Récemment mis à jour la maison située sur le côté ouest de Skaneateles Lake, sur une route de terre privé, à environ 4 miles du Village. Au niveau principal il y a une, grande chambre spacieuse avec cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon, toutes avec vue sur le lac. Il y a deux chambres avec lits queen size à l'étage principal, et une salle de bains avec douche et baignoire. Le loft ouvert avec deux bureaux, surplombe la grande salle. Un escalier en colimaçon mène à l'étage inférieur où se trouve la chambre de maître avec salle de bains privative se trouve, et de belles vues sur le lever du soleil. Également sur le niveau inférieur est un espace de vie, ainsi qu'un lave-linge et sèche-linge. Les propriétaires ont acheté cette maison en 2015, de sorte que tous les meubles sont récemment achetés, ainsi que de nombreuses mises à jour.

Commencez votre journée à regarder le lever du soleil à partir de la grande plate-forme de pellicule avant de descendre vers les 50 pieds de lac privé pour une baignade. Il est merveilleux juste pour se détendre sur le pont et lire un livre, boire une tasse de café en regardant la montée ou en verre solaire de vin dans l'après-midi et juste profiter du paysage. Vous cherchez plus d'action, aller nager, louer un bateau (le port de plaisance est à seulement quelques miles sur la route), rendez-vous pour une visite touristique ou un dîner croisière sur le juge Ben, ou la pêche, le golf (golf public est à proximité) ou de la randonnée . Il y a de grands magasins de la ville ainsi que d'un magnifique spa (Mirbeau), qui vaut vraiment une visite pour un massage ou un autre traitement. Anyelas, la cave locale, est seulement un mile de la maison. Même si vous ne buvez pas de vin (ils ne servent également de la bière dans la cave ...) il vaut la peine d'une visite - cadre magnifique et ils ont parfois de la musique live. Il y a plusieurs restaurants merveilleux dans la ville, mais griller sur le pont avec la famille et la vue est difficile à battre.

Family Lake Vacation

Life on the lake !

This charming lakehouse was ideal for our family to enjoy a summer vacation on the lake. Leslie was a great host, the home was well stocked with all the essentials, and ideal location with proximity to the village. The property has panoramic views of the lake and the permanent dock was perfect for waterside relaxation and swimming in the refreshing, crystal clear lake !

Perfect Lake House

This property is a well-kept, wonderfully appointed, quintessential lake house. It suited our family's needs perfectly. The fenced-in back yard was wonderful and we used the fire pit every night (two of which featured a spectacular red moon rising). The large deck was perfect for family dinners, and we appreciated the high-quality outdoor furniture. The interior is spacious, airy and well-laid out. Very dependable wireless. Leslie was an excellent host, and we appreciated her care and attention to detail with instructions. We can not wait to go back!!

This is becoming our “go to” summer lake vacation!

The second year was as great as the first! We already booked again for 2023. Owners made improvements that make the place perfect for 6 people. Communication with the owners is excellent. We enjoyed the lake and had a relaxing time by the fire pit at night.

Relaxing Lake House

This is our second time staying at the property and our visit was just as relaxing and enjoyable as the last. We loved the great views, quick access to the lake, and proximity to the village and restaurants. The house has everything you need and the hosts are very accommodating.

The perfect place for a peaceful getaway

This house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. It had all the necessities with beautiful decor and comfortable furniture. The views of the lake were spectacular - we saw both moon and sunrise over the lake! The deck, fire pit and dock were all great! Swimming was refreshing! We had a great week and booked again for next year!

Had a wonderful week!

We fully enjoyed staying at this Skaneateles house right on the lake. Clean comfortable house and nice deck overlooking the lake. Close to town. One suggestion is to drink bottled water because the well water did not taste good to us. Also bring spices if cooking (salt, pepper, etc). Would highly recommend this lovely house.

Perfect Lake House

This was the most relaxing vacations our family has had in a long time. The owners were so easy to work with and accommodating. The home was stocked with all the necessities you would need. You just show up and enjoy! The whole family enjoyed the views and proximity to the lake and village, spending hours in crystal clear water and then heading into the village for some ice cream. Perfect space for a family with pre-teen and teen kids. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful lake house

Leslie was a wonderful host. She was extremely accommodating and very informative. We came from out of state to visit local family and we all enjoyed our time at the house. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck enjoying the view and down at the fire pit and of course swimming. The house is beautiful & very clean. We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much!

Perfect Skaneateles Lake Vacation

We had wonderful week on the beautiful lake! My husband and family enjoyed every minute either swimming jet skiing or boating on the lake. At night we had family style dinners on the deck overlooking the scenic views and toasted marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit. Heaven for sure!

Room with an amazing View

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. What I loved about it the most was the open concept main floor of being able to see the lake from every vantage point. Whether you were in the kitchen, dining room, living room or deck, the view was spectacular overlooking the lake! The owners were a delight to work with and we very much hope to return in the future. Fabulous location, great house, wonderful host

The outdoor space at this property is truly outstanding. The location on the lake is easily accessible to town while still far enough out to be private. Completely fenced in yard with a fire pit overlooking the lake. Stairs to water are sturdy and wide, and the dock is very stable and nice sized. We used the mooring for our boat and it was perfect. The best part of the property for us is the deck attached to the main floor of the house and overlooking the lake. Unbelievable views! Beautiful furniture on deck...we spent most of our time here! House is nice, especially the kitchen and main living space. New appliances, very comfortable and roomy sectional, good TV and fast internet. Beds are very comfortable, and bedrooms nicely appointed. There is a large loft space that is easily accessible, light and airy. A desk is the only furniture in this space (we were on vacation, so didn't use), but there is certainly space for several beds. There is also a common space in the lower level that has a pull out sofa bed and table. This is nice space, and could be furnished to be a second living room or game space. Bathrooms are adequate. Some updates have been performed. Full-size new washer and dryer are great. Overall, this is a great place. We loved our 2 weeks and have requested to book again!

Beautiful 3 bedroom property on Lake Skaneateles

Beautiful property, well maintained on a wonderful lake. Leslie answered all questions immediately and was concerned that I was not charged until the lease was finalized. The property had all the amenities and was clean and ready for our arrival. The views of the lake were gorgeous and the deck, fire pit and dock allowed us to enjoy every minute on the lake. The property is close to Skaneateles and all the shops, activities and restaurants. I would recommend this to our friends and relatives and hope to come back in the future.

Walking from the driveway to deck only one word came to mind. Wow. the appliances were recently updated and the back yard was recently redone. It was a perfect setting for a weekend away. The owners were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil & Charming with a Spectacular Lake Front

I was fortunate enough to find this charming lake front home when we decided to spend a long weekend with family at Skaneateles Lakes for my daughters graduation at Syracuse University. This relaxing, tranquil location has a spectacular lake front view and all the amenities. This lovely home, is clean, comfortable and decorated perfectly. We truly enjoyed the quaint restaurants, shops and winery in Skaneateles. The access to the home is steep and narrow but doable and our host Leslie is wonderful and very hospitable. We loved our stay, wanted to stay longer, and hope to be back soon. I highly recommend this property!!! Laure McClellan
