I stayed in of My Space apartment for almost a month while I was looking for a permanent place. It was great, all of the staff was superb and they helped me in everything I needed as I was new in the city. I wish I could have stayed more time.

Scam, don't book this property

Horrendous place, we couldn't stay since it was so bad. We got a hotel instead. Mold, broken toilet seat, ceiling falling, faulty electrical system, rotted cabinets, old dirty blankets, only wish I could upload pictures. Property manager not responsive. Shady business. Worst overall experience I've ever had. Total scam! Refuses to refund my money even though we did not use the dump😡

Unsafe and Extremely Noisy – Still Awaiting VRBO Resolution

We stayed at this apartment in Barcelona from May 18–23, 2025, and the experience was extremely distressing. The unit was misrepresented on the listing, there was no mention that it faces a major thoroughfare with relentless traffic noise, day and night. It was impossible to sleep. The noise level was constant and overwhelming, made worse by garbage trucks arriving at 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 AM with loud banging and shouting. It felt like trying to rest on a traffic island.Even more concerning, the apartment itself was unsafe. The staircase was steep and narrow, the handrail was broken and poorly taped together, and the elevator didn’t stop at the ground floor, making it dangerous to get in or out, especially with luggage. These safety hazards were not disclosed in the listing.This was a trip we had saved up for over three years, and instead of enjoying Barcelona, we were left sleep-deprived, anxious, and frustrated. We reached out to VRBO support multiple times and shared sound files and videos that clearly document the issues. We also spoke to two VRBO live chat agents this week and filed a formal refund request.To date, we have not received a resolution or even a proper response. I’m urging VRBO to review the evidence and issue a refund immediately. This property should never have been listed in its current condition. We expected better oversight and support from VRBO and hope this matter is resolved without further delay.

This property is a scam

They never returned my deposit. I have emailed them and they won’t respond to me. It’s been over a month since my friends and I stayed here, and they told me it would be 7-14 days when I got it back. Unprofessional. Do not book with myspacebarcelona!

Nous sommes venus à Barcelone pour une procédure médicale et le lieu et l'appartement étaient exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. L'équipe a été très utile avant, pendant et après notre séjour. L'appartement se trouve à quelques pas de l'hôpital de la Sagrada Familia. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and the subway. There was a grocery store next door for toiletries, food etc. The apartment had air conditioning units (yay). We liked the modern furnishings and having a nice bathroom was convenient for the 6 of us. Elevator made it easy to transport luggage to apartment which is on the third floor. We liked how the bedrooms were far enough from the living room that noise didn't travel to those sleeping/resting. We didn't use the kitchen much but there is a full kitchen. Host was very responsive and we communicated via WhatsApp, phone and email.
