Villa is spacious and so convenient to restaurants, grocery, and the beach. In a very private area. Really enjoyed the salt water pool. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery pots and pans. Nice balconies and access to pool area.

Antonio was a lovely and accommodating host to deal with. The house is very large and would easily accommodate a three couples or a family.We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time in the pool. There are great seating options around the pool and a table and chairs where you can serve a meal.The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked a few meals in.The beach is absolutely stunning. You can walk for miles.The little village is very quiet, so quite suitable for visitors who are looking for a quiet vibe.Praia de Falesia is centrally situated and a good launching pad for day trips into visiting surrounding Algarve towns.

Great spot

Lovely villa, much bigger than we imagined from the photos with a nice pool area and sun terrace. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Easy check in/out and we appreciated being able to get into the villa earlier than expected. Location is great, right next to a few good restaurants, a small supermarket and the beach is about a 5/10 minute walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thanks!

Large villa near some lovely restaurants and a few bars . Villa had a lovely pool and was a lot bigger than it looks on the photos , plenty of utensils in the kitchen and was good to have a dishwasher , do feel the bathrooms could do with some modernisation and a chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom with a few more plug sockets would be good but all in all a lovely villa in a great location and great communication from the owner who was very helpful and quick to reply to messages

Superb villa in excellent location

A beautiful and well equipped villa- as noted by others, the photos barely do it justice. Location is fantastic - a few minutes' walk from 5 restaurants, a reasonably good supermarket and one of the best beaches we've visited. Communication with the owner, Antonio, was excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house

The house was much nicer than what is shown in the photos. Each room had its own ensuite plus a half bathroom on mainfloor which worked great for our group. The location was 1 minute walk to a nice plaza of restaurants and supermarket. It exceeded our expecting.

As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice! So much room - each bedroom is ensuite and there's another toilet downstairs!! The pool is amazing and salt water- it's across the road from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket etc

Amazing villa, so handy for bars & a few shops, lovely short walk to beautiful beach. As others have said, the pictures don't do it justice, has absolutely everything you would need and more. Host helpfull with queries etc. We will be back!!

Antonio was a fantastic host and always helped us out with every single question we had. I would love to stay here again because the villa was prime location and looked 100x better than the pictures! Thank you Antonio!

Praia da Felesia Villa

The villa exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for the 6 of us (3 couples) and having our own bathrooms was perfect. The large dining room table and modern kitchen allowed us to have great meals without going out. The weather was also excellent so we got to enjoy the pool and the rooftop terrace. The location was very close to the beautiful Praia da Falisia beach, restaurants and grocery stores, as well everything else the Algarve has to offer. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely plan to return in the future.
