Great stay in the centre of Barcelona

This company does a lot of things right. Great apartment - well equipped and nicely placed in Gràcoa. This is my second stay at this apartment and I would readily stay again if business points me in this direction.

It was an extremely comfortable apartment in a good central location. The arrangements to meet the staff to collect the keys worked very well and they were very helpful and informative on how everything worked. He also provided us with lots of information on what to do in Barcelona and how to get to various attractions.

A comfortable base in the Gràcia neighborhood

We had a wonderful week in this apartment in October. It is located in a very nice neighborhood in the Gràcia. There are lots of excellent local shops in the area, and the Joanic metro station is just a few hundred meters away. It's quiet and peaceful at night. We appreciated the parking garage in the basement as we were traveling through Spain by car. We had a couple minor issues with the apartment which the owner resolved to right away, very responsive. Overall, it is a comfortable and enjoyable apartment. We were very happy with our stay here, and would choose this apartment again. Thank you!

A comfortable space in the Gracia neighborhood

This is a very comfortable apartment in the lower part of the Gracia. It is quite convenient to the Joaniq Metro Station. There is also a full supermarket 500m away. The very nice Mercat de l’Abaceria is also less than 1km away. This is a real neighborhood providing the opportunity to live local in the Barcelona Gracia. We enjoyed our most recent week here very much. It is managed by the My Space Barcelona company, and it was necessary to go to the office to pick up the keys, and to make payments there. Plan to go there before the apartment. They were kind and the process was efficient. They promptly refunded our security deposit as well. Thank you My Space Barcelona.

Good location but property lacking infrastructure

It could have been much better. Barcelona is a great city and we enjoyed staying in Gràcia. However, the apartment company that rents the property does little to provide for its guests. The kitchen was severely lacking in glasses, coffee cups and silverware. There was only one fork The TV had no international channels and the Internet was sporadic at best Hardly any toilet paper. The neighborhood is very charming and this helped us overlook some of the deficiencies of the apartment

Nice place great neighborhood

The neighborhood is amazing! Didn’t know much about Gracia but it’s charming and busy and full of life. Easy access to the rest of Barcelona too. Yes there were photos of the staircases but it was worse than it looked. And avoid MySpace Barcelona if you can - they make you jump through so many hoops! I hardly felt like a paying guest. More like I was applying for a loan.

Barcelona getaway

Accommodations were adequate, but pictures shown are not of this apt. Very disappointed. The dark curved stairs made navigation of luggage up and down very difficult. There was no soap and only one small roll of toilet tissue when we checked in, but it was delivered the next day. Had to get a transfer to the rental office and then a taxi to the apartment, costing time and money. On a positive note, the management was helpful and responsive. Would not stay here again.
