beautiful Florida sunsets. The decor is amazing, the furniture comfortable. The owner is very helpful to ensure you have all the necessary information of what’s going on & if an issue should arise, he’s quick to respond!! Highly recommend this condo.

July 2017 Anniversary Week on the Beach

We loved the condo. It had plenty of room for the seven of us! It was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The laundry room is large and so very convenient! The bunk beds are perfect for the kiddos. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious with a walk-in closet. Our only issue was the water leak. This is why I did not give it 4 stars. There was a water leak in the room above us and started dripping off of our bathroom ceiling. Maintenance came out and fixed it and then we had to run a dehumidifier in the bathroom for our last 3 days. The seven of us had to share one bathroom for a while. This was very inconvenient for us. In addition, my other issue with this complex is that the elevators are so busy. We were on the 9th floor. It is such a long haul back and forth to the beach. I would not rent a room above the 3rd floor again. The skywalk to the parking garage is on the 3rd floor. If you rent above or below, you will always be taking 2 elevators to get to your room. Expect long waits when you are trying to check in and out. We did have a wonderful time. The beach and pool were great. It cost $40 a day for beach service. This seemed high to me. The Tiki Bar was nice. The traffic is a nightmare at PCB this time of year. It is a good thing that Pier Park is in walking distance! Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great Getaway!

Can't beat the location relative to the pier, restaurants and shopping ... all within walking distance. Bright clean colorfully decorated and fully equipped, the unit looks out over the gulf with stunning sunsets each evening. Also offers a parking garage with ample spaces and a covered walking bridge over the road. Have used this condo to stage for Ironman Florida a couple times as it is located right on the bike route and being about 5 miles down the beach from the host hotel, is also out away from the chaos. Definitely recommend this property for those looking for a great place to stay along those awesome north Florida white sand beaches.

Fabulous Gulf Front Condo

This place is perfect! Spectacular view of the emerald water as soon as you walk in. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms. Loved the friendly beachy feel of the decor throughout the condo and the comfy beds. We really felt like we were on vacation – with all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was there, and the place was exceptionally clean. Calypso is SO close to Pier Park that we were able to walk everywhere. The pools have an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach. We even saw some dolphins from the balcony!! We come to PCB each year, and this is our favorite place to stay!

Pcb fun weekend

The property was in fantastic shape! The kitchen was clean and up to date and the decorations all over the condo made you feel like you were definitley at the beach. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. Watching sunrise and sunset each morning from the balcony never gets old. Being a short walking distance to pier park made it so much easier to get around without having to worry about parking as well. I will happily come back to stay in this condo.
