The flat was light and sunny, and a great location with a variety of supermarkets, delicatessen...

The flat was light and sunny, and a great location with a variety of supermarkets, delicatessens and restaurant just around the corner, and good connections to the centre of the city. Wifi is quite good in the flat, however the large-screen TV did not have streaming capabilities - not ideal for a long term stay such as mine (I was there for 2&1/2 weeks)Unfortunately there were no pictures on the walls (or pot plants as in website photos), the main bed was very low and hard, and although the kitchen was quite well designed with good utilities, it lacked certain essentials. Staff were very obliging when I pointed these out and were keen to help, providing some basic kitchen supplies such as coffee pods, tea towels, dish cloths & some food preparation equipment and sending repairman when needed. Although flat was mostly very quiet, I was disturbed late at night twice by loud partying neighbours somewhere in the outdoor area. With some updating and attention to detail, could be gre

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend, and it was a great experience. The apartment was as nice as we expected, tidy and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.

Alojamiento barato, mal mantenido y mal administrado.

El departamento tienen tres dormitorios chicos y un baño. Si bien es construcción nueva, la calidad de construcción es bastante mediocre. El mínimo que la norma aprueba seguramente. Los muebles y el equipamiento son baratos y se nota. El mantenimiento también es malo. La mesada del baño estaba rajada. La bañadera tenia saltado el enlozado. Las puertas del baño y la cocina no abren bien y se traban contra el piso. Lo peor es el estacionamiento. El acceso es solamente desde la calle con la llave electrónica para abrir el portón. No se puede acceder desde el edificio!! Este detalle omiten mencionarlo durante el check in, con lo cual si uno deja la llave del garaje en el auto, luego no puede entrar. Esto nos paso el día que íbamos a salir de Barcelona y tuvimos que esperar (horas) hasta que alguien abrió el portón para salir y pudimos entrar. Durante el check in le dan a uno un teléfono para emergencias. Mande mensajes y llame. Nadie me contesto por varias horas. En general la administración del edificio es deficiente. Las areas comunes y el ascensor están muy sucios. Los vidrios no han visto una limpieza en largo largo tiempo. La administración claramente no entiende de que se trata la industria de la hospitalidad, tratar bien al huésped y hacerlo sentir bienvenido. El trato que recibimos es mas el de una maestra retando a los chicos en el colegio: "si hacen fiestas los echamos" (textual). Una pena, podría haber sido una experiencia mucho mejor de lo que fue....
