L'appartement est entièrement équipé, situé Rue de l'Ambassadeur près du Musée des Carrosses, une rue très traditionnelle à Belém, bien desservie par le commerce et les services. Le transport vers le centre de Lisbonne est très facile, que ce soit par tramway, train ou bus. Tout près, vous trouverez plusieurs musées et salles d'exposition.

I stayed with three of my adult children. The space is a bit tight but the two bedrooms have full sized beds and were comfortable. The host made check in easy and helped us quickly when we had an issue during our stay. The accommodation is as pictured and quiet. The location is excellent near many places to eat and a market within walking distance. Parking is available. We had a wonderful stay there.

Great location. Clean and adequate.

The manager arrived just minutes after did and explained everything, offering his contacts if we wanted to ask further question. The place was immaculately clean if tiny. Tough to get around the beds! Reasonable (but not ample) storage space. Very convenient location to train into city, buses and many major museums. A 2 min stroll to the river.

New Years stay

The property location is excellent, being near the tram line and Belem and convenient to downtown via the tram. The unit is small but very functional. The only issue we had was with the portable gas heater that was difficult to start and didn't really warm the apartment. The apt could also benefit from additional blankets for sleeping (since you couldn't run the heater while you were sleeping.

1) The bathroom should have an extractor fan installed to remove the moisture. There was mold on the walls. 2) There were several moldy areas around the whole unit, e.g. in the bedroom facing the street, a big patch on the wall near front door. This is unhealthy to breathe in. 3) Even though it was in May (spring time, not winter or fall), the unit felt particularly damp and cold. Extra blankets should be provided.

Photos look much nicer than than the property in real life. Dingy lighting, walls need fresh paint, paint peeling, curtains shown in photos aren't there. The couch and TV shown are just in the entry hallway with enough room for 2 people to sit and small TV on table right in front of you. Lost signal several times. It was hot in the afternoon and there is NO ventilation. No HVAC system at all, and no fans. Two sides have no windows and just a tiny one on the front that opens right on the street and a couple in the back but no screens, mosquitoes at night (only a few) and no air flow. Had to iron clothes and there is a tiny mini-ironing board that is stained and the legs collapse and an old iron with burned residue on the base. Shower has one soap container for shampoo, body wash, and it was nearly empty. Very small overall and would be very cramped for more than 2 people. There is a washing machine but you have to go buy your own soap and no dryer, just a broken line in the bathroom to hang a few things. Small dishwasher, but no soap or detergent provided. I would not stay here again and would not choose it just based on the pictures - read the other negative reviews. On the plus side, the property manager did get the shower soap replaced and halfway through my stay brought a fan.

Small and comfortable

Easy access small space convenient for two. Space is small, but has all amenities. Located near the train station, trolly, and buses. Checking in requires going to a management office near Saldanha metro station, instead a lock box at the property or having someone meet you.

Cute Apt in Great Location

It's always a little scary to rent an apartment from across the ocean but we had no problems with this property. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We were contacted a few days before our arrival to schedule a time to meet to get keys and the representative from Be My Guest was on time and quick to show us the unit. We communicated through What's App. The apartment itself is small but it's a perfect crash pad. Small, clean, modern and as a bonus it has a washer. The location is two stops on the train from downtown Lisbon so you aren't far from the city center but still around attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. We had rented a car and had no trouble finding street parking. All in all, couldn't ask for more!
