Le niveau principal comprend un magnifique salon avec parquet en chêne, plafonds voûtés, cheminée à bois en pierre et 55 "HDTV avec lecteur DVD BluRay, un coin repas avec table pour 12 personnes, une belle cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit et des sièges supplémentaires pour 6, une salle de bain et demi, une grande suite principale avec télévision par câble, lit king-size, portes sur le pont supérieur et salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée, et une terrasse supérieure avec grand barbecue à gaz et montagne extraordinaire vues.

Le niveau inférieur comprend un deuxième salon avec une télévision par câble HDTV et BluRay de 46 ", une cheminée en pierre à gaz, une toute nouvelle table de billard, un baby-foot et une table à cartes. Il y a une chambre spacieuse avec un lit king size et un grand téléviseur haute définition à écran plat, une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et la télévision par câble, une salle de bain complète avec baignoire à jets, une chambre avec un lit queen size, une chambre avec un lit simple et un lit queen size et le câble Télévision, demi-salle de bains, suite avec lit king-size, portes menant au pont inférieur et salle de bain privée complète, et pont inférieur avec superbe bain à remous pour 6 personnes Tiger River. Près du garage, à côté du garage, se trouve un charmant nouveau foyer en pierre et des bancs.

Idéalement situé sur un grand terrain boisé privé sur la montagne de ski des Appalaches entre Blowing Rock et Boone, cette belle maison est proche du ski, de la randonnée, du shopping, du golf et de toutes les attractions de la région.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Cette maison est accessible par une allée de gravier escarpée. Il est labouré en hiver, mais des véhicules à 4 roues motrices ou à traction intégrale sont nécessaires de novembre à mars et des chaînes peuvent également être nécessaires pour accéder à la propriété en hiver.

Great Stay and Beautiful Home

My friends and I gathered for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The location is perfect for App Ski or downtown Boone. It’s not very far out which makes getting everywhere very easy. I highly recommend this house and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Best Views Ever

Our rental had the most amazing views. We'd sit on that back porch every morning and evening. Super easy to get to Boone or Blowing Rock. The amount of bedrooms and space was perfect for us. Maybe an extra sofa or seating downstairs? Hot tub was definintly an added bonus for the young adults.

Great views, lots of room

Loved this place. Well furnished for the most part, with bear decor on absolutely everything. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and shooting pool. The foosball was missing, so we couldn't use that table, but we didn't mind. Modern televisions in every room and a well stocked kitchen. The views are amazing, and it's very close to Blowing Rock and Boone, so we had easy trips to Grandfather Mtn. and Tweetsie Railroad. I highly recommend this place if you have a big family.

Pre Thanksgiving Family Get Together

Everything was perfect from the moment I sent in a request to rent this property. Simple and Easy! We had 14 in our party with 3 dogs and we never felt crowded or cramped. The cabin is stocked with all the essentials and easy to find. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets for the cold windy nights. My family and I enjoyed every minute and would love to return again soon. Would definitely recommend!

Tired and worn out home.

This tired and worn out home greeting us with dirty floors and pet hair everywhere. We are a family of 14 and the number of bedrooms were perfect for us. We have a handicapped grandson in a wheelchair so before we took him out to roll around on the floors we had to vacuum and sweep. There was an abundance of dog slobber dried on the glass doors along with dried food and handprints. Being a past host the condition was unacceptable. Food crumbs in the silverware tray and the sheets appeared to have been slept in. Some of the towels had dark stains on them. The space needs updated and deep cleaned. The view was stunning and the hot tub was great for our family. The pool table and foosball table were fun as well. The home just felt very neglected and tired. New carpet and some fresh paint could be helpful. The size was perfect though.

Bears Eye View-Perfect Family Gathering Home

We had an amazing time at Bears Eye View! We had a group of 9 adults and 2 children that gathered to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for us. Plenty of open spaces to gather in smaller groups; large back porches (yes, there are 2!) with a hot tub and grill, family room with a pool table, large dining room table, outdoor fire pit, and an open kitchen that allowed those who were cooking/preparing meals to join in on conversation. We enjoyed every amenity the house offered and everything was in excellent condition. The house was neat and tidy, and all those bathrooms allowed everyone to get up and ready in a reasonable timeframe. We really appreciated the first floor master bedroom with a king size bed. My father is 6'2" and has difficulties using the stairs so he was able to stay on the main floor and just walk out of his bedroom to gather with everyone in the living room/kitchen. It was a breeze to gain access to the house and I always received a prompt response when we had questions and requested a later check out time. Of course the very best part of this house was the view! We will remember this trip for a very long time.

Celebrating Christmas in the Mountains

We had three generations of family celebrating Christmas, and it was amazing. Lots of room for everyone to sit and talk or play games. I was impressed that the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and even a meat thermometer that I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Everyone from babies to grandma had fun. If you are bringing babies a baby gate would be useful for the stairs, but we made due without one. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen is pretty dark at night and could benefit from a little more lighting. Overall this was a wonderful property with an amazing view. I'm so glad we stayed here.
