2e étage, unité Gulf Front; totalement mis à jour.

2 chambres, 2 salles de bains a été entièrement mis à jour et remodelé. Le maître a un lit King; la 2ème chambre a un lit double et lits superposés. La salle de bains principale dispose d'une douche de step-in et la salle de bains a une baignoire / douche. Le canapé est un canapé-lit de la Reine. La vue du Golfe-avant est incroyable. L'unité est proche de l'ascenseur aussi. La cuisine est mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable.
Le complexe comprend une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée et un bain à remous. Il y a aussi un espace pour les grillades en plein air avec les deux gaz et barbecues au charbon fournis. Le complexe est situé entre Gulf Shores et Orange Beach ... à seulement 2 miles à l'épicerie.

Le complexe a beaucoup de stationnement, y compris un parking couvert.

Le complexe dispose de 65 unités au total, donc il n'y a jamais trop de monde.

This condo has a great location with proximity to shops and the beach. We loved being able to walk downstairs and access the beach. We rented an umbrella from the chair company on the beach. The interior was spacious. I appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher tabs and lots of hooks to hang things.

We really enjoy this complex due to it not being as crowded as other spots. We had a beach front view for the first time, and it was great. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful view

I really loved the location and the view was the best.The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was the coffee pot looked old with rust stains so i never used it and the bed wasn't comfortable to me but that's just personal preference. It could use some deep cleaning and some fresh paint..but I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was perfect. We were able to see fireworks while in the balcony. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the skillets everything stuck to them even with oil. We had our own just in case.

Had a great long weekend with 2 of our Grand daughters.We've stayed in many of the units in Harbor Place over the years and always had a great experience. This unit is direct ocean front and we loved it. Communication with the owners was great and everything went very smoothly. The beds are beyond comfortable and we loved the chairs on the balcony! Would definately stay here again if our timing is right.

Great host & great beachfront condo

We love staying at the condo, which was clean and right on the beach, without losing privacy, because of its small size. Plenty of parking, great instructions by the host- we would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

The condo was a great place to stay. Beautiful views and a quiet place to stay on the beach. The condo was clean and had amazing views. The facility (hallways, pool area, etc) could use some TLC or renovation. Carpet in the hallways need replacing. Grilling area worked out great. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking for the week! All in all, it was a good stay!

Orange Beach ocean front

Nice older property. Had everything we needed for a nice stay. Smaller condo building,( we like that). Beach acess easy. Indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice place to stay. Will stay there again.

Orange Beach

Had a blast! The property was super clean! Beachfront was awesome and it was a small walk. The owner communicates well. Plan on coming back!

We are Ron and Christy Cockrell. We live locally in Foley so we available and attentive to individual guests needs. We use Vrbo to rent our 3 condos. We like being hosts because we are able to give personal attention to each and every guest.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Harbour Place is a quaint, 65-unit smaller complex. Our condo is on the 2nd floor next to the elevator and the staircase. It's an easy walk to the pool and boardwalk. Harbour Place offers covered parking, as well as a large parking lot in front of the complex.

Harbour Place is located on the west side of Orange Beach close to the Gulf State park. You are close to shopping and restaurants in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Outdoor pool with swim-under to the Indoor pool. There is also a hottub.

It's a smaller, family-friendly complex. And, the boardwalk to get to the beach is short. That is a huge plus ++

I like that the hallways are interior.

It's also nice to have indoor and outdoor options to swim in the pool/
